04/08/2025: A corner of grace in the heart of the ancient city of the rose window, where every dish seems to have come not from a kitchen, but from a well-educated family memory. We enjoyed orecchiette as they were made before the bourgeoisie discovered food bloggers, and meats that smell of the fireplace and respect for the beast. The service? Silent, precise, almost monastic. The venue? Sober, elegant, without frills—like a retired marquis: he knows who he is, and has nothing to prove. Recommended for those who believe that simplicity, when true, is the rarest luxury.

22/07/2025: Pizzeria La Stalla del Nonno in Troia (FG) is a unique culinary experience! The pizza is cooked to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, like a real country stable. The service is friendly and welcoming, with staff that make you feel right at home. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. I highly recommend trying the "tomato, arugula, and parmesan" pizza and the local wine. It's the perfect place for a night out with friends or a family dinner. I'll be back soon to try other specialties!

06/08/2025: Gelato masters, every flavor is a masterpiece! Don't miss the crunchy almond and dark chocolate. I also recommend the brioche with gelato, unique. The price is reasonable. Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff.

02/05/2025: Dear tourists, here they are very smart, apart from the price not displayed, you will find a nice surprise when you pay, if you get a flavor of ice cream 1 scoop of ice cream 2.50 even if it were high season and the seaside area, then you think oh well it will be super... but when you leave the ice cream shop the ice cream has melted and it's not even June, a tip TO AVOID!
