22/03/2025: ⭐ 1 star Terrible experience! I just placed an order at McDonald's through Deliveroo, spending almost 40 euros, and only half of the order arrived. I contacted Deliveroo customer service, who washed their hands of it saying that I had to open a report - absurd! But the initial error remains McDonald's, because that's where the incomplete order came from. It's shameful that such a large chain can't even handle a simple order. They made me look bad in front of my daughter's friends who were waiting to eat! To save money, they don't hire staff and leave four poor people to manage all the work, with the result that the service is terrible and mistakes are the order of the day. It's a disgrace for a brand of this size. I will never order from them again. Poor service and total lack of attention to the customer.

22/03/2025: today 19 March 2025 at 11:00/13:00 I ordered a mcfrully with oreo and I received a completely mixed baby food and it sucked it looked like it had already been eaten by someone and the good thing is that I ordered 3 for my friends and they too had the same thing instead a friend of mine got it on the sniker and his was perfect. and plus there were no bathrooms they sent us into Etnapolis to the bathroom
