Casa della Bistecca - Food Club House

01/01/2025: Last night I ordered from Casa della Bistecca via a delivery app, and it was a really positive experience. The food was excellent, but there are two aspects that deserve special mention.
First of all, the pappardelle al ragù that I chose was delicious. In addition to the delicious flavor, I was pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the portion, a detail that does not go unnoticed and which makes the experience even more satisfying.
Secondly, I really appreciated the attention to packaging. The containers used for food were not the usual plastic ones, but made of pressed paper/cardboard, designed for food use. This choice is not only more sustainable, but also seems to maintain the quality of the food optimally during transport.
A truly impeccable service from all points of view. I hope they continue on this path. I highly recommend it!
01/01/2025: My boyfriend and I booked with TheFork for the evening of December 31st. We had a great time: the staff was really friendly, helpful and professional. We were pampered right away and highly recommend it. Very good food, my tartare was delicious! Score 10 and praise!

25/12/2024: Today was a disaster!
Staying at the table for more than 4 hours for a fixed and simple menu was tiring, I couldn't do it anymore.
There was no organisation, for me the problem was in the kitchen.
The waiters were there but they were walking around empty.
And that's it!
The restaurant was full.
Maybe on a "normal" day it would have been something else...maybe!

01/12/2024: Everything is very good, the service is perfect, the environment is very nice and the food, since I haven't been to a butcher shop outside the super markets I have never tasted such good meat and the first one the sauce was very good.

24/08/2024: Oven with bar, one Saturday morning we wanted to have breakfast with the family, the queue for the oven reached outside, we entered and there was a queue for the bar because there was only one shop assistant to serve both stations. We wait 15 minutes and we still have at least 5 people ahead.
Not having an hour to have breakfast we decided to leave, the cashier probably got offended and treated us badly in front of everyone, asking us in a rude tone if we had noticed that she was alone and that it was the owner's fault that she was alone. I told her that it seemed absurd to me and as we went out we could hear her continuing to grumble at the customers who remained inside.
Never have I encountered such rudeness and rudeness in a public employee.
We won't be back and we don't recommend it to anyone.

15/11/2024: A risotto with prawns, leeks and porcini mushrooms worthy of the best restaurants... and yet I was only on my lunch break. Accurate service... they supplied me with hot flat bread even for the last forkful of risotto. Well done

01/05/2024: At the Seta-Pizzeria bar located in the center of Montelupo F.no it is possible to taste excellent pizzas carefully prepared and listed in the dedicated menu.
The pizzas are immediately visually striking with a seductive chromatic effect provided by the various ingredients placed in copious quantities over the entire base of the pizza, with an inviting circular crust that acts as a circumference to the central part; the latter very crunchy, hot and thin at the right point.
The staff, in addition to professionally preparing a fine dough in order to churn out enchanting pizzas; appears to be very helpful with a simplicity and communication that shows a natural and harmonious customer orientation.
What is described above is defined, in a business sense, in the United States with a single word: "ENGAGEMENT".
And I can assert that here in the Company/Customer relationship, Engagement is everything.
The location also proves to be appropriate with a very welcoming and well-built external veranda, whose glass windows in the upper part can slide downwards providing ideal ventilation on hot summer evenings.
I absolutely recommend trying these pizzas

birra chiara media e antipasto di coccole hanno completato la cena.
ottimo il servizio e bella la location con la possibiltà di stare anche all'aperto.
facile parcheggio a pochi metri.

29/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante, si mangia benissimo.
Da quando lo abbiamo provato ci torniamo spesso per le occasioni compleanni ecc.
Squisiti gli antipasti soprattutto la lingua in agrodolce. Buonissimi anche i primi e la carne.
Perfetto per famigli con bambini perché dietro l'angolo c'è un giardino meraviglioso tutto recintato.
