16/01/2025: We arrived at Templari after the advice of a friend who told us it was the best Thai cuisine in Sicily.
After trying it ourselves we can only confirm this information! Thanks to Domenico for the food, the friendliness and for also advising us on what to visit in the town.

30/12/2024: Very nice and relaxing place but as soon as my family and I continued our experience we noticed many unpleasant things, the staff was rude and the food wasn't that great. We definitely won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and especially to the request they complained about a basket of bread
20/11/2024: Vi åt en 4-rätters lunch med massor av lokala produkter. Jag tappade räkningen på antalet Anti Pasti. Ett lokalt vin som passade bra.

06/01/2025: Very nice place, very kind staff. Excellent and genuine food, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and cardoncelli are exceptional, as is the final dessert: a fried ravioli filled with ricotta and pears...sublime!!!!
03/01/2025: Locale dentro un Baggio medievale in pieno centro a Polizzi Generosa, Cucina di casa, io preso la zuppa di fagioli badda che e’ proprio un’esperienza sensoriale,
poi Santina che riesce a farti sentire a casa con i suoi racconti che hanno appassionato anche i bambini, raccontava di come si scivolava sulla neve ai tempi in cui era bambina lei….
Una bella serata dopo una giornata stancante sulla neve.
