07/10/2025: We came for dinner and got the choice of a seating in- or outside. The waitress was extremely friendly and offered about six different fresh dishes of the day. We chose classic pasta and secondi piatti.
It was awesome and always again
29/09/2025: I was in sicily for business from October to January and from the moment I visited this restaurant I was in awe. The food in out of this world and the service is second to none. I enjoyed the food so much I came back over 20 times throughout my stay. This is not a place to be missed, it is amazing. Or sorpredente 🙂 thank you ladies for making this such a fantastic trip, its been truly amazing and your food has been even better. Bless you all

12/08/2025: While in Augusta, we ate there almost every day. Delicious Italian food at a very good price (an average dinner for five cost about 40 euros). And Gianni – I don't think I've ever met such a nice person who cooks so well. If you wanted to show us the model Italian – that's Gianni :) In short – Eustachio is brilliant.

And then you want to share it in the best possible way with those who have always been by your side.
That's why a special mention is deserved for those moments of festive sharing and for those who made it all so special. A heartfelt thank you goes to the entire staff at Archi Vuoti, a magical and elegant location overlooking the splendid Augusta sea that stretches between our "lighthouse" and the "landerer's rock." Their dedication, friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything so perfect. The delicious food, prepared with passion and presented with the utmost care, thrilled the taste buds; the impeccable, polite, and attentive service; the maître d' Antonio, who organized everything down to the smallest detail and offered invaluable advice; and then there were the colors, the decorations, and their arrangement. Last but not least, a special thank you to the owner Giuseppe, who patiently made everything wonderful, exactly how we wanted it to be.

13/10/2025: I have been here twice in 2018 & 2025 and I must say that here I felt the most chilled atmosphere. Food is good and has a touch of gourmet to complete each dish. Definitely recommended.
11/10/2025: Bad experience. The seafood linguine tasted like it was boiled and tasteless; it floated in the water. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but at the end of the dinner, they voluntarily brought us four sorbets, implying they were free, but then we found them on the bill.
Excessive price.

08/09/2025: We went to the pizzeria because we wanted a pizza. We were told they didn't have any pizzas. The spaghetti carbonara and the fish were very tasty and deserved a good review because we enjoyed them. However, we went to a pizzeria to eat pizza. The staff was friendly, but preferred to chat with other customers rather than serve us.
The salad consisted of a few leaves and a few slices of tomato, with no balsamic vinegar, no oil, and no sauce.
I recommend calling ahead to check if they have pizzas.

16/06/2025: I have been to this restaurant with some friends of mine and we waited to pay for about half an hour because at that time the owner is busy doing something else even though he was passing in front of us and totally ignoring us. Very good food for goodness sake but the service very poor

15/08/2025: Tagliolini with lobster, white shrimp, house appetizer, and wine. The price was fair. We ate well and left satisfied. However, if you're a group of more than 10 people, the problems begin: the kitchen doesn't allow you to order à la carte; you have to adapt to a menu agreed upon at the time (minimum selection). So, if you want a specific dish, the staff will tell you the kitchen can't accommodate tables of this size (even though no one mentioned this on the phone when you booked). If you want to have a good time (and you can easily do so), you just have to be careful.

21/08/2025: I had the pleasure of staying and dining at this delightful place and can't recommend it highly enough. The waiters are incredibly kind, always attentive and caring. The rooms are excellent, meticulously maintained, and super clean: I slept wonderfully.
Breakfast was a special treat: warm, fragrant, and fluffy brioche col tuppo, paired with unforgettable granitas, one pistachio and one almond, both truly superb.
For dinner, I tried two versions of swordfish: grilled, perfectly seasoned, and Sicilian-style, rich in authentic flavors. Kudos to the chef for the excellent quality and passion that shines through in her dishes.
Special praise goes to the two young men and the young woman in the dining room: professional, polite, and always smiling, they made our stay even more enjoyable.
A wonderful experience that I definitely want to repeat: I will definitely be back!
12/08/2025: Really nice bar, the granita, in my opinion, is one of the best I've had in the area. Friendly and helpful staff!

In Sicilia si mangia bene ed abbondante ed anche qui non siamo rimasti delusi.
Davvero tutto buono.
Lo consiglio anche per la carne alla brace.
