04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. The price was fair, considering all the restaurant's positive aspects, especially the excellent food. I highly recommend it. Valentina & Tiziana

22/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo in una bella e fresca serata di luglio.
L’atmosfera è molto accogliente, si respira sotto i pergolati una gran bell’aria. Ci ho ottimi, consiglio gli antipasti da condividere , abbondanti e buonissimi.
Carne buona, anche se io ho preso un polpo con purea di fave e cicorie….da leccarsi i baffi.
Tutto ottimo soprattutto il conto. Eravamo in tanti, tutti rimasti soddisfatti. Torneremo sicuramente

14/08/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner today and the meat was truly delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and approachable; they immediately made us feel at ease. You can tell the ingredients are top-quality, and the price is truly excellent for what you get. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

29/06/2025: Eccellente. Location molto bella, elegante ma sobria, inserita all'interno di un bellissimo resort. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Ottima la scelta da menù. Buona la carta dei vini. Pietanze ottime con gusti ben bilanciati. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere e proprietari e scambiarci qualche parola. Persone gentilissime e garbate. In definitiva posto eccellente da consigliare e tornarci. Nulla da eccepire. Anzi se proprio vogliamo, per forza, trovare un difetto diciamo che non hanno lasciato il tappo del vino in un piattino sul tavolo per permetterne il controllo da parte del cliente. Questa sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla buonissima torta della serata.

30/03/2025: E' stato come immergersi nella natura, gustando delle pietanze squisite, con prodotti a km0. Non solo le semplici pietanze da agriturismo, ma realizzate con i loro prodotti rivisitati con ottima fantasia. Abbiamo riscontrato cortesia, qualità e professionalità. Abbiamo pranzato all'aperto, riscaldati dal tepore del sole. Eccellenza del territorio segnalata dal nostro tour operator di fiducia e della zona💛❤️
23/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo locale sabato sera assaggiando il menù invernale per la prima volta (ci siamo stati altre volte,ma sempre in estate). Partendo dalla location, posso dire sia molto accogliente, un piccolo camino acceso nella saletta in cui siamo stati collocati, servizio ottimo, camerieri molto attenti e gentili.
Noi eravamo in 5, ma abbiamo scelto solo 4 menù ( due totali e due parziali) in quanto mio figlio aveva già cenato visto l'orario da noi scelto. La carrellata di antipasti ( tutti ottimi) è arrivata subito 🤩 nelle giuste quantità. Io personalmente ho scelto menù parziale, ordinando come secondo le bombette con contorno di patate e insalata. Infine, ho scelto come dolce fuori dal menù il tiramisù,bello da vedere in un vasetto simil terracotta, ma soprattutto buonissimo. Prima del dolce abbiamo mangiato la macedonia di frutta compresa nel prezzo che gentilmente hanno offerto a mio figlio nonostante non avesse ordinato nulla, cosa non da tutti visto che i piccoli spesso vengono ignorati🥰
Gli amari prodotti da loro ci sono stati offerti.
Infine, posso dire che il rapporto qualità- prezzo ci sia in pieno. Abbiamo pagato menù parziale 25€, totale 28€, dolci 5€ ciascuno, coperto 2€, ricevendo un arrotondamento sul totale. Noi siamo soddisfatti, torneremo certamente!

17/05/2025: Questo locale c’è stato consigliato da un amico e devo dire che mai scelta è state azzeccata. La proprietaria ci ha accolto pur essendo arrivati verso le ore 22 con garbo e gentilezza il personale di sala è preparato e cortese il prezzo è nella norma e i cibi sono di ottima qualità molto buone le bombette e la carne arrostita.

28/08/2023: Abbiamo conosciuto questa location in villeggiatura tramite amici di casamassella, Abbiamo partecipato ad una sua serata organizzata appositivamente per ringraziare la sua clientela che dire serata bellissima personale gentilissimo ed ho avuto modo di apprezzare i suoi prodotti siamo di Bari e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovasse in zona festa bellissima con degustazioni chiaramente mai vista fare da alcuna attività per ringraziare i suoi clienti che dire UNICI!!!
