03/12/2025: A good place with good quality food. Snails are their specialty, although I haven't had the chance to try them, but I'll definitely try them next time.
07/11/2025: There were seven of us, and the service was late, but the staff found a solution and seated us in the room near the cheese cellar, where we were given a tour. The antipasti were delicious; we ordered the truffle platter and one with bruschetta, both excellent. Of course, we tried the Martelli pasta, which was a real treat. My only slight complaint is that the tagliata were a little thick for my taste. Finally, the house white wine was divine, especially with the cheese. Luckily, we were on foot.

Not for those who are snobbish.
People eat here, and very well.
You don't have to look at the curtains or the tablecloth.
Highly recommended!!

I've been to Pizzeria da Pablo and I was thrilled!
As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a rare level of helpfulness: the staff is always attentive, kind, and ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and warmth. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a family dinner and an evening with friends.
The pizzas are truly exceptional: light and digestible dough, fresh and high-quality ingredients, generous and flavorful toppings. The other dishes on the menu also deserve a special mention: everything is prepared with care and passion, and it shows.
A place where you feel welcomed like at home, but with the quality of impeccable cuisine. Highly recommended for those who love eating well and enjoying a pleasant experience from start to finish!

A small place with great potential
Dar Cama is a truly unique pizzeria, different from the usual: they only make pizzas (and stuffed focaccias), but they do them very well. The quality is excellent, the dough is very thin and light, the flavors are varied, and you can customize them a lot. The prices are more than fair, I'd say rare these days.
It's a shame there aren't many people, because they definitely deserve more customers: if you love good pizza and want to spend less, this is the place to be!
That said, I'd like to point out, in a constructive spirit, a few aspects that could improve the experience:
– There's no menu; it's explained verbally. This might be convenient for some, but a menu, even a simple one, would help make a clearer choice.
– The bathroom was poorly maintained: the light bulb didn't work, and there were no soap or paper towels. Small things, sure, but important for giving a good overall impression.
I'll definitely be back, because the quality of the pizza is excellent, and I hope this place can continue to grow, thanks in part to customer feedback. Go Dar Cama!

31/07/2025: Locale accogliente e tipico delle colline toscane, vista mozzafiato, si gustano prodotti locali specie a base di carne e buon vino, i primi piatti sono ottimi come gli antipasti. Il personale molto gentile e veloce nel servizio. Che dire è un locale da consigliare anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
28/06/2025: Da un ristorante ci si aspetta rispetto, rispetto per il cibo, rispetto per la clientela e rispetto per il contesto. Dovrebbe essere tutto correlato, e la mancanza di rispetto per uno di questi tre aspetti, si porta automaticamente dietro la mancanza di rispetto anche per gli altri. Siete in un luogo magnifico, a ridosso di un bosco ricco di biodiversità, tra le colline toscane incontaminate. Ci si aspetterebbe un servizio adeguato al luogo in cui avete la fortuna di essere. Sparare musica (per altro orrenda) a decibel decisamente sopra i livelli consentiti, disturbando, danneggiando e involgarendo il territorio non vi fa onore.
Mi auguro chiudiate presto e che il luogo torni silenzioso e rispettoso della natura.
Un ex cliente che vi stimava quando stavate in paese e si sbagliava.

Cibo saporito,come facevano i nonni un tempo, per gustare meglio la bistecca abbiamo ordinato un mix di verdure...le patate arrosto sono una bontà!!!!
