14/08/2024: We were there few times with my family and the food was always amazing. Tortelli with ragu, pizza and ravioli are delicious. If you want to eat there, book a table in advance as they are often full :) thank you for your hospitality. Regards, Karolina
09/08/2024: It is a pity that the service was not good and it could have been better because the food was tasty, the children had to wait a very long time for their pizza and even had to cry because they had to wait 1.5 hours to 2 hours, so we asked for a discount If the pizza had been delivered on time we would not have asked for a discount, the children thought it was a drama (3 and 6 years old). As a foreigner I think it is not recommended, but as a local population it is, also due to the language barrier that not everyone speaks English. We were often misunderstood, hopefully this will be improved in the future so that future foreign tourists will have an enjoyable experience

14/01/2024: A very small restaurant, so limited seating. We enjoyed a very nice lunch and great service. Appetizers were steamed mussels, and burrata with anchovies and salad, then main courses were fritto misto di mare, and pasta con vongole with bottarga. Everything was very good.
10/12/2023: È valso spostarsi da Firenze per un buon pranzo di pesce che ci ha soddisfatto molto. Localino non grande ma piacevole personale super cortese e veloce. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato sia i primi che i secondi saporiti e ben fatti. Lode particolare alla frittura mista con verdurine e chips e al baccalà bello alto fritto e accompagnato da rape e olive taggiasche.Buono il vinello siciliano frizzanti o e il sorbetto di limone in chiusura. Conto di 40€ veramente lodevole. Bravi. Ritorneremo volentieri!!

15/08/2024: Yes, it's true, after a GF of 110km and 2500m of altitude you are very hungry and very thirsty in these places, when you come across characters like the very kind and talented lady full of patience, memory and excellent organizational ability everything takes on much more fascinating contours because they stamp in the heart 💓 and in the mind a beautiful day, with the right company and with the right hunger and desire to feel good together!!!
Working for others in catering plays an important role because it is not easy and when the street offers you encounters of such efficiency and skill the heart smiles and we must give gratitude to those who offer this smile to you in all its simple transparency!! ! And the sandwiches are delicious 😋😋🤗🤗 🚲 👍🏻🎶
12/06/2024: Passing through for work, hungry at 10 in the morning. The very kind lady prepared a wonderful lunch for us. Informal venue, home cooking, ideal portions make the Oasi del gusto a very pleasant surprise. We recommend it.

13/07/2024: Small and well-kept place, where the quality of the products reigns supreme. Short but very varied menu, with choices for everyone. Due to the "diet" my choices were very light but nevertheless they fully satisfied me. Very correct prices.
06/07/2024: Tuscan tavern in modern style.
The owners are young guys, very interesting à la carte menu, good selection of ribs and Florentine steaks and nice choice of wines.
Highly recommended.

17/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per Ferragosto, secondo turno, quindi alle ore 15. Menu fisso: alcuni antipasti, di cui gnocco fritto servito freddo e duro. Primi serviti freddi, peccato perchè il raviolo alle ortiche erano davvero buono, secondi freddi e secchi, in particolare la faraona, patate ancora crude. L'impressione era che ci stati serviti le rimanenze dele primo turno. Peccato davvero. Invece bravissima la coppia che cantava e suonava.
13/08/2024: Tentiamo di telefonare per prenotare dal sabato al martedì, a diversi orari, ma il telefono risulta a tratti occupato a tratti libero ma non risponde nessuno.
Il martedì sera ci risponde una signora scocciata e maleducata che ci fa presente che il telefono si è rotto la domenica sera e che avrebbero posto a ferragosto solo per il secondo turno, alle 15 del pomeriggio.
Facciamo presente che le 15 sono un orario molto lungo per un secondo turno, e chiediamo se fosse possibile per le 14 dato che tentavamo di prenotare dal sabato.
La signora si altera, ci "abbaia" che allora i posti sono terminati e interrompe la telefonata sbattendo il telefono senza salutare.
Sarà anche rinomato per il cibo, ma la cortesia verso i clienti e sconosciuti in generale non è il loro forte.

Pranzo in famiglia (con due ragazzini) abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Antipasto da urlo..che già con quello meritavano un 10 e lode! Gigi e Giuliana due ospiti cordiali e molto disponibili ci hanno accolto come se fossimo amici invitati a pranzo a casa loro. I tortelli di patate erano da Oscar e poi....poi non abbiamo avuto spazio nello stomaco per accogliere altro cibo. Peccato..perché a vista c'era un braciere con carne di maiale pronta per essere cotta molto invitante! Siamo capitati per puro caso, provenienti dalla provincia di Pisa, ma torneremo sicuramente almeno 1 volta l'anno come "impegno" di famiglia . Complimenti!!
17/08/2024: The welcome to the Volpi home refuge is given by old-fashioned furnishings that give the environment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The good continuation instead comes from the tortelli handmade by Giuliana and the excellent and tender meat on the grill by Gigi. Value for money 10!

17/08/2024: A terrible mid-August dinner, the worst experience that has ever happened to me. Hot location, air conditioner they make a show of it. The service was careless with the orders, they got the courses we ordered wrong, some of them served us immediately and the others after almost half an hour. If we didn't insist on asking to serve us, they forgot to bring us food, serving the other tables that arrived after us first. The wrong pizzas were brought back to the pizza chef who we saw from afar, who added some toppings and re-voiced the usual pizzas to make them look like the ones we ordered. A cut, inedible, arrived after the Greek calends, which also did not respect the order. The roast potatoes, seemed like reheated leftovers, not remotely resembling those brought to other tables. We felt treated like second class customers. Truly very disappointed, and to say that we had left Florence with much higher expectations. I definitely won't recommend it to my acquaintances, as well as not going back myself. They made me look bad to my guests. The bill, absurd, for having left the table hungry, furthermore the cashier even had the courage to ask "but what did you expect?"....perhaps to have a normal dinner at the restaurant?.....uncommentable. Definitely, not to go back.

25/09/2023: Up until 20 years it was an excellent pastry shop, then it gradually declined, until its sale a few months ago.
It didn't reopen after the holidays.... who knows why?
