A fresh Guinness to relax in front of in a pleasant conversation between two. The opportunity is propitious, we can find what we are looking for on site. Lab - L'Ardito Birraio is the right place. Two nice glasses of Guinness and the inevitable fries. To please, we took a look at the menu and, in particular, the sandwiches section. Although meat sandwiches are the majority and certainly captivating, we looked at the smaller section and opted for two seafood sandwiches. The “Curioso” with smoked swordfish carpaccio whose flavor is caressingly combined with the yogurt sauce, a base of avocado cream, Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes sautéed in brandy and the “Deciso” in name and in fact with its paired smoked salmon with marinated purple cabbage, I would say the noble version of sauerkraut, all characterized by Dijon mustard mayonnaise. The combinations chosen to enhance the seafood sandwiches are excellent. Helpful and non-asphyxiating staff. A pleasant end to the evening in a comfortable place to share with people with whom it is worth spending time together.
06/01/2025: Super welcoming staff, super nice owner and serial entertainer. Very fun bingo evening today. Very recommended conservative sandwich! Very high quality of ingredients. Lots of variety of beers.

26/01/2025: We tried this place for the first time.
I recommend the really good puccia all'Ariccia.
Waiters were kind and quick in bringing the dishes...the only flaw is that, since the place is small, they should put an extractor fan (if that's what it's called) to suck out the smoke from the pizzas and other things because we came out smelling from head to toe of smoke.

senza parlare dei tempi fasulli che ti danno per le consegne a casa, ritardi di oltre 1 ore, pizze sbagliate e se chiami per farglielo notare voglio anche avere ragione "noi stiamo lavorando " e si, grazie a noi che ordiniamo

08/12/2024: Locale abbastanza medio che cerca di essere una panzerotteria ma che non riesce nell'intento.
Seduti alle 8.30 con dei bambini al seguito ci hanno serviti alle 10.00 la prima tranche di panzerotti (per fortuna anche quelli dei bambini) e poi abbiamo atteso le 11.30 per avere il resto.
2 persone in sala e 1 in cucina per gestire 20 tavoli
Alla fine ci hanno anche detto che non la colpa non era loro ma dovevamo capirli perchè la giornata era impegnativa...... e quando abbiamo detto che per i panzerotti dolci non avevamo intenzione di attendere un'altra ora la signora è andata via dicendo: ALLORA VI PORTO IL CONTO.
Ma è del mestiere questo???
Preciso che i panzerotti non erano male ma l'organizzazione e il modo di accogliere e di rispondere ai clienti è assolutamente indecente e maleducato.

24/03/2024: È vero, personale forse poco esperto nel trattare con la gente, poco raffinato...forse perché c è sempre folla?? Boh!!! pizza ottima , ma mi permetterei di dare un consiglio al pizzaiolo: ogni tanto pulisci il fondo del forno, perché la pizza nella parte sottostante è piena di farina bruciata e sinceramente non è il massimo mangiare ciò!!!
Ripeto pizza ottima, locale spartano.
02/01/2024: Cameriere omofobo, scurrile, di poca presenza e maleducato con i clienti. Prezzi esorbitanti. Pizza buona peccato solo per il luogo fatiscente.
