17/11/2024: Returned after several years and everything was as excellent as it was then. Fabulous bavette and spaghetti risotto. Wine list by the glass certainly not banal. Professional staff but capable of making you feel at ease.

23/08/2024: Ottimo posto per piatti pronti di grande pregio - sia di pesce che si terra - ma anche alimentari: salumi, formaggi, frutta e verdura etc. Certo i prezzi non sono "popolari" ma d'agosto al Forte non si può pretenderlo. Alta qualità e cortesia sono comunque assicurate: ci sono stato tante volte e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Raccomando anche il pane, semplicemente spettacolare!

30/08/2024: Mi reco in questa salumeria a pranzo per acquistare del prosciutto crudo accompagnato da scaglie di grana. Il salumiere mi guarda esterrefatto dicendo che le scaglie di grana non può darmele,alchè io gli faccio notare che non volevo averle gratis ma pagarle come è normale che sia. Lui mi risponde in maniera accattivante “guarda che in realtà ti sei espresso male, le scaglie di grana sono un’altra cosa rispetto a ciò che vuoi tu”. Io gli rispondo che da dove vengo, DA NAPOLI, quando si parla di scaglie di grana si intende pezzetti di parmigiano tagliati e messi in una vaschetta. Da lì nasce una burrasca da parte del salumiere assurda. Inizia a insultare i napoletani dicendo che “noi napoletani” vogliamo portare il nostro modo di parlare e di vivere anche al nord, che la mafia è solo a Napoli, che il 70% dei napoletani non è buono, che non paghiamo tasse, che mandiamo gli extracomunitari al nord per non pagarli noi. Io rimando esterrefatto, provo a controbattere ma lui imperterrito e con tono di voce alzato dichiara palesemente di essere “razzista” e di non considerare l’Italia da Roma in giù. Io da Signor Napoletano, pago ciò che ho comprato nonostante sarei dovuto andarmene senza prender nulla. Ps:il prosciutto era pessimo e salato e non lo dico come ripicca

17/08/2024: Prima esperienza in uno stellato, decidiamo di fare la degustazione di 7 portate chiamata litorale. Accompagnati al tavolo dopo la presentazione di tutto lo staff di sala è iniziato un bellissimo viaggio all’insegna dell’innovazione culinaria. Una location curata nel minimo dettaglio, con un servizio che ci ha accompagnato e coccolato per tutta la degustazione. Menù inclusivo per tutte le possibili intolleranze con modifiche sé necessarie. Una qualità elevata nella scelta delle materie prime con il giusto equilibrio di sapori nei piatti proposti. Una cantina molto bene fornita con un sommelier preparato e brillante. Unica nota, il prezzo dell’acqua, un po’ elevato (7€ a bottiglia) se già il coperto ha un costo di 10€. Consigliato per una serata magica

17/10/2024: We had a lovely four day stay at this hotel which had all the comforts of home. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The breakfast was very good which included my favorite which is focaccia - they even make it with whole wheat which I have never seen before. The staff is very supportive and on call always. The walk into town is doable and the beach was magical. Thank you for all your efforts. We hope to be back next year.

17/10/2024: We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. Everything was just perfect. Very well maintained, incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast, the private beach and the restaurant, absolute recommendation.

25/01/2025: A real guarantee, I love it. The pizza is crunchy and made with top quality ingredients. There is a wide selection of craft beers and wines. The environment is magical, it transmits serenity. The staff and owner are very kind. It's difficult to explain, but you can feel the authenticity, simplicity and warmth of Forte dei Marmi from times gone by, without disappointing the expectations of the most demanding customers. At Timone you don't feel like customers, but protagonists of the evening.

04/08/2024: So, let me tell you! As soon as we arrived in Italy, we found this super nice little tobacco bar. With our somewhat academic Italian, we managed to make ourselves understood, and you know what? At 3 p.m., we were able to enjoy a charcuterie platter! It was just great. So, before leaving, we decided to take a little detour to return to this pleasant bar where all the local workers like to meet. It was a great experience!

17/01/2025: Best Arabic bread of my life, but excessively expensive (€20), 66cl moretti €8. It's fine to be in Forte dei Marmi, but if you ask me this price, fix the place and also make the environment in line with what you ask customers.
