14/09/2025: Impeccable hospitality and quality – a wonderful discovery!
We stumbled upon this restaurant one evening without a reservation, but were nevertheless greeted with great kindness and helpfulness by the staff, who immediately found us a table. This hospitality is by no means a given, and we truly appreciated it!
We ate wonderfully: the dishes were carefully prepared, tasty, and prepared with quality ingredients. The professionalism was clearly evident, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Every detail, from the service to the flavor, left us more than satisfied.
We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable gastronomic experience.
We will definitely be back!

07/09/2025: Being one of the firsts in the restaurant we still had to wait over 30 minutes just to get our pizzas, that were good so for that worth the wait for us. However, we saw how other tables waited almost 1 hour to get there food where others that came in later than them (but where locals) got their food almost immediately.
When we wanted to pay, we had to wait over 20 minutes and when we asked one of the waiters he said ‘not my table, ask somebody else’. Conclusion: the food is good, but not worth it.

30/09/2025: We had the Diavolessa and Valtellinese pizzas. Both were excellent. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the town and the surrounding area.

03/10/2025: We received a friendly welcome and were able to communicate in half Italian and half English. It looked very nice both inside and out. The food was delicious and the house wine was good. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely eat here again.

29/09/2025: Nice little wine bar. We only stopped here for a drink. The opening hours don't seem to fit. We were turned away first. The small tapas platter was great (it was free with the wine).
16/09/2025: A perfect little wine bar/restaurant. Those who appreciate authentic Sardinian cuisine with a touch of "unusual" will be rewarded here. For example, amberjack with saffron sauce or tuna bersaola. The wines are also carefully selected. The menu is small but excellent. The service is excellent. Outside, you can sit car-free on a small piazza surrounded by historic walls, and inside, in a brick vault. I highly recommend it. We will be back. 👍👍👍👍👍

05/10/2025: A bad experience all around:
We were there on a Sunday evening in early October. There were few customers.
The seafood appetizer was okay, nothing special, but a good portion.
Then my main course arrived. I assumed it was the wrong dish and asked the waitress about it. She didn't understand me, so I asked her to bring the menu again. Another, young waiter who spoke English came over. I explained to him that it was the wrong dish, and he asked me who we had ordered from. I said it was an older gentleman. I suspect he was the head waiter. The young waiter went over and told him the wrong order. I could see from a distance that he was visibly annoyed.
Then my partner's meal arrived 10 minutes later, and it was already cold. My new meal arrived 15 minutes later. So we had to eat separately.
The portion was very small.
Not even a kind word from the head waiter.
Simply embarrassing.
The food itself was plain, but extremely expensive.
To be fair, the seafood pasta, which was only available for two or more people, looked much better.
Conclusion: A total rip-off. There are much better options.
02/10/2025: We wanted to put 2 tables together because the table for 4 was in the aisle and in the wind. We were told that it wasn't because of the table number. We were ignored and not served. We then left. The waiters were still grinning. Yes, that was the last time we had a wonderful lunch by the sea in Orosei in the Lungomare. It was excellent. Well, the Corallo has at least 4 guests less.

13/09/2025: An excellent first course of linguine with clams and bottarga. The grilled vegetables were excellent. Everything was plentiful and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

14/09/2025: We were drawn one evening by the beautiful, illuminated terrace and the excellent location, practically a stone's throw from the center.
It's a shame that for what we ate, €90 is way too much; elsewhere you can eat much better and for less.
