27/10/2024: Exceptionally well seasoned food, creative ideas, great hours and staff. Had the home made tagliatelle with white veal ragu, which was sumptuous. The stuffed chicken with lemon and thyme also fantastic. Insalatona with house preserved mushrooms and tuna was exactly what we needed. Great selection of wines by the glass. Peaceful interior, friendly and attentive staff. Grissini a bit stale. Recommended!

18/11/2024: Posto molto carino e curato. Da andare sicuramente con i bambini per permettere loro di stare all’aria aperta e visitare gli animali. Pranzo soddisfacente e personale molto attento e veloce nel servizio. Siamo clienti da tanti anni e continueremo a frequentare questo angolo di Paradiso.

02/11/2024: Siamo stati in questo posto meraviglioso ieri con degli amici e posso parlarne solo bene dalla pulizia alla cortesia e all’ottima qualità del cibo. Bravi i miei complimenti. Consigliatissimo a tutte le famiglie con bambini. Unico consiglio per i proprietari insieme alla carrellata di antipasti non guasterebbe una porzione di ricotta😜

24/11/2024: Lovely isolated place in the Sicilian countryside. Punctual and attentive service (above all with a lot of friendliness). The values ​​of good food and banquets are rediscovered. 02/09/2024: Very good experience! We stopped for lunch on our way, everything was incredible. The servers were smiling and very kind, the dishes were plentiful and the prices very affordable. I 100% recommend this place.

29/11/2024: Wonderful family owned and operated restaurant. Despite speaking no English worked hard to communicate with us. And the staff was very gracious and kind. The food was delicious ( swordfish appetizer, pasta with mixed seafood and linguine with shrimp and Sicilian citrus). We would highly recommend this restaurant.

23/11/2024: Cena a base di pesce orribile,antipasto senza gusto, per secondo abbiamo preso un fritto misto e due orate al cartoccio. Il fritto misto era gommoso e molto molto fritto,nell'orata al cartoccio trovi tutto: pece spada vongole cozze e un po' di orata, tutto in un miscuglio brodoso senza sapore,la maggior parte di cozze e vongole vuote. Passiamo al dolce,panna cotta al caramello discreta,cheescake infornata al cioccolato orribile di gusto e consistenza e profitterol con panna liquida! Ma perché?

08/08/2024: Rocca dei Saraceni is a paradise of things, silence, nature, cleanliness and top quality service. From top to bottom all the service and staff is great especially Ms Caterina Lombardo who excels in her superior quality and talent on Wine and other Food experiences. Waitresses are also doing their job at best in class specifically Rediet who super understands what the client needs. Well done from every aspect, see you again!

09/07/2024: The hotel is beautifully situated with a view over a valley and Mount Etna. With this view you get a delicious breakfast every morning with everything you could call 'breakfast'. The coffee you get for breakfast is of very high quality! The swimming pool is wonderfully cool during the day with wonderful beds and service. There is not much to do in the vicinity. The location is a very good base to visit the beautiful cities of Sicily (Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Agrigento) by car.

21/10/2024: This was a great find on a quiet Monday night when quite a few other restaurants were closed. Great food, and a very nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff.

26/07/2024: Very friendly place, small and intimate. We had the two pasta dishes and enjoyed them. But most importantly we got to know the people around us and ended up enjoying a glass of liqueur. Authentic in every sense of the word.

17/11/2024: Consigliato da un amico, appena arrivati accoglienza ottima della proprietaria che ci ha consigliato i piatti del giorno noi abbiamo scelto antipasto casareccio ottimo in tutto e come pri pappardelle al ragù di suino abbondanti e ottimi , anche che un po' saporiti, un secondo a base di porchetta con contorno di patate al forno e stinco di Maiale al forno sempre con patate al forno, il piatto forte ottima cottura e veramente abbondante e per finire caffé e liquore della casa ghiacciato a base di alloro veramente digestivo grazieeee... Prezzo buono rapporto qualità /quantità /prezzo ....

11/10/2024: Locale accogliente, cibo eccellente, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vale sicuramente la pena tornarci quando ci capiterà di venire da queste parti.

17/08/2024: The Restivo pastry shop made all the cakes, including the wedding one, and the desserts for our wedding. What can I say, we received so many compliments, everything was excellent and the wedding cake was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted (as well as being beautiful): we requested a layered mille-feuille with cream and berries and it was simply perfect.

20/08/2024: Trovato x caso grazie a mio figlio.... peccato che a pranzo niente pizza...ma ne è valsa veramente la pena poter mangiare i loro piatti...fritto misto e tagliatelle ai funghi porcini...girasoli con mascarpone noci e schiumette allo zafferano (top) ...

28/11/2024: Excellent pizzas with very light dough, good service too, but the price was too exaggerated for 2 pizzas and two drinks, they added €2 for each supplement on the pizza, so as to increase the final price. Anyway, excellent pizza, I recommend it to try! 😉
