15/10/2025: Good, almost decent, but not exceptional.
It offers reasonably priced meals, but the quality of the menu is similar to that of a good company cafeteria. The deli is well-made. The pastries are decidedly good. The staff is quite courteous and professional. The indoor dining room has terrible acoustics: it's too noisy. The outdoor spaces are better, especially in the summer, when they make a good granita. The availability of parking spaces is definitely a plus: you rarely run out of space.
12/10/2025: Three large breakfasts and two small takeaways: very poor in size, quantity of filling, and quality. However, they know how to charge well. I won't be returning.

09/09/2025: Enjoying the hot food, granita, ice cream, and various pastries in this taste laboratory, which isn't a bar, is an almost unique experience. Paolo uses only high-quality, seasonal ingredients. He combines his father's tradition with his art of reinventing and enriching typical Sicilian products, in addition to the artisanal production of pandoro, panettone, colomba, and various cakes. I would also add the friendliness, politeness, and professionalism of the father and son owners.
25/06/2025: If you want to find the highest quality, you have to go to Bar Doge in Acireale.
The zeppole, desserts, hot food, all prepared with top quality ingredients.
The owner, Paolo always welcomes you with a smile and manages to entertain customers with joy and spontaneity and an aspect not to be overlooked, you will always find excellent music.
I recommend it to everyone

19/11/2025: I bought a small/medium sized carton but the price is really exaggerated €2.20 and I don't want to add anything else.
16/11/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for Palumbo Bar. I had ordered a cake for the following day, specifying that I would pick it up at 5:00 PM. I went to the bar at the agreed-upon time, but found it closed because it was closed on that day.
Aside from the inconvenience and the waste of time, the situation was unfortunate because I found myself without a birthday cake...

04/11/2025: A beautiful Sicilian trattoria with insanely delicious seafood and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The owner is very helpful, serving, greeting, and bidding farewell to guests himself.
04/11/2025: Absolutely avoid this place, it's a tourist trap!!!
What a rip-off at the end of our trip to Sicily! We were with friends and ordered four Spritz cocktails with a large plate of grilled fish as an appetizer!
We had this dish several times during our week in Sicily (we usually budgeted 15 to 20 Euros each time). What a nasty surprise to find that this dish for four cost 80 Euros!!
What a disgrace!!
After this bad experience, we checked the reviews, which are all too common.

26/09/2025: The food is very tasty, the staff tries their best, but the English is 50/50 :) The biggest attraction of the place are the cats, who feel at home here ✌️

25/07/2025: Good service, typical menu for this type of establishment, friendly staff, and ample nearby parking. Wait times are reasonable (obviously dependent on the number of customers). Reservations recommended. Prices are in line with the type of dishes and menu offered. Recommended!

Mixed meat - schnitzel with fries (which had mud inside), chewing the edges of the bread as a "starter" only with oil (upon request)....OK maybe you had a bad day... culinary low point

11/10/2025: The parking lot is really great, with a great view and friendly people. Everything is clean and very well-organized.
Waste separation is a priority. 👍
They are very concerned about the well-being of their guests.
The parking lot also offers a shuttle service to the beach 🏖️. Free of charge, with return transport if you wish.
The entrance to the famous white cliffs is directly across the street.
Electricity and water are included in the parking fee.

18/10/2025: Simply the best takeaway pizza I've ever eaten, not only plentiful (I've never been full in my life with a single pizza and I left a "slice" of this one) but with quality ingredients, well cooked and well seasoned, highly recommended.
16/10/2025: Excellent platters and focaccia! I recommend them for their excellent value.
