09/04/2026: If I could, I'd give it even lower. I don't understand the positive reviews. They should give a course on how to interact with customers. There was a misunderstanding (I asked for a certain type of cone and they gave me a larger one), and when it came time to pay, when I mentioned the smaller cone, I was met with a rude response, as if I were stealing something. What an unpleasant experience!

13/03/2026: It looks like any other sandwich, but I was surprised. They're incredible, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I recommend the classic burger with cheddar, pickles, bacon, onion, and burger sauce: delicious.

08/12/2025: Large sandwiches with many flavors, whether with meat, fish, or vegetarian. I'm so hungry, these are the best sandwiches for me. You can customize your sandwich by choosing ingredients like broccoli rabe, onion, etc., or by removing ingredients you don't like (like sausage, etc.), all truly delicious. All the staff are really kind and skilled, hard workers.

The waiter showed up at the table with visibly greasy and oily hands, something truly unacceptable in a restaurant. Besides the poor hygiene, the service was completely poor: disorganized, slow, and completely unprofessional.
The food was a nightmare: poorly presented dishes, questionable flavors, and decidedly low-quality ingredients. It's rare to leave a dinner so dissatisfied.
The only positive note was the waitress, Clarissa: clean, tidy, and extremely kind. She was the only one who demonstrated professionalism and attention to customers.
I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid.
15/11/2025: We ordered pizzas for 8:30 PM. It's currently 9:50 PM and we tried calling back for information, but the number is unreachable.
Help, we're hungry, please.

The Argentine beef fillet they praise so much is absolutely not worth the price.
The sandwiches are good, but otherwise they have very little to offer qualitatively.

30/10/2025: We spent our last evening here in Florence (Sesto) and we were not disappointed. A pleasant, welcoming atmosphere that shows that the locals come back. My sister had been here before and they remembered her, which is an absolute good point! The rest only enhanced the dinner. Polite and professional service, delicious wine and great Italian food. The grilled seafood platter was especially good. Completely average prices, but outstanding value for money. I recommend the place to everyone and if I return to the area, I will definitely spend an evening here. Thank you again for a fantastic evening and gastronomic experience!

07/04/2026: Lunch booked through TheFork with a 50% discount. The place is familiar and informal, without too many pretensions.
From the outside, you wouldn't expect a place like this because it's on a busy road and has limited parking.
The cuisine is very good and carefully prepared. Traditional Tuscan and Sardinian dishes come together, an unusual and curious yet effective combination!
The service is very attentive and courteous.
Overall, a very positive experience; we'll be back!
