the second the panigacci, while the first we tasted the dishes from the kitchen. both times we ate really well, there is certainly quality in this place.

28/08/2024: Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan.
The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special.
The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve.

12/01/2024: Girando per Gubbio ci ha incuriosito la “crescia” . Abbiamo notato questo locale che offriva il tagliere con la crescia. Siamo stati accolti da una perfetta padrona di casa che ci ha preparato un meraviglioso tagliere misto e crescia calda. Tutto squisito. Il locale è noto come hamburgeria ma non rinunciate alla crescia.
05/01/2024: Siamo stati il 3 gennaio a Gubbio per una visita alla città e ci siamo fermati a pranzo presso la Lominteria. Ambiente carino, la proprietaria molto gentile ci ha offerto caramelle all’arrivo, è sempre stata affabile e rapida nel preparare gli hamburger che erano molto buoni e ti saziavano. Prezzi più che onesti. Da consigliare e ritornare.

13/07/2024: Wir haben es wieder getan. Es ist einfach das beste, netterste und angenehmste lokal in aulla. Der Wirt und seine Mitarbeiter sind so einmalig wie es nur hier so zu finden ist. Über das essen müssen wir eigentlich gar nichts schreiben, dass ist so fantastisch und abwechselnd wie man sich das schon gar nicht mehr vorstellen kann.
Also, wir werden es wieder tun, wir werden bald wieder besuchen und gut bewerten.
01/07/2024: Siamo tornati da Per Bacco perché ci eravamo trovati benissimo e anche questa volta è stato tutto ottimo… Accoglienza gentile e premurosa, personale educato e competente, antipasto misto di mare e ostriche ottime… spaghetti con moscardini, gamberi e pesto superlativi… ottima bottiglia di vino e conto adeguato al livello alto del pranzo… complimenti a tutto lo staff, siete meravigliosi.

Agriturismo "La Selva" di Vannini Eugenio Franco

28/07/2024: Sono stato in questo agriturismo con il mio progetto Smart Walking mentre percorrevo la Via Francigena. Luogo perfetto per ricaricare le batterie, immerso nel verde con vista strepitosa sulle Apuane. Ho dormito due notti e cenato in giardino. Inoltre ho potuto lavorare dal terrazzo con il Wi-Fi della struttura. Assolutamente consigliato sia per la cucina che per il dormire. Pasta di farina di castagne fatta in casa assolutamente top!

23/07/2024: We rested for some time in the city of Aulla and, on recommendation, visited this establishment for breakfast, and ended up having breakfast here every day. Very polite and friendly staff, excellent coffee, a variety of buns and cakes and everything incredibly fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend!
19/07/2024: the boy with the dark beard and gelled dark hair made me a very slippery cup because the edges were all full of ice cream and in fact it slipped and I lost 2.50 euros and even if I made myself heard no one strangely noticed anything.

25/09/2023: Negative experience, when we are in the area, back in the day we had already stopped, but I wonder what happened... exorbitant prices, a bottle of water 4 euros, coffee two euros, a first course 15 euros but we're kidding...
Terrible service, the waitress at other tables offered a menu of the day instead to us only à la carte.
Summary three first courses, a bottle of water, two coffees, €60.00.
Even more painfully, the food wasn't even good and the portions weren't abundant.
