21/12/2025: We took the fixed menu that the restaurant offers and we were disappointed by the steak which was supposed to be 700g but seemed much smaller and the meat was nothing special, the starter was good.
08/12/2025: A charming and well-kept restaurant. With the Immaculate Conception set menu, they brought us a generous and tasty appetizer. For the first course, a simple plate of fresh pasta with cherry tomatoes (to be perfected), followed by a delicious sliced steak. To finish, a delicious cream-filled bocconotto... I recommend playing some Christmas music to create a warmer atmosphere.

17/12/2025: We were in Crispiano, near Taranto, for a show at the beautiful Teatro Comunale, and I accompanied the members of the Il Giullare Theater Company.
For lunch, we stopped at this family-run restaurant, "Tutto Buono," located about 500 meters from the theater, truly convenient. It was a great choice: excellent value and simple dishes prepared with quality ingredients. They also readily accommodated gluten-free options for a couple of guests, which is unusual and much appreciated.
We started with a bruschetta as an entrée, followed by orecchiette with tomato sauce, chicken cutlet with fries, and, to finish, homemade desserts, amaro, and coffee. Just the kind of place we were looking for... and we found it.
Special thanks to the owner and Ilaria, the girl at the tables, for their patience and great helpfulness (let's admit we may have been a bit of a nuisance... especially those two with sunglasses in the photo 😁).
When we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: I celebrated an anniversary with over 30 people. The waiters were impeccable, always available and very polite. The appetizers were traditional but very good, and the drinks and service were fine. The first courses and fried fish were good, the meat was so-so, and the sausage was exceptional.
Overall, an average restaurant, excellent for those looking for tradition and more or less affordable prices. I didn't receive a quote before the party, and then I paid something extra that I didn't deserve (four people decided to order pizza instead of a first and second course, and I still paid for the full menu plus the cost of the pizzas... liqueurs and coffee were paid separately).

09/12/2025: We chose L'Essenza in Vista for the Immaculate Conception Lunch, and the experience was truly excellent. The chef's special menu was meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors.
The land and sea appetizers were a great start: a selection of Martina Franca capocollo, blueberry burrata, and truly delicious mushroom meatballs, along with gratinated salmon cubes and cuttlefish in a creamy chickpea sauce. The portions were just right, and great attention was paid to the quality of the ingredients.
The seafood cavatelli were also delicious, creamy and fragrant, as was the sea bass turban with saffron velouté, exquisitely delicate. The side dish, a baked potato, was also excellent, perfectly complementing the dish.
To finish, a beautifully made puff pastry with cream and berries and a selection of fresh fruit. The service was courteous and punctual, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed.
A perfect celebration: good food, carefully prepared dishes, and great professionalism.
Highly recommended for events and celebrations!

Don't expect the usual restaurant and the usual dishes. It's all very good and refined.
We tried the appetizers, with many specialties from both land and sea.
The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The dishes and glasses were sparkling.
The staff was very polite and friendly.
A place that's not at all crowded.
Very simple and refined!

07/08/2025: We celebrated our 50th birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience! The pizzeria welcomed us with great kindness and availability, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The pizza was simply delicious: light dough, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection for all tastes. The staff was attentive and always smiling, ready to accommodate every request.
A special thank you for the attention given to the birthday boy and for helping to make the evening truly special. We will definitely be back... and we will recommend it to everyone! Romica Santamarina

The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, with a selection of fresh and authentic ingredients that enrich every offering. The pizzas were all extraordinary, with light, well-leavened doughs and rich, flavorful toppings.
The pizza tour was an excellent choice for those who want to try a variety of flavors, and I must admit that every pizza offered was a pleasant surprise.
The very welcoming and well-kept place contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable.

20/11/2025: It's a pizzeria I would definitely recommend. The welcome was excellent: the waiters were kind, smiling, and always available.
The pizzas are truly delicious, with a light yet crispy crust.
I chose the pizza tour and loved it because it gave me the opportunity to try gourmet pizzas that I'm usually afraid to order: all delicious, made with quality ingredients.
The red pizzas were also excellent: the sauce was very sweet and fresh, which is anything but expected.
Another thing I appreciated was that they didn't make a fuss if someone left a crust on their plate; in fact, they kept bringing new pizzas until we told them to stop.
To top it off, they served us a delicious Nutella pizza, made with original Nutella.
In short: everything was perfect. A truly worthwhile pizzeria.
