I chose this restaurant for my birthday ... we ate very well... we had a good time.

03/01/2025: Ordered the mussels, sea bream and swordfish. It was all absolutely delicious! Manager came out to greet us and servers were attentive and personable. Recommended!

Very nice facility for children
Lunch was all good except for some advice that I would like to share: put the cheese on the table before serving the first course;
don't miss out on bread at the table! (we asked for it and were told that they were defrosting it....but we never received it at the table!) and above all, salt the second course and the baked potatoes much less!!! (Circumstance referring to the owner and the chef). For the rest everything is fine!!!

16/12/2024: Si pudiera dar 10-️, lo haría. Esta trattoria fue tan buena. El propietario, Gianfranco nos dio la bienvenida y nos abrazó como si fuéramos familia.
Explicó la comida y de dónde venía. Él nos dio recomendaciones y estábamos muy contentos. Cantó y bailó para nosotros. La comida era muy buena. El plato aperitivo tiene 0 kilo ingredientes. Tuve el busiate con ragu de ternera. Fue muy bueno. Definitivamente revise este lugar. Condujimos 2 horas para comer aquí e ir al centro comercial. ¡Vale la pena!

08/08/2024: Rocca dei Saraceni is a paradise of things, silence, nature, cleanliness and top quality service. From top to bottom all the service and staff is great especially Ms Caterina Lombardo who excels in her superior quality and talent on Wine and other Food experiences. Waitresses are also doing their job at best in class specifically Rediet who super understands what the client needs. Well done from every aspect, see you again!
09/07/2024: The hotel is beautifully situated with a view over a valley and Mount Etna. With this view you get a delicious breakfast every morning with everything you could call 'breakfast'. The coffee you get for breakfast is of very high quality!
The swimming pool is wonderfully cool during the day with wonderful beds and service.
There is not much to do in the vicinity. The location is a very good base to visit the beautiful cities of Sicily (Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Agrigento) by car.

17/08/2024: The Restivo pastry shop made all the cakes, including the wedding one, and the desserts for our wedding. What can I say, we received so many compliments, everything was excellent and the wedding cake was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted (as well as being beautiful): we requested a layered mille-feuille with cream and berries and it was simply perfect.

24/11/2024: I've been sick for 4 days now because of the smoked salmon, be careful and give me constructive criticism because the pizza is very good and everything but now I don't know if it was the dough or the salmon that was in the pizza that created a very strong intestinal inflammation.

08/01/2025: Well-stocked sweet shop where you can taste their products. Cassatelle of various flavors and of excellent quality. Courtesy and friendliness are another feather in our cap. Even though I am not from the province, it remains an obligatory half several times a year, perhaps before/after the visit to the OUTLET nearby. CONGRATULATIONS.
20/09/2024: Exceptional confectionery workshop. Pleasant discovery before Agira town. Excellent ricotta and traditional cassatelle, stratospheric buccellati (biscuits with dried fruit and figs inside), desserts with honey and crumbled almonds on top (mastazzole) very tasty and finally a dessert with almond paste covered with lemon icing (nacatoli) which is superb. I will definitely be back to try other delicacies. Highly recommended.
