12/06/2025: Family owned businesses are what I call a must-go-to establishment. Never disappointed by the food at this place, I tried something outside my “normal scope of practice”. The Stuffed Pepper. It was fantastic. I wasn’t in the mood for pasta (although my company got the ravioli-which they so kindly used vodka sauce) and the pizza appetizer was more than sufficient to fill my “carb craving”. This dish was excellent and the mix of ground meat along with the prosciutto was the perfect blend of flavor. Topped off with delicious red sauce and some parmesan cheese, i was in heaven. I’ve eaten here many times and I like the chicken parmesan as well as the lasagna, but sometimes it’s nice to think outside the box

06/07/2025: Exceptional, for work I travel a bit all over Italy and I have never eaten such good meat. The horse fillet was very soft. The appetizer was equally good and really abundant! The service was excellent. Congratulations! I had a great time!

27/06/2025: Good food and typical Sicilian dishes. In a neighborhood in the historic center of Gela. The restaurant has 3 rooms: the ground floor, the first floor and the outside area. It's very pleasant to eat outside, it's a shame there's a dilapidated building in sight, I hope it gets fixed because the neighborhood is very nice. The ground floor has a pleasant and rustic environment even if chaotic (having a bar and cash register there too), the first floor with bricks and beautiful paintings, reminiscent of Sicily, is nice but when it's full it's unfortunately a bit claustrophobic because of the low roof. Exquisite, typical and tasty dishes. I recommend the appetizer and the tagliata. Friendly waitress and bartender. Excellent quality of raw materials. Highly recommended

23/07/2025: Simply extraordinary! The cannoli are incredibly fresh and flaky. I also tried the cassatine and pistachio cannoli. The aroma alone speaks for itself. Among the best I've ever tasted.

21/08/2025: I know the place well because I go often. If you want to eat typical Gela cuisine (the way it was made in the olden days!) and quality meat, cooked like no other, this place is a sure thing. It's not a place suitable for children, but if you want to bring good food or bring friends and family to a nice place, it's the right place.
