30/01/2025: Lovely place. Just as the staff are charming. The owner (also chef) is very nice and advises you perfectly. They were very attentive to my allergies. Exquisite food. Attention to the smallest details. A pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
The location was too nice and tidy.
The waiter who was there on Tuesday was of unique delicacy, courtesy and professionalism.
Excellent quality / price (in fact I thought we paid more)!!!

16/11/2024: Last night for the first time we went to Maori. Let's start immediately with the ease of finding street parking; the location is truly wonderful from the entrance to the path that leads to the internal room, even the external room in summer will be truly suggestive. We ordered to begin a timing of prawns and a tuna tartare with a truffle all delicious by the crunchiness of the timing to the freshness of the tuna combined perfectly with the truffle. We continued with a mix of carpaccio composed of red prawns, seared octopus, tuna, salmon and amberjack. So much were curious to taste several dishes that we also ordered two roll both Uramaki one based on the pure shrimp and external curl pulp the other I go back inside Mazara's shrimp outside. We do not want to exaggerate by writing that at the moment it is the best sushi restaurant in Catania for the perfect mix between location service and quality of food. We absolutely recommend it!

12/02/2025: Siamo andati in famiglia di sabato sera, locale molto curato, ma ci ha impressionato la gentilezza e la cortesia della titolare e di tutto il personale. La signora ci ha saputo consigliare bene su cosa prendere ed effetti ha avuto ragione sia sulle pietanze che sul vino. A chi piace, hanno un ottimo Cavallo e Asino, ma si mangia anche in modo eccellente il tradizionale , le verdure e le zuppe. Ci tornerò sicuramente
15/12/2024: Location without too many pretensions, a bit cold in the winter months, our experience was of a decidedly slow service and little attention to customers' orders, this can be very annoying, buffet starter, decent dishes as standard, medium/high prices, the only positive note is the quality of the meat.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Lo consiglio se volete passare una serata in compagnia(famiglia o amici).
Noi abbiamo preso la pizza ma ho visto anche piatti ristorante.
28/07/2024: Ogni volta che rimetto piede nella mia amata Sicilia è L'Oleandro una delle mie tappe fisse. Sovente lo raggiungo in compagnia del mio pignolo zio, e se lui ritorna più volte nello stesso sito è già molto indicativo.
Dopo l'ingresso in stile piuttosto ordinario, il palcoscenico si apre in un giardino magico. Un luogo a misura d'uomo le cui ricchezze sono gli alberi, lo stile rustico, il forno a legna e le instancabili proprietarie. Una squadra di sorelle dal capello scuro e dal sorriso indistruttibile armato di una pazienza infinita. Corrono senza sosta affinché la baracca segui la rotta stabilita.
Da non dimenticare il guerriero pizzaiolo che, malgrado le temperature estive sicule, non perde un colpo. Tutto quello che esce dal forno andrebbe venduto in gioielleria.
Se volete un'estiva serata romantica e poco chiassosa, questo è il luogo giusto. Senza eccessi, qui troverete ciò che cercate.
Io adoro L'Oleandro e i suoi sapori, oltre ai prezzi accessibilissimi, e credo che continuerò a infilarvi il naso ogni volta che scendo a Catania.
