02/07/2025: A setting of faded elegance, a reminder of the time when Byron, Shelley, and the Brownings visited Bagni Di Lucca and the British aristocracy undertook the grand tour. The tourist menu at euros has to be seen to be believed. A choice of 5 primi , 5 secondi , half a bottle of wine and half a bottle of water, the dishes authentic locally produced and more like those from Nonna's kitchen than an impersonal ristorante. The coffee is extra and is very good. Go and enjoy a very special experience.
30/06/2025: Simple but special food! Very kind, fast and helpful staff. Historic setting with a pleasant retro charm. Clean and well-kept. Very low prices for excellent quality. To be recommended without a doubt.

Friendliness! You can't describe it like that! The word here is warmth! Exceptional

The food, for example! For starters, bread with olive oil and a crisp, fresh salad.
The meat was perfectly cooked and flavored!

27/06/2025: A hidden gem in the mountains! We loved it so much, we came back the next day. Every dish, from antipasti to pasta, soup, and pizza, was full of heart and flavor.
What truly stayed with us was the warmth of the staff — so genuinely kind, smiling, and attentively thoughtful in every detail.
The rock playlist was a lovely extra for us! Really, a beautiful, authentic place that touched our hearts. :)

06/07/2025: A real old-fashioned place, simple cuisine of good quality and effective, at super prices! Carla is a gem, sunny and very nice, among other things a producer of local honey that we bought at the cashier. Not to mention the spectacular view of the village and the hills, especially at sunset. If I were to happen to be in the area again I would definitely go back.
30/06/2025: Nice and cozy restaurant in the town Casoli. The food was really good, especially the pasta. Well worth a visit!

04/07/2025: Abundant home-made lunch served to us even though it was almost 3 pm, penne alla boscaiola was truly out of this world. The lady who served us was really accommodating, she even managed to feed one of our lactose intolerant guests who had only discovered it at lunch time, complete dessert. The terrace then has a fantastic view of the greenery.

19/05/2025: Very charming, beautiful location and a special, rustic place to stay and eat. The food is very good. We have stayed here and eaten here many times and love it. We always bring friends along and they always love it too. Very nice people.
09/05/2025: My girlfriend and I stopped here for Easter Monday lunch.
The dishes served (as well as the service) were really tasty.
The staff, despite having full tables and a lot of work to do, never lost their smile not even once.
Very nice and approachable.
We also thank you for having us at very short notice.
We left (aside from being a little sad to leave that beautiful place) with some purchases that I highly recommend: Acacia honey produced by them, super good and delicate and also their very particular jams.

14/06/2025: Historic restaurant and pizzeria in Bagni di Lucca, run with passion by Ilario and his staff. It offers a menu of meat, fish and mushrooms from the area. The fillet with black truffle from the surrounding hills is excellent. Good value for money. In the evening, the wood-fired oven serves excellent pizzas to eat on site or take away. The wine list is interesting.

22/06/2025: I speak on behalf of the entire Motoclub Roteglia, we had a tent last night with dinner and for the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the restaurant there was a party with a DJ ... everything perfect.
Thanks to all the staff especially Marcella and Romina, they made us feel at home.
Eating excellent company too.

11/05/2025: Per il pranzo della domenica ci siamo recati per la prima volta in questo ristorante.
Siamo arrivati e una signora molto gentile ci ha accompagnato al tavolo, poi è venuta un'altra signora, credo la titolare a proporci il menù, con tanto garbo e gentilezza ci ha proposto delle vere delizie, ci aspettavamo la solita cucina
tradizionale, invece dall'antipasto al dolce erano tutte proposte di cucina toscana sapientemente rivisitata e davvero sopraffina. Siamo stati veramente bene, tutto buonissimo e tutto preparato da loro, dalla pasta fatta in casa ai dolci.
I prezzi sono più che ragionevoli.
Ci è piaciuta tanto l'atmosfera, aria di famiglia che ti fa stare bene, se avete voglia di immergervi in un luogo di assoluta pace immerso nel verde dell'appennino toscano è il posto giusto per voi.
Vi consiglio anche una visita alla splendida chiesa poco distante dal ristorante, un vero gioiello.
Mi sento proprio di consigliare questo ristorante, se lo meritano per la dedizione e
l'impegno con cui portano avanti la loro attività.
05/05/2025: Una serata da ricordare . Con la mia famiglia ed una carissima amica abbiamo festeggiato a cena il compleanno della mia mamma : è stata una serata memorabile ! Siamo stati divinamente : ottima accoglienza, ottimo cibo , di qualità e di una bontà che non ti aspetti ! Sapevo che non sarebbe stato un “ salto nel buio “ perché più volte avevo sentito parlare molto bene del locale e di queste magnifiche donne e sinceramente era da tanto tempo che mi ero promessa di andare … ma ieri sera è stato veramente ben oltre ogni aspettativa . Abbiamo mangiato dei meravigliosi e delicatissimi ravioli fatti in casa mentre nei nei secondi abbiamo scelto più cose : tutte eccellenti . Il dolce poi è stato delizioso . Il servizio : puntuale, attento e preciso . Il prezzo poi : assolutamente onesto .
Queste meravigliose donne si meritano un gran plauso perché c’è prima di tutto Amore per il loro lavoro : si vede e si sente ! Brave 👏
