Fabulous bavette and spaghetti risotto.
Wine list by the glass certainly not banal.
Professional staff but capable of making you feel at ease.

18/08/2024: At Maestrale you can have delicious pizza platters. A pleasure to indulge in an aperitif while eating a generous portion of light and tasty pizzas. Paolone's warm welcome adds friendliness and friendliness to every refreshment break, be it breakfast, an ice cream (the sorbets are legendary!) or an aperitif. Everything quality, definitely worth trying.
07/08/2024: 1) The best yogurt in Forte dei Marmi, much better than ice cream and very low price for Forte dei Marmi
2) Excellent pizza, very particular and with a wide choice. Perfect dough, digested well and without having to drink liters of water. Really good and tasty craft beer.
I recommend everyone to try this place and enjoy its delicacies.

23/08/2024: Ottimo posto per piatti pronti di grande pregio - sia di pesce che si terra - ma anche alimentari: salumi, formaggi, frutta e verdura etc. Certo i prezzi non sono "popolari" ma d'agosto al Forte non si può pretenderlo. Alta qualità e cortesia sono comunque assicurate: ci sono stato tante volte e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Raccomando anche il pane, semplicemente spettacolare!

16/12/2024: It’s crazy good, everything we ate was perfect!!! The steak, tartar, artichokes, honestly I’ve lived in forte deli Marmi on and off for 10 years, this is top 3 restaurants in the area!! Also amazing service and I can’t wait to try other dishes. Bravo!!

04/08/2024: So, let me tell you! As soon as we arrived in Italy, we found this super nice little tobacco bar. With our somewhat academic Italian, we managed to make ourselves understood, and you know what? At 3 p.m., we were able to enjoy a charcuterie platter! It was just great. So, before leaving, we decided to take a little detour to return to this pleasant bar where all the local workers like to meet. It was a great experience!

02/10/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. Not bad cuisine (curry and shrimp soup is average) pasta with seafood (very small amount of seafood and a lot of oil)
The atmosphere is also mediocre. The service was good, but we had to be reminded several times that we wanted to pay (even though there weren’t that many guests in the restaurant)

08/06/2024: This spot was recommended to us and should be a huge hit. We were expecting Blue Marlin - we got Ronald McDonald children's play paradise. Okay, no one could do anything about the bad weather, but the waiters had absolutely no interest, every second order came wrong or was completely forgotten. If you pay two greens for a lounger then you can expect a bit of performance. But unfortunately that wasn't the case at all. Only the GF's daughter was a ray of hope. Please check invoice. Tourist rip off!!

26/01/2024: après avoir séjourné ici en août, nous avons décidé d'y retourner quelques mois plus tard.
le restaurant est pratiquement désert, le service est lent et le personnel mal formé. Petite amélioration sur la nourriture, mais on est encore très loin de l'excellence.
ce sera pour une autre fois !
