06/12/2024: Very simple and genuine restaurant just as the owners immediately appeared genuine.
A little hidden in the Campone area of Porto Santo Stefano, at first glance it doesn't impress you much with how its entrance looks. But then, as I was saying, inside it's a whole other world, in a positive way.
Fish menu that varies according to availability. The fried anchovies are excellent and the pasta seasoned with a superlative red mullet sauce is delicious.
The kindness of the owner, the good house wine and the reasonable price positively accompanied our lunch.
01/09/2024: Excellent fish cuisine, we ate wonderful, light and crunchy fried foods! Even the first ones were delicious! We have been coming here for years and will continue!!!

Very attentive and extremely kind service, a chef who knows how to handle raw materials and a very nice place.
We returned after some time and nothing has changed.....top.
14/08/2024: I had dinner in expensive restaurants, with excellent reviews and I ate terribly. I stumbled upon this unpretentious dive that I thought was touristy and had frozen fish and instead I ate excellent, FRESH fish! anchovies caught in the morning! There, very soft calamari, I will return 'I recommend it.

02/11/2024: Ottimo ristorante a Porto Santo Stefano, a partire dall’ accoglienza.
Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa, piatti ottimi sia come materie prime che come preparazione……… consiglio di assaggiare tutti gli antipasti caldi, soprattutto la zuppa di seppie, ottimo il risotto.
Prezzi davvero onesti
Grazie per la bellissima serata, torneremo sicuramente

31/08/2024: Cibo di ottima qualità, personale gentile e competente. Unica piccola pecca, abbiamo atteso un pochino di più tra la fine della degustazione di antipasti e bis di primi. Il personale però è stato molto cortese e si è scusato prontamente.

30/08/2024: Una vera e propria tragedia. Ci piaceva provare questo ristorante apparentemente carino con i suoi pochi tavoli all esterno cosi abbiamo prenotato. Solo per portare l acqua almeno 45 minuti. Dopo 1 ora si sono degnati di prendere l ordine. Antipasto decente ma... i primi una cosa imbarazzante! Ravioli scolati ancora con l acqua di cottura nel piatto e un cucchiaio di ragu di spigola buttato sopra, linguine all astice con un lontano parente dell astice duro come un sasso, palesemente congelato, linguine alle vongole senza alcun sapore...tutti i primi scotti e sciapi, veramente una cosa tragica. Una cameriera bionda di una maleducazione assurda, le abbiamo chiesto l acqua dato che il nostro cameriere non ce la portava da tempo e lei con sgarbo ci ha detto: e io mica servo i tavoli fuori. Senza parole veramente!!!

31/08/2024: Con mia moglie e nostro figlio in una caldissima serata d'Agosto abbiamo prenotato questo ristorante. Location attraente con vista sul porto...peccato che in serate come questa alcuni tavoli fra cui il nostro siano messi proprio a ridosso della strada abbastanza trafficata (avevamo chiesto di sederci ad un tavolo in migliore posizione ma la richiesta è stata rifiutata nonostante il tavolo sia restato libero per tutta la sera). Molto buoni i primi, le cozze, e buona la frittura...peccato che i piatti ci siano arrivati in tempi diversi al tavolo. Camerieri gentili, prezzi nella media. Probabilmente da riprovare in tempi meno affollati.
28/08/2024: Location molto bella, affaccia sul porto di Santo Stefano. Personale abbastanza gentile anche se un po’ lenti. Noi in 3 abbiamo preso 1 gnocco mare e terra, 1 spaghetto alle vongole, 1 gnocco al ragù, 1 frittura, 2 bottiglie d’acqua e abbiamo speso 74€.

30/08/2024: One of the best bakeries in Porto Santo Stefano enjoys an excellent location. Here you can eat excellent pizza and excellent bread. Their ricotta and chocolate tart is exceptional.
The staff is very fast, welcoming, smiling.

27/10/2024: So for the time of year , mid to late October there are not a lot of choices and this restaurant i believe is in the guida rosso so should have been better. But it might have been had we been able to eat a la carte instead we were warned beforehand there would only be a fixed menu for 42 euros available which we accepted. The trouble is with a fixed menu you need to get every course right and you need to make sure there is not too much food. On the bright side they have a good range of antipasti and the gnocchi was pretty good — flavor and cooking wise although there was very little actual seafood, just shells. The big disappointment was the secondi, Overcooked prawns tuna and scallop brochette. The deep frying of some of the antipasti also meant by the main course we were not v hungry anyway. Which is terrible if the quality of the food isn’t good. That said the wine list was good and we enjoyed Terlan and Jermann. Also interesting local sparkling wine from Santus. Moral is steer clear of any fixed menu. If they are willing to serve a la carte I would give them one more chance. I don’t know if they try on the fixed menu often though or if we were just unlucky!
