01/02/2026: I recently visited this place. I had the whole wheat pizza, and it was excellent. The staff is friendly; Dario, the guy who takes orders, is very professional and able to recommend the best products. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

17/01/2026: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile by the owner, a kindness that was immediately apparent.
Seeing our slightly tired and puzzled expressions (we couldn't figure out where the inside dining room was 😅), he kindly explained that... it was upstairs ☝️🤣
Nicola, a truly special guy, welcomed us next: kind, friendly, and genuine. With his manner, he transformed the evening into something truly enjoyable, making us feel at ease as if we were among longtime friends. He accommodated advice, requests, and even concerns with a rare ease, a clear sign of the love one puts into one's work.
We ordered two Delizia pizzas with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, arugula, parmesan, and mozzarella:
top-quality ingredients, crispy, light, and super digestible. And as the owner had anticipated... no digestive issues at the end of the evening 😉
We were also offered a Nutella-filled sweet pizza: as tempting as it was (my eyes were sparkling 😍), we passed. But Nicola, with incredible kindness, didn't want to leave us with that languid look and offered us a truly exceptional limoncello.
I really appreciated the atmosphere: intimate, cozy, peaceful... just like being at home with friends.
Now I have a new friend in Cinisi and I really hope to return soon.

10/01/2026: This restaurant reminds me more of a home-style eatery, with its home-cooked food. I tried the Caponata, my first time, and I loved it; it was very well cooked. A very simple dining room, with very friendly service and quite inexpensive.
It's a shame I don't have a picture of the Caponata.
09/01/2026: It was a pleasure to eat frittola, a typical Palermo dish that's hard to find everywhere. What's even better is that you can't be taken for granted when you find partannina. Congratulations guys, keep up the good work, you deserve it. P.S. I came back for lunch at the table because I had such a good time the first time. This time, with my girlfriend, we had the small fried fish, the seafood salad, and two first courses (spaghetti with squid ink and spaghetti carbonara). I fully confirm the 5 stars. Everything was delicious. EXCELLENT fried food, fresh seafood salad (although I prefer it with more vinegar and lemon), fantastic spaghetti with squid ink, very rich in seasoning, carbonara made very well and above all with guanciale and without cream. In conclusion, I can only say: try it and believe it. Come on guys!

06/11/2025: We visited Bar Hollywood twice for our morning cappuccino and it quickly became a favorite. This is a truly local coffee shop, and we loved being the only tourists there—it made the experience feel genuinely Sicilian!
The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, and despite the place being busy with local customers, they were very patient and helpful with us.
They offer a huge variety of fresh pastry choices, perfect for a quick, delicious Italian breakfast. The value here is incredible: for example, the large Krapen (bombolone/doughnut) was fantastic and only one euro! The cappuccino was excellent as well.
If you are staying nearby and want to skip the tourist traps for an authentic, high-quality, and very affordable start to your day, look no further than Bar Hollywood. Highly recommended for a real taste of local life.

21/05/2025: The Bar del Viale in V.le Michelangelo-Palermo is an excellent bar that I have visited often and willingly, for breakfast both at the counter and at the table, I enjoyed a delicious coffee with my wife, there was also a tasting of the rotisserie with good quality products, so we can say the same with the pastry shop with typical Palermo products of excellent quality, coffee, cappuccino of super quality, I found the table service a little less effective in serving immediately, even if the staff was very kind and helpful, nothing to say, the environment I must say very quiet and clean, a place frequented by people of all types from the worker to the occasional passer-by, from the regular customer to people who go specifically to taste their specialties.

Exceptional pizza and incredibly friendly staff.
Honestly, it's been years since I stopped for pizza here in the area, but thanks to my dad, I rediscovered a little local gem.
The pizzas are truly delicious: excellent ingredients, excellent dough, and excellent execution.
The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home with a warm smile and a lot of kindness.
Fair prices for enviable craftsmanship.
We ordered four pizzas to take home, but we'll definitely be back to eat them at the restaurant sooner or later.

28/06/2025: Locale che era considerato fra i migliori diversi anni fa. Un martedì sera di giugno, tavolo x 4 prenotato per le 21,30. Arrivati puntualmente il locale è pieno c'è un solo tavolo libero (bene per i titolari). Ci fanno accomodare senza chiedere nulla, specifico che c'era la prenotazione, mi si dice che non importa. Veniamo avvisati che ci sarà molto da aspettare per l'ordinazione e così avviene. Peccato che diversi tavoli, occupati successivamente a noi, vengono serviti abbondantemente prima! Lo evidenziamo, senza risposta. Alla fine quando giungono i piatti in tre mangiamo regolarmente, al quarto commensale il primo sarà servito dopo diversi solleciti e a cena finita dagli altri. Tra l'altro, ma questo non è importante, il piatto servito non raggiungeva i centro grammi, i piatti che vedevamo passare erano di quantità ragguardevoli. Una gestione che fa diventare irrilevante la qualità dei piatti ed i prezzi. Avevo ben altri ricordi di questo locale.... Evidentemente o eravamo antipatici o non conoscevamo nessuno!

Ma la cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente è i modi scortesi che ha uno dei titolari. Un area di superficialità, immotivata. Ripeto, il cibo nella norma, la cordialità non la fa da padrone
