30/08/2024: Very cozy, small shop with friendly service. The focaccia with sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and artichokes was phenomenal, the bread is so delicious!

23/12/2024: We ate very well, the food was truly exceptional and plentiful. The service was excellent, the waitresses were very kind and helpful. We also didn't have to wait an eternity between one course and another. Finally, I think the price was fair. I highly recommend!!

09/12/2024: Simple and authentic place. Tuscan cuisine. The handwritten menu of the day made me smile at first glance, but the food is good, the people are friendly: I spent a pleasant lunch break, breathing in the authentic atmosphere of a small Tuscan village. I would certainly return.

25/11/2024: I guess it could be 5 stars. It just went wrong.. probably because I ask something that was not on the menu.. I just would like a frutti di.mare.. not on the menu.. but the nice helpfully waiter told he would do. I ask Also for a small meat / cheese plate as a starter..which was really perfect. The frutti di.mare.. simply not my tast. And to be honest I would never serve what i got. Better say . We don't do. Later. After returning.. I would suspect a sort of compensation ..at least a suggestion? But no. Which is not correct. Then I ask just for something small.. a little cheese. Not possible.. need to spend another 15 euro? Just sad. Mis communications.. and it's just sometimes better to say no. Still.. I think. If you are around.. try it. And proof me I am wrong 😉 ps. Owner, remove your place at Google is a pizza place ..your for sure more than this 👍🏻

18/09/2024: A menu is offered with 3 different types of tasting, my boyfriend and I chose the second type. The products were fresh and of high quality. The service was great. The environment is calm and elegant. The staff also proved helpful and friendly towards our dog. Very recommended.

07/12/2024: If you are looking for a gastronomic corner near the sea in Caletta di Castiglioncello, you cannot miss Caffè Bistrot, located in Via Aurelia 428 A. The owners, Nicola and Cinzia, are true lovers of cuisine, and it can be felt in every dish they serve. Their dedication is manifested in the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Personally, I often stop for work reasons and every time it is a pleasure to come back. But it's not just a great choice for those who work; it's also a great place for a relaxing weekend dinner. Just 100 meters away is the seafront promenade that leads to Porto Cala de' Medici and the center of Castiglioncello, an excellent opportunity for a nice walk after dinner/ or after lunch. A must to try is the vaporata with prawns, monkfish and steamed vegetables: a dish that combines freshness and flavor impeccably. Furthermore, the wine selection on offer is excellent and complements the dining experience perfectly. And don't forget to leave room for dessert! The house tiramisu is simply divine, a perfect ending to an already fantastic evening. Caffè Bistrot is undoubtedly a restaurant to recommend and a place where the passion for cooking is transformed into a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!
