10/01/2025: I discovered this place at the end of December during a lunch to celebrate the baptism. The place is beautiful, it is an ancient Palmento (a place where wine was produced) typical of Etna, it has clearly been renovated but maintains much of its original appearance and inside there is still the enormous (original) press for the must in heavy oak. In the press area there are tanks for collecting grape juice and part of the floor from the 1600s. Beautiful outside with excellent views of Etna and the sea with a view up to Brucoli. Excellent and well served land-based food with typical and local products, delicious vegetable appetizers, sheep's ricotta, exceptional first courses, meat stew and pork shank. The chef's desserts are good and the wine is good. A place you return to for a nice lunch. From what I've read, the restaurant also serves as a pizzeria in the evening
06/01/2025: Very particular location because it was built in an old millstone in Belpasso-CT, very panoramic with a view of the Gulf of Catania.

03/08/2024: I was on holiday with some friends, we just wanted to eat a pizza and here they wanted to force us to make a complete menu of appetizers, first and after the pizza and they sent us away because we only wanted the pizzas but sorry but in this restaurant if you go and have 'It's a party, they'll rule
what to eat now let me explain why Sicily will never move forward and let's go outside Sicily for holidays, tourists, don't come to the Catania area, go out to the Ragusa area at most, we are more open-minded for tourists

09/08/2024: Restaurant on Etna with a wonderful view. We tried pasta alla Norma here and it was delicious, better than some places in Catania. We tried the Lava liqueur, which warmed us up well, and you must try it, I'm sure you've never tried anything like it. The restaurant is very comfortable, has a lot of space and a good selection of food. There are pastries and fast food that can be served immediately, but also dishes made to order, such as pasta, various meats and the like. The treats are also very tasty. We also tried the white wine, which was excellent. There is also a gondola next to the restaurant but we didn't go because of the strong wind and it is a bit more expensive, there are also many souvenir shops where everything is made of lava stone and you can also take stones from Etna as a souvenir and memory. The weather was very bad for us, so we didn't go far, but there are many hiking trails and craters that you can visit. There is also a well-equipped shop on the ground floor below the restaurant and you can even rent or buy a wardrobe.
