05/08/2025: Lo stile e l’accoglienza di un’osteria, ma cibo di altissima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti ospiti a casa di amici. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti elaborati e buonissimi che combinano la materia prima siciliana con tecniche innovative e creative. Veramente eccellente!

03/07/2025: Sono ormai un affezionato cliente dell'Osteria, un luogo incantevole e fantastico per una cena romantica o per qualsiasi altra occasione. Chiara e Beppe sono due ristoratori eccezionali: Beppe è un cuoco pieno di talento, con grande inventiva e però grande attenzione per il territorio e per i prodotti di Licata; Chiara una sommelier bravissima e una premurosa maitresse di sala. Il posto è bellissimo: pochi coperti, grande intimità ma anche atmosfera rilassata e occasione di scambiare chiacchierate con la coppia e conoscere Licata e le sue tradizioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo se si considera la qualità della ristorazione. Menzione d'onore per il cappuccino di cozze e la pizza di ricciola

19/08/2025: The restaurant is well presented: elegant, tidy, and quiet, with very light background music that accompanies the diners but allows for peaceful conversation. Even though it's the height of summer, I didn't notice any mosquitoes or other insects, which was very pleasant. It was explained to me later in the evening that mosquito candles are lit before guests arrive, which isn't a given. The service is among the best I've ever experienced: the waiters and maître d' were always present, asking questions after every course, and were always ready to listen to the customer, whether they had a positive or negative review. They were extremely polite. The same goes for the chef, who at the end of the service asked everyone if everything had gone well. She, too, was open to criticism from the start, always responding in an extremely polite and friendly manner. As for the food, I can't complain too much: the fish was fresh, you could tell, well-served, and delicious. Before the aperitif we ordered, we were served a welcome entrée, followed by the requested appetizer, and then the first courses, all within the usual service times. We only had a small mix-up with one of the first courses; there had been an error on the menu, and an item that was actually on the menu hadn't been removed. No big deal, the first course was still good—the pasta was well-cooked and the sauce very good. My request for clarification was answered by both the ever-present maître d' and the chef, who apologized for the oversight. Otherwise, the desserts were excellent. Our bill was based on what we ordered.

21/08/2025: Terrible experience, we waited 30 minutes for a coffee that never arrived even though we asked for it 3 times, the last time the barista even got pissed off saying that they would arrive at a certain point and that I had already got up from the table three times to ask for it... To be avoided, rude.

15/08/2025: The food is truly good, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired: slow, inattentive, and unfriendly. The restaurant has a modern and pleasant design, but the lack of cleanliness ruins the experience. It's a shame, because with more attention to detail and better service, it could be an excellent place.

10/06/2025: We have been frequenting Fauzzeria for a while and we especially appreciate the quality of the pizzas, made with special flours and refined ingredients. I think it is the best vegetarian pizza I have ever eaten: truly excellent. The seasonal pizzas are often original and well done. The only criticism about the Norcina pizza: the ingredients do not seem to be up to par with the rest of the menu. The prices are slightly above average, but the quality justifies them. Only note: the pizzas tend to leave you a bit thirsty.

19/08/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. This restaurant was one of the worst experiences of my life. As soon as I opened the menu, I was shocked: the prices were completely absurd, with appetizers reaching up to €70 (yes, SEVENTY for an appetizer!). The first and second courses were no less, ranging between €30, €40, and even €80 per dish. And you know what the real joke is? Not so much the absurd price, but the RIDICULOUS portion size. After paying extortionate amounts, you'd expect at least a decent entree, but instead they serve you a paltry portion that wouldn't even be enough for a child. In short: legalized robbery, insane prices, starvation portions. An experience that is an understatement. Never again, and I advise anyone not to waste their money there.

01/09/2025: Excellent value for money. Even though the place was busy, we were served promptly. Kudos to the waitresses for their promptness and hospitality. Even though we didn't ask, they offered us a small appetizer and a dessert at the end, which I must say was much appreciated. The pizzas were good. We'll definitely be back.

26/08/2025: There were three of us, meat, fish, and pizza. Everything was very good, and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

15/02/2025: Very great homemade food, cooked with fresh and great ingredients. The owner Giuseppe was very nice and friendly, very recommended for a road break!

13/02/2025: I was in this restaurant a few weeks ago: a business lunch. The location is not the best, the place is normal, what is not normal is the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), the quality of the raw materials used for the dishes and the kindness of Mr Giuseppe, who prepares very good bread, is also super. I will definitely come back, also to try the pizza.
