I have to say a word also for today's whim... For those who don't know it, it's the entrée that Alessio, the owner of the place, offers you at a price, already modest, in the lunch formula... today there was a taste of legume and chard ribollita, to be framed,... The freshness of the ingredients and the variety of preparations made it a highly satisfying and well-balanced dish. Pizzas: The pizzas, although good in taste, had some defects: they were slightly too charred, with a slightly irregular shape and not particularly large. Furthermore, we would have liked more attention to be paid to our requests: we had asked for two pizzas with a white base, but they arrived with a red base. These are details that, with a little more care, would have made the experience even more pleasant. Glasses: We noticed that some glasses had unpleasant odors. Although it can happen, it is something that should be avoided to ensure a flawless experience. Dessert: Dessert was acceptable, a nice way to end the meal, but not particularly memorable. Conclusion: At the checkout we were pleased to notice a gesture of courtesy applied to the bill, which was appreciated. It's always nice to see attention to the customer. With greater attention to pizzas, orders and details, this place has all the potential to offer a truly excellent experience. Definitely a place worth trying. Additional note for the venue: In pizza, "pistachio cream" is one thing, chopped pistachios are another 😅

17/12/2024: We came across this place for lunch, somewhat by chance, on a cold and rainy winter Saturday. The place and the staff did their best to warm up the day but from the kitchen they weren't as willing. We took a simple spaghetti with clams which had practically no flavour. We then had some stuffed mussels and it got even worse!! The mussels were filled with breadcrumbs and seasoned with an absolutely anonymous tomato sauce. Finally, an inappropriate receipt. Prices too high for the quality served

09/02/2025: Quando pensi ad un oste pensi ad una persona socievole , espansiva l’oste in questo caso è sempre musone e risponde male di continuo inadatto ad ruolo .. ho ordinato la picagna erano 5 fettine messe in croce tipo roast beef le verdure di contorno sono arrivate dopo mezz’ora quando ormai avevo finito .. patatine dei miei amici sbruciacchiate .. l’unica nota positiva la cameriera giovale e sorridente

A menu with various choices of both land and sea, not banal but not too elaborate. Truly friendly service, and definitely a dinner worth repeating!

25/01/2025: A mio parere uno dei migliori ristoranti di Cecina al momento. Ogni boccone fa fare un viaggio e trasmette tutto l'amore, la passione e l'impegno di chi lo ha preparato e pensato. Il ristorante ha un'estetica unica con le pareti di vini selezionati che fanno invidia a tante cantine. L'attenzione e la cura verso il cliente che il proprietario aggiunge senza troppe formalità rendono questo angolo di Cecina un posto dove é sempre un piacere tornare.

16/02/2025: Conosco questa attività fin dalla sua evoluzione da solo bar a ristorante sempre proponendo ottimi piatti ,ritenendomi cliente e amico non volendo apparire di parte non avevo fatto mai una recensione ma stasera per san Valentino si sono superati proponendo dei piatti a dir poco eccezionali Brava Alessandra e Salvatore Consigliatissimo.

15/01/2025: Sono entrata per caso in questo ristorante/pizzeria dopo aver fatto degli acquisti in centro a Cecina, il locale è carino e il menu presenta sia piatti di carne sia una vasta scelta di pizze. Noi abbiamo optato per la pizza... Il gusto normale, impasto e ingredienti nella media. Come dolce ho ordinato un tiramisù, ma era pieno di panna, quindi non paragonabile ad un vero tiramisù. Il personale è stato gentile.
