07/11/2025: The manager is friendly and kind, the music is nice, but that's about it. The creative menu really enticed us... Maybe it's the end of the season... we ordered two appetizers, a first course, and two second courses. I'll just describe the octopus sandwich: two small pieces of toast with two tiny tentacles and mayonnaise that covers the taste of the octopus. €17... it was quite embarrassing. After trying the pasta, we stopped for the second courses, paid, and ran away.

30/11/2025: We were here at the end of November and this was the only open cafe in town, a small cafe with great coffee and pastries, delicious pistachio croissant.

04/10/2025: Let's be honest, the staff was friendly but we got to have our worst dinner in Sicily there. There was, amongst others, this weird octopus marinated in half butter half soja sauce (I guess a lost attempt at making it "umami") served with super cold side and a traditional couscous which was rougly about pourring the whole package of couscous in the plate and not much more else (other than a pour-it-yourself fish soup, I'm sure my teen would do this meal when they're alone at home). Usually there's some music, maybe it's best to drink and avoid food?

24/10/2025: Delicious food and a lovely ambiance, as well as attentive and helpful waiters. But it was still missing that final spark for the fifth star.

02/11/2025: We were a group of seven and had reserved a table, which I highly recommend. The view and ambiance were fantastic, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious! The prices are comparable to German restaurants, although the great location certainly plays a role. We were very satisfied and would gladly return!

24/11/2025: A very pleasant stay, thanks also to Marilù 🌟 I spent a few nights at this hotel and was truly satisfied. The location is excellent: easily accessible and well-connected to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with those thoughtful details that make you feel immediately at ease. The service was attentive and courteous: the staff responded efficiently to every request, demonstrating genuine helpfulness. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh and beautifully presented products. The dinners were also delicious, an added bonus that completes a day of travel or work. But what makes this stay truly unique is Marilù: a charming woman, full of life, with a rich and profound history. Her presence, her hospitality, and her personal taste are evident everywhere: in the furnishings, in the paintings, in the prints, in that unique charm that gives the house a soul. Beyond the quality of the food and the beauty of the place - and in Sicily there is always plenty of that - it is precisely this that makes the experience special and memorable.

20/11/2025: We were welcomed like family; the atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are simple and clean. The pool is huge! We even went swimming in November! The restaurant is excellent. Marylou is very attentive to the ambiance. The music is great, which makes the atmosphere warm and inviting. The food is high quality and very well prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And when the restaurant is closed, she suggests we go to Ittico, which was also delicious 😋

21/09/2025: Wow, this was a great find. Interesting dishes that presented well and were delicious. This is a hidden gem in an area with tourist traps. It is set a few streets over so it is off the beaten path but very much worth it. Our service was exceptional too.

06/02/2026: Excellent welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. The dishes are exactly what I wanted...a dive into Sicilian seafood cuisine. The prices are accessible to everyone.

11/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There was little attention paid to the table, and the two entrees we ordered had too much lemon juice, which overpowered the flavors of the fish. The consistency was also too soupy. We left almost everything and didn't order anything else, but I don't rule out the possibility that it was just our taste buds. The bill didn't take anything into account. It was also expensive.

07/10/2025: If you want to taste salt in your mouth, then go for it without hesitation. 2 possibilities: nothing is homemade and they add broths everywhere, where the cook doesn't taste his dishes and he should rethink his cooking. In any case, for the price-quality ratio, move on.

21/10/2025: We stayed (a group of motorcyclists) for two nights, half board. What can I say? In my opinion, everything was excellent. The rooms were well-maintained, especially the bathroom, which was perfect. No signs of limescale in the faucets or shower. The sea view was wonderful. Breakfast was generous and plentiful. Dinner was more than delicious. Our bikes were safely stored in the garage. Only a few people had to wait in the morning for their rooms, but I think it was due to previous guests leaving later than expected. That's understandable, but it doesn't alter my overall, more than positive opinion.

10/10/2025: I thank all the staff for their helpfulness and kindness... also for our breakfasts outside of regular hours with hot croissants and drinks at our disposal... the only flaw was the very low lights in the room.

20/09/2025: Where do I begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We haven't even gotten our food yet.) Two full moons had already passed before we finally got a menu. The slick-faced waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order ANY wine. When we finally got a menu and were shocked to discover that there were no meat-free dishes, I decided, with a heavy conscience, to order two side dishes (again, with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've been waiting for my two side dishes for 45 minutes now 🤘 The rest is up in the air. PS: The food arrived after we'd already made our way to the restroom a few times, which was nicer than the ambiance in the entire restaurant. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never actually made its way out of the kitchen!! The burger was okay. My plea to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, I would advise against visiting this place. Otherwise, it's fine. But the city is beautiful, and there are plenty of other good restaurants 😉

08/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a stunning terrace to admire the most beautiful sunset in this area. We found the service very friendly, the seafood dishes high-quality and presented with impeccable care. Even the desserts were truly top-notch (must try)!!! Excellent value for money. Congratulations and keep up the good work.
