21/12/2024: Si chiamava "I 4 assi" tanti .... assi fa! Il locale è carino, saliamo al primo piano, scala non larga, accanto a me una stufetta per riscaldare e il montavivande (opportuno): tavolo pronto, cordiale accoglienza con microassaggi a cubetti, di pizza già sul tavolo. La sala si riempie velocemente, dalla comanda alle pizze, passa il tempo necessario. Buon impasto, buon sapore, il prosciutto crudo .... nella media. Ho gradito anche la birra e il dolce, cheesecake frutti di bosco, assai gustoso. Caffè. Conto giusto.

09/01/2025: A large car park and a really nice place... the atmosphere is very welcoming, the owners are very nice and the food is excellent, as can be seen from the menu, delicious and well-prepared dishes with a pinch of novelty, but maintaining high quality. Highly recommended! 🔝😍

18/12/2024: Locale accogliente, pulito e poco rumoroso, pochi tavoli e comodi. Nell’apparecchiatura mancava pepe e sale ma credo volutamente poiché tutte le pietanze hanno sapori molto decisi. L’amatriciana reinterpretata con una dose abbondante di cipolla ( mancante nella ricetta originale) che toglieva il gusto a tutti altri ingredienti. Buono il fritto, la presa di maiale con sciroppo d’acero risulta troppo dolce e toglie sapore all’ottima carne. Crumble di mele senza cannella e molto dolce. Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Con un giusto equilibrio degli ingredienti diventerà un posto piacevole non solo nell’aspetto

14/11/2024: I have to realize, and it's not nice, that we Germans always have to complain. Eating out of the trough in Germany, but playing the gourmet role here. Of course the spaghetti costs €16, but that's exactly how the Motzers eat in Germany. The food at La loggettina and the service were outstanding/excellent. Steak to perfection and the pizza like a “real” Italian, crispy and very tasty. The waiters even spoke English, which is not a given for most Germans...😂

09/11/2024: Limited environment shared with a table of 20 screaming kids, impossible to change rooms, gorged to leave as soon as possible while we were hoping for a nice evening.... to finish a peposo that was extremely salty to prevent us from tasting the pepper....

19/12/2024: Spectacular evening spent with friends in a senseless context. Fantastic food, fantastic location, amazing service!!! Refined food, a truly high-class cellar and the lady who served us was simply adorable. I would go back tomorrow night and the day after tomorrow night. An experience absolutely worth trying for those who love to pamper themselves on a gourmet level. Congratulations to everyone who made this wonderful evening possible

18/12/2024: Locale caldo ed accogliente posto nel verde delle colline toscane. Piatti ben preparati, ottime materie prime e porzioni abbondanti, eccezionale il risotto. Servizio e prezzo in linea con il locale, decisamente consigliato

27/08/2024: The restaurant is set in a beautiful location, some of the food was a let down. Entrees were all very delicious but the mains were average at best. The risotto was quite a small size and not overly flavourful, the fish also lacked much flavour and was over cooked. Quite a pricey restaurant so I would expect better food.

02/01/2025: Review for catering only. Unfortunately we booked the 2024 New Year's Eve dinner without looking at the reviews from previous years, we would have noticed that negative experiences for similar events were a constant. Welcome “aperitif” with chips, olives, peanuts and pretzels. The continuation remained at the same level, in particular for low quality raw materials. But the real gem was the selection of Christmas sweets on the menu... that is, a slice of industrial pandoro. Obviously only for those who had no intolerances, for the others not even that despite having paid the same amount. I almost forgot the animation, with commercial music and 360° happy music.... Maybe I forgot because there was only one little girl singing sitting at a table to recorded backing tracks. Thanks to the management of the Villa Cesi resort for making this New Year's Eve unforgettable.

03/11/2024: Very good place at the Impruneta petrol station. Good food and fast service. Fair prices. Excellent for those who need to make a quick lunch stop for work. In fact there are always a lot of people. Well done. On Wednesdays they make pizza for lunch, among other things.

26/07/2024: excellent ice cream, whoever makes it is of Sicilian origins...... a guarantee, kind and helpful they have a small outdoor area to taste the ice cream in front of the small but functional shop, in summer the particular climate of Impruneta above in the valleys it is always windy, and it is a relief from the heat of the plains.

18/07/2024: The owner (older British lady) made it abundantly clear she dislikes Americans…in front of my children. Very rude. And unfortunate because the Italians have been incredibly friendly. Maybe a British thing? *it was a not a misunderstanding. My child asked for marshmallow, you said “this isn’t america”, to which i said “thats funny we saw it all over florence” and you said while acting surprised “ really?!? i would never make that flavor” and then i agreed (to be polite) it was a funny flavor but kids love it.

30/06/2024: Today we had lunch at the Sassineri restaurant in Villa Cesi. Compliments to the chef who prepared each dish with taste and imagination. The food is of quality and you can feel it, both the first and second courses served with kindness and a smile by both Lucia and Gemma. To conclude, the surprise dessert was served directly by the Chef true goodness.

19/05/2024: A pleasant evening tasting the cuisine of Villa Cesi. For hotel guests 30% discount. Prices consistent with quality. Good service and right portions for dishes that are very refined and tasty. Let yourself be suggested by the waiters who know how to guide you into their cellar. Advised!
