01/04/2026: I recently visited this restaurant, where I'd enjoyed the carefully prepared and satisfying dishes in the past. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has significantly declined, while the prices have risen unjustifiably.
We paid €16 for a dish consisting of a first course and a side dish. In my case, the first course (pasta with tuna, zucchini, and cream) was completely overcooked: the pasta seemed reheated, and the dressing was bland and sloppy. Truly unpleasant.
The side dish was even more disappointing: a tiny bowl of iceberg lettuce, with a few black olives, two tiny pieces of pickled peppers, and a few very thin slices of carrot. A poor dish, unappealing, and frankly unworthy of being served in a restaurant.
The total was €17.50 with water and coffee (which we didn't even consume). Considering that the first course alone would have cost around €15, the value for money is absolutely unacceptable.
It's not just the high prices, but the truly poor quality. It's a shame to see a place that used to be so good descend to this level. Personally, I won't be returning.

01/01/2026: Paid 90 euros, left hungrier than before. Terrible, the menu was barely worth it, 20 euros. The lentils were without cotechino, and it was on the menu. The good thing is they told me if I'd read the menu. In fact, they'll never see me again. Total disappointment.

16/03/2026: We found it last minute on a Saturday night, and it was a quiet and relaxing place. The pizza and appetizers were excellent, so much so that we've already booked for next Saturday. There's also karaoke on Saturday nights.
20/01/2026: Good pizza, cheerful atmosphere, albeit a bit noisy, but nothing too annoying. Excellent service, even amidst the chaos created by
the customers; the staff is friendly, attentive, and patient.

30/08/2025: I expected better from the reviews, but for me the ice cream isn't creamy and the flavor isn't very strong. As soon as you take it, it starts dripping right away, not even having time to get it to the table. Furthermore, the price is too high.

08/03/2026: My partner and I have been there three times already, the fourth time yesterday for a birthday. They were very helpful with the reservation and information. The atmosphere is very nice, especially because of the music. It's welcoming, especially because the entertainer also makes the customers laugh. The staff is very friendly. The pizza is really excellent. I haven't tried the meat yet, but next time I go back I'll definitely order that. I highly recommend it.
10/11/2025: I didn't have a good experience. I had to ask for a knife for the pizza several times. Then, after the pizza, no one came to ask for dessert or coffee.
Plus, I asked for a glass of tap water at the counter, even though I paid, and it was denied. I had to buy a bottle.

06/04/2026: The reception staff were friendly and helpful, something I didn't find in the breakfast room. The room was large and clean, although the bathroom (shower over tub with a plastic curtain) and the furnishings could use a makeover. The location is central, and the parking is ample and free.
15/12/2025: Our stay at the Grillo was neither pleasant nor up to our expectations. When we entered the room, the carpet was very dirty, full of old and indelible stains; dust was widespread. In the bathroom, despite the architectural barriers, there was a nice bathtub with a plastic curtain. There were no toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes, as expected in a 4-star hotel. The mirror was dirty, as were the window panes. The bed had two thin pillows, no extra ones; inside were two woolen blankets (woolen ones!), layered on top of each other, and grayish sheets. Dissatisfied the next morning, we filed our complaints, but we almost felt reproached for not having reported our concerns immediately.

16/03/2026: I visited this restaurant for an anniversary. It's not exactly a farmhouse restaurant, as one might expect.
The quality of the food was rather mediocre, although the wait staff was very kind and helpful.
I personally recommend other, more characteristic places, where the food quality is definitely higher than the expected price.
19/02/2026: We were there with my family to celebrate a birthday. The family atmosphere and the service made everything very pleasant, in addition to the simple, tasty food that won us over.
We will definitely be back for other occasions.
