05/06/2025: Extraordinary! We ate there in the evening on a superb shaded terrace overlooking the surrounding hills.
The food was delicious; we had a starter, primi piatti, and dessert. The dishes were original and refined, and I ate the best panna cotta of my life.
Finally, the service was impeccable, kind, friendly, and relaxed.
If you visit Florence, I highly recommend trying this restaurant, which is only a few kilometers away but feels lost in nature.
Thank you to the entire restaurant team for a magnificent dinner!
19/05/2025: Ambiente davvero bello con la particolarità di mangiare letteralmente di fronte la chef che cucina.
Pochi posti ma ben serviti. Staff molto bravo. Menù sfizioso ma che rispecchia la toscanità. Eseguito davvero in modo eccellente dalla chef.
Nonostante fosse una comunione con oltre 20 invitati, piatti erano ricercati e belli anche esteticamente
Torneremo sicuramente, siamo stati davvero bene

Excellent both with friends and as a couple!

10/10/2025: A great resort with friendly service and a good location for Florence.
The reception was very friendly and helpful.
The view from the pool was beautiful, and everything was very clean.
Unfortunately, the restaurant that evening didn't impress us very much. We had the grilled meat and pasta with wild boar, which seemed to have been reheated and was mushy.
The grilled meat with salcica, ribs, and chicken was almost inedible because it was reheated and very dry.
The tomato and mozzarella starter was very good.
The wine, however, was wonderful.
The breakfast was also a bit lackluster.

12/06/2025: 1 star because I can't give less unfortunately. I took the liberty of asking, in a somewhat crowded moment, for a glass of water for my daughter (but I didn't even finish the sentence) and I was rudely told that it wasn't the right time to ask for it! When I went to pay for the ice creams we had bought I pointed out that maybe it wasn't a very polite way to respond to a customer, but according to the lady instead I was wrong because I shouldn't have even asked for it at a "similar" moment, in fact, the lady chased us out of the bar yelling at us that we had left a mess (on the table we only left a small cup of ice cream), that the girls had made a mess (2 1 and a half year old girls ladies and gentlemen) and that we had to go back home.
The end. I've said it all.

This is where the locals meet.
The fact that it's practically self-service isn't a disadvantage. People meet at the bar, and even the local police officers drink their espresso here. Italy, life!

10/06/2025: A hotel beautifully situated in a wooded area with a great view and well-maintained outdoor areas. A small pool, which in my opinion could have been a bit cleaner. Pool towels were an additional €5 on top of the already relatively high overnight price. The room: doesn't meet 4* standards. It was a mix of somewhat modern and dated. It was clean, but a few things were disappointing: There was no bottle of water, and despite a sign, it wasn't cleaned on the second day. A caretaker had to come to change the batteries in the door lock, and in the morning, you were woken up by the noise from the kitchen. Otherwise, the hallway was very thin and noisy. The bathroom was old, with no shelves. There was only hand soap in the shower, no shampoo. Half of the shower door was missing, which left the bathroom completely wet after showering.
The restaurant: Breakfast was okay, but they stopped refilling the water after about 9:00, and the hot dishes were cold. Great view from the terrace. Dinner was good, and the restaurant is modern and stylishly decorated.
Overall conclusion: OK for two nights, but we won't book it again.
21/05/2025: I stayed with my girlfriend for three nights in this fantastic property, a quiet place surrounded by nature where you can relax. Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable, really beautiful and well-kept restaurant room as well as the service. There is the possibility of renting electric bikes to take nice rides immersed in the Tuscan landscape. The swimming pool where you can sunbathe is also beautiful. Good food and very kind and friendly staff. Top location, just outside Florence.
