05/07/2025: Owners Maria Grazia and Roberto are always cordial, affectionate and ready to satisfy the requests of their guests. The irreplaceable collaborators Daniele and Rosario frame this wonderful picture. The main ingredients of everything they cook are: love, kindness, patience and a lot of skill. 02/10/2025: A cozy place where you can eat meat (various types) grilled to order! I always order the chicken rolls or cutlet, very good! For those who like it, they also have horse meatballs. They're served on a large platter with your choice of potatoes and/or cooked or raw vegetables. The selection changes depending on the day. I come back often.
23/09/2025: I arrive at the restaurant at 10.40pm, Saturday evening... I ask for a table for two and they put us at a high table with stools... I go to the counter to choose the meat and ask for slices... already finished, pistachio meatballs ditto... Ok... He tells me that there is only what I see almost annoyed, ditto for the side dishes 3 bowls of which one is empty and practically non-existent choice, anyway we book... While I wait, 2 normal tables become free and I ask if we can move to 1 of these, the waitress huffing tells us ok sit at that table.... I wait a few minutes and the dishes arrive, I ask for the bread because otherwise she wouldn't bring it and she brings me a bag with 3 slices, more or less 60 grams... for 2 people... Halfway through I ask the waitress for more, and always with the lack of kindness and professionalism that has characterized her all evening she tells us that there is no more.... Ok... We finish the dinner I pay €28 to stay with We're hungry and we leave...
The food is good, of course, but the waitress looked so rude she'd finished her shift two hours early. And on a Saturday, the counter is a bit fuller, and the bread is plentiful, I think that's a given.

30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference.
A place I highly recommend!

30/09/2025: The restaurant definitely has potential: it's cute, welcoming, and the waiters are extremely kind and polite. The cuisine is also top-notch, and the food is truly delicious.
Unfortunately, the service management is disastrous and embarrassing. It's unthinkable that there should be only one person in the entire restaurant taking orders: the result is an interminable wait that leads customers to become tired and, in some cases, to leave!
It's not the staff's fault (who deserve respect for their patience and professionalism), but rather the people who organize the work. If the owner thinks this is a strategy, he's very wrong: word of the slow service spreads quickly and risks leaving the restaurant empty—what a great advertisement!
It would be appropriate to review the internal organization, optimize the service, and lighten the workload of those taking orders, learning to respect customers' time.
With the same courtesy from the staff, better management, and maintaining the excellent quality of the cuisine, the restaurant could really make a difference. (PS: I also recommend turning down the music, because with the volume so high it becomes difficult to communicate or call the staff.)

12/04/2025: Personale poco serio, una bambina oggi doveva usufruire del wc, dopo varie scuse come: stiamo lavando a terra, dovete consumare prima…; infine hanno detto che ci avevano visto pochi minuti prima nella yogurteria che non aveva la toilette e che non potevamo usare la loro neanche se avessimo consumato qualcosa.
26/03/2025: Nella piazza principale del bel paese di Nicolosi, si trova questo splendido bar pasticceria, frequentato durante il mio soggiorno in Sicilia. Il locale è abbastanza grande, curato e pulito, con una sala moderna, oltre ad alcuni tavoli esterni, con banconi a vetrina che espongono tante splendide bontà tipiche siciliane. Pasticceria fresca e secca, tavola calda, colazione e tanto altro ancora, tutto buono e di grande qualità. Trovandoci in loco in una domenica durante le festività natalizie, abbiamo deciso di acquistare un vassoio di pasticcini misti da portare a casa. Risultato: tutto veramente buono, gustoso e confezionato con prodotti di grande qualità!!! Servizio curato e personale cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo!! Sicuramente un luogo che merita, un'esperienza consigliata!!!
