11/10/2024: Passing through Bagheria and reading the reviews, we booked this pizza restaurant and we must say that we had a friendly welcome from the staff.
The pizza was delicious, the pasta and the ingredients really excellent.
Highly recommended place.

good. Service was very nice but not very accommodating. But it's not all that bad. It was two nice evenings and we would come back.

It's a very fine restaurant for a fancy occasion.
The view from the terrace is unbeatable in nice weather.
The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is of very good quality!
10/05/2025: I took two things: one very simple, an egg, and the other very refined, lobster linguine.
The lobster was of excellent quality, cooked perfectly and with red and yellow tomatoes of rare sweetness. But many are good at surprising winning dishes.
What I wouldn't stop eating was the egg: the best egg of my life. A simple poached egg, cooked to perfection, on a fondue of Sicilian cheeses, with almost crunchy courgettes and mint to push the taste... an unparalleled, incredible, harmonious and contrasting spectacle... a true poem.
Do I recommend this place? Yes, but obviously NEVER to those who exchange quality for quantity or to those who are not willing to pay by "celebrating".

A cuisine with traditional, quality products but with a contemporary touch both in the combination and processing of the ingredients and in the aesthetics of the dishes. A balance that is certainly appreciable. The curiosity remains to try other dishes on the menu. I'll be back.
07/03/2025: Una "trattoria contemporanea" in quel di Bagheria, evoluzione di una lunga, importante storia che accomuna tre generazioni della famiglia Oliveri.
La storia dei “Conte” ha inizio con Croce Oliveri, classe 1920, Con Franco il Conte, classe 1964,recentemente scomparso, pilastro e vate del figlio Claudio classe 1985.
Chef giovane, Claudio Oliveri, preparato, meticoloso, che studia,elabora e presenta i suoi piatti con maestria e ricercatezza.
La cucina ou visage, permette al cliente, di seguire passo per passo, la concretizzazione dei piatti con curiosa soddisfazione.
Servizio in sala, di pari merito, con una maitre elegante, un'altra Oliveri, disponibile e preparata ad ogni spiegazione o richiesta del cliente.
Location elegante, minimal chic estremamente seducente.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

21/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, charming place with a really nice outdoor space, the interior is tastefully furnished, good and quality food, really top-notch chef, discreet service, everyone friendly and helpful, you can park on the street, accessible to everyone, even the disabled, it is located on the ground floor.

30/03/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice. Excellent arancini. I look forward to the magnificent ice cream and at Easter the delicious Sicilian cassata, light and with little sugar topping that doesn't make it cloying.

02/06/2025: Yesterday we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything started in the best way, shame about the ending. Aside from the questionable food (there were 20 of us and all 20 of us left the pasta at the Lido), the experience was negative because of the owner. When we got to the end of the evening, a 6 YEAR OLD CHILD urgently needed to go to the bathroom. When we opened the bathroom door, we found everything dirty (never seen anything like it). The toilet was in terrible conditions, not to mention the floor covered in dirty toilet paper. After seeing this mess we asked the waiters if it could be cleaned. Minutes passed but no one came (the child started shaking because he urgently needed to go to the bathroom). After calling for attention, the owner approached and instead of taking control of the situation he only made it worse. According to him, we should have waited until the delivery boy was free... in the meantime however the child still had to go to the bathroom. Needless to say, the bathroom was not cleaned anymore and the child went to the women's bathroom (which was also very dirty). The owner was rude, arrogant and ill-mannered. If the delivery guy is busy, you put on gloves and go clean it yourself! Terrible experience especially for the owner.
The only positive note was the waiters, super kind and friendly especially the guy with the curly black hair.
(P.s. in the fruit salad there is not only apple).
