I've had the opportunity to try both the panzerotti shop and the restaurant, and each time the experience has been exceptional. The panzerotti are simply spectacular: perfectly cooked, with very little oil and a generous filling that allows you to fully savor them. The variety is incredible, with always well-chosen ingredients and surprising combinations, making every bite a true delight. The restaurant, which I've tried for both lunch and dinner, never disappoints. From appetizers to desserts, every course is carefully prepared, flavorful, and capable of surprising you with its quality and authenticity. The staff and the owner are friendly, kind, and always available, ready to offer advice and make the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is very well laid out: the main section is located on a small balcony overlooking the splendid view of Mattinata, with the sea visible in the distance, making summer dinners unforgettable. There's also a small indoor dining room, perfect for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, and the overall design is tastefully crafted, simple yet elegant, enhancing the experience without being invasive. 07/04/2026: We stayed over the Easter weekend as a couple. We found the staff to be friendly, from the moment we booked over the phone to the moment we arrived at the property. The room, an annex, was surrounded by greenery among olive trees, not far from the pebble beach where you can take long, peaceful walks. The welcome was impeccable, and even the breakfast served each morning was excellent and varied. Nothing negative, just a small suggestion: to improve the rooms. We will definitely be back.
