A historic place in Bagheria, founded by my father and two partners.
It's heartwarming to revisit the places of my childhood.
Outdoor seating in the summer, and a spacious dining room inside.
A quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is undoubtedly the right choice for those who don't want the chaos of trendy venues.
We celebrated a 16th birthday; the table was for seven guests who chose their favorite appetizer, pizza, and soft drink.
The cake was brought by us but served at the table by the staff. The bill? A pleasant surprise, more than reasonable.
An experience to repeat.
17/08/2025: Super nice place... The staff is friendly but above all professional. We ordered two pizzas and in less than 5 minutes they were on the table, delicious and especially rich in toppings.
What can I say!!!! The best in Bagheria...

20/07/2025: I've been to this pizzeria, and as for the food, I have nothing to complain about: everything was very good and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the service, which left much to be desired.
The staff was not properly presented: one waitress wore gym leggings and a very short t-shirt, not appropriate for a work environment. The appearance of a uniform is important for the decor of a place and conveys professionalism to customers—something that was lacking in this case.
Furthermore, one of the waitresses was not very friendly, appearing too familiar without creating a true sense of welcome. I'm sorry to say it, but this kind of attitude doesn't help make customers feel comfortable.
As the owner of a business like this, I know how important professionalism is in service, and I hope more attention will be paid to this aspect in the future.
19/06/2025: It's normal that someone tells them they want a type of pizza that's on the menu and they don't know the ingredients that should be put in that type of pizza.

A cuisine with traditional, quality products but with a contemporary touch both in the combination and processing of the ingredients and in the aesthetics of the dishes. A balance that is certainly appreciable. The curiosity remains to try other dishes on the menu. I'll be back.

La storia dei “Conte” ha inizio con Croce Oliveri, classe 1920, Con Franco il Conte, classe 1964,recentemente scomparso, pilastro e vate del figlio Claudio classe 1985.
Chef giovane, Claudio Oliveri, preparato, meticoloso, che studia,elabora e presenta i suoi piatti con maestria e ricercatezza.
La cucina ou visage, permette al cliente, di seguire passo per passo, la concretizzazione dei piatti con curiosa soddisfazione.
Servizio in sala, di pari merito, con una maitre elegante, un'altra Oliveri, disponibile e preparata ad ogni spiegazione o richiesta del cliente.
Location elegante, minimal chic estremamente seducente.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

04/08/2025: Terrible, horrible, a place I really don't recommend. I went with my family to eat in this place for the first time. The pizzas were horrible, the dough was overcooked and salty, the hot appetizers were the only thing that could be eaten, the pizza sauce was sour, no mozzarella. The pizza 😡 was full of water, then the dough, where was the pizza chef? Listen, I work as a customer service representative in restaurants, you deserve to be sued for stealing money, eating to the point of being sick all night. There wasn't even a counter in the pizzeria made by the chef, who certainly doesn't sit down and doesn't even know how to eat. The owner enjoys the dishes better when my father was alive, a great chef, he eats at Saccarum, I'm a customer there, I spend a lot with satisfaction and I bless him for my money, you close, I wanted to avoid last night but you're disgusting, I felt terrible last night, I'm sorry I spent my money like this 😡😡😡😡 if you have the courage to answer me, shame on you
03/08/2025: First and last time at this restaurant. I'm giving it one star because I had to, but my family and I had a terrible evening ruined by this horrible experience: inedible pizza, soggy, watery, and tasteless. Never again, not even if it was given as a gift.
