09/02/2025: The meat is of excellent quality but does not justify the prices, ditto the excellent live menu but very expensive. I think you can't spend 280 euros for 2 kg of meat, I find it out of place. You can't eat meat that costs so much on paper placemats and with tables attached to each other. I don't think I will come back again. They also put a cut on our bill that we had cancelled.

25/01/2025: I visited this bar with my daughters and it was a very pleasant experience. The products are excellent and the welcome was warm despite there being many customers and a bit of confusion. I recommend the almond pastries, the mostaccioli and the small pastries (we took those) but in my opinion everything is excellent. We will be back.

29/12/2024: When you spend 19 euros for desserts and two large shortcrust pastries and you wrap them in the worst possible way and when we get home we find the two maxi bull's eye Nutella pistachio and kinder bueno practically together in the same bag and the tray of desserts without the covering of a simple sheet under the packaged paper, well, you don't know how to do your job absolutely well since you give the goods in the worst possible way. It's a shame, since the product itself is good but ruining everything due to such sloppy packaging is a very serious mistake.

17/01/2025: We have been coming here specifically from Palermo for years. We love Sciaramanica's pizzas and the courtesy and kindness of the owner should not be overlooked.

06/01/2025: Avevamo prenotato un tavolo con due giorni di anticipo, ma quando siamo arrivati il tavolo non era pronto. Ci è stato assegnato un tavolino da bar accanto alla cassa, all'ingresso, esponendoci al freddo ogni volta che qualcuno apriva la porta. Inoltre, la posizione non garantiva alcuna privacy. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile spostarci in un'altra area, ma la risposta è stata negativa e data in modo molto scortese. Anche quando abbiamo detto che eravamo disposti a aspettare, ci è stato detto che il tavolo era quello e, se non ci fosse piaciuto, avremmo potuto andarcene. Il comportamento del titolare è stato inaccettabile e, se possibile, ancor più scortese della cameriera, che nemmeno ci guardava in faccia mentre parlavamo. Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di non voler più mangiare lì. Quando ci siamo diretti verso l'uscita e abbiamo cercato un confronto per chiarire la situazione, il titolare ha reagito in modo poco professionale, sbattendoci la porta in faccia e alzando la voce. Un’esperienza che ci ha profondamente deluso, sia per la mancanza di accoglienza che per la totale assenza di educazione e rispetto verso i clienti. Non torneremo e non lo consigliamo.

06/01/2025: A perfect lunch. The ambience is professional but low key. Service is polite and efficient but restrained. They had some local dishes on the menu so I felt I should go with those. A textured “macca” soup of fava beans to start, followed by pork sausages with a delicious, slightly sour cabbage. They comped me some items and the three course meal with half a bottle of wine came to 60 euros. This might be the best restaurant in Linguaglossa. Don’t miss it !

06/02/2025: A theft not to have lunch but to pay! Ridiculous house appetizer, a first course of pasta with tomato sauce and two grilled dishes (child size) 88 euros

03/02/2025: Mini portions with very high prices. 15 euros for a small plate of pasta with meat sauce is shameful so imagine the other courses.
