Pizza fotonica, dolce fantastico ma soprattutto…. IL PERSONALE! Sono state stupende, divertenti, sorridenti, gentili, alla mano!
Torneremo sicuramente per questa pizza che è indubbiamente una tra le più buone che io abbia mai mangiato, ma soprattutto per il personale simpaticissimo!
04/02/2025: I was in a magical place, I arrived tired from work, from the trip, without strength, here I found people who managed to make me go through everything with first of all with their sweetness and above all with their splendid amazing dishes, ps I didn't know them. And I fell in love with all of them, a big thank you.

Three words: just eat it.
I’ll be dreaming of that risotto for years. Main course was fish of the day with veg. Fresh and simple as fish should be.
Anita was a dream as a server and patient with my poor Italian. But we got the job done to eat one of the best meals we had in San Vincenzo.

01/03/2026: This is an original spot for your coffee on the way to work, your midday drink or a soccer match on tv. It’s not fancy, but it’s not pretending to be. The pastry in the morning is superb. The rest is raw, close to everyday life, but it got the vibe. And it’s affordable.

20/09/2025: A bit lacking as a free beach but if you like to sit on the rocks of the pier/promenade there is a way to find a spot.
07/09/2025: We enjoyed it there a lot! We booked a Gazebo. It was really nice and clean. There always staffs nearby incase you need to ask something. They have area for activities as well. It suits for family with kids. They also offer phone chargers with locker and it costs 1€. It got charged pretty quick too!
Highly recommend here!

I returned after a few years, and the quality has improved significantly, thanks to Luca, the manager.
18/08/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast and dinner at the Mariva Dune restaurant with my family, and the experience was exceptional!
The location is perfect: very close to the sea, yet immersed in a green oasis that guarantees a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The food is top-quality, with fresh, tasty dishes prepared with great attention to detail.
The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, and the attention to detail, including that of the property manager, Luca, makes the experience even more pleasant and exclusive.
Highly recommended for those seeking nature, excellent cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back soon!

22/09/2025: We took our social outing (Vespa Club Pontedera) to this B&B, a very versatile one. You can rent apartments with various beds or a campervan pitch. It has two swimming pools with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, including the sea. We had dinner there and ate really well, and a lot. The wine was good, but the water was a little less so.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options.
The owner was always kind and patient.
A place absolutely worth visiting.
20/09/2025: A wonderful experience! A true oasis of peace surrounded by nature, in a rejuvenating silence. Large and clean room, a rich and varied breakfast, and a restaurant with quality cuisine. Attentive and helpful staff. Two swimming pools add to the experience!

17/03/2026: Nice place, although a bad experience at breakfast with the restaurant manager was resolved with prompt intervention from management. Otherwise, a very nice and quiet place, at least until the end of July. Quiet beach with only two rows of spaced umbrellas. Good tennis courts, although a bit pricey for private lessons. Nice pools for all ages.
I haven't tried the entertainment; I feel like it's not the strongest part. Sailing is also an extra, but I haven't tried it. Unfortunately, there are tons of mosquitoes around the ping pong table, while there aren't many in the rest of the property. The sea tends to be a bit rough on that part of the coast. Prices are high, but reasonable if you book well in advance.
