18/08/2025: An unforgettable dinner! The atmosphere is unique, with the option of dining inside a trullo in complete privacy, with each table in a separate room. The menu tells the chef's story and how he wants to showcase his dishes and his cuisine. The journey is exciting, as each dish is told, and each dish has its own story and its own reason for being there. This is important because it connects the culinary experience to a deeper, more emotional one. Every single dish is crafted with great technique and deserves top marks. I couldn't say what I liked best, because every dish won me over more than many Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried in my life. The chef is incredibly sweet, and you can tell he LOVES his job. At the end of the dinner, he came into the dining room to chat, sharing his experience and the history of his dishes. This place has remained in my heart and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical night.
17/08/2025: The tasting menu at Fè was an incredible experience. Chef Francesco Laera infuses his dishes with a mix of flavors and techniques, using excellent ingredients, creating a richly emotional experience. There are only a few tables, so you feel pampered and guided through each course to understand what the chef intended. Congratulations!

15/08/2025: A special Ferragosto holiday in a carefully curated and authentic masseria, where every dish is prepared with love. Rich yet balanced appetizers, original and well-executed first courses, tender and flavorful meats. Delicious yet delicate desserts.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, amidst olive trees and the silence of Puglia. The price is fair for the quality.
We'd go back tomorrow.

18/07/2025: An amazing hotel with incredibly beautiful, authentic rooms and a fantastic property. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, fulfilling every wish. The warm, family-like atmosphere makes the vacation an unforgettable and truly wonderful experience.
09/05/2025: The site is charming, quiet, 5 minutes from Nocci and close to Alberobello, Polignano, Martina Franca and Bari. A great place to rest, take excursions and recharge energy. The rooms are fantastic, clean and very comfortable. They also rent trulli, the typical buildings in the area.

27/07/2025: We stopped at this B&B for just one night (unfortunately) on our way back from vacation in Sicily. We stayed in a fully equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious. Giorgia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and friendly. Free on-site parking was a huge plus, as we had a car full of luggage. Very close to Alberobello and Noci (a truly undiscovered town, a little-known gem). We will definitely consider returning to visit the many other worthwhile places nearby.
06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

The price was reasonable for the quality.

19/08/2025: Despite reservations, the time is not respected. Furthermore, they prefer to assign tables to the waiters' friends, not respecting the order in which customers arrive. They've lost a customer, and not just for one night...
06/08/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo locale c'era tanta confusione ma la cosa peggiore è che il servizio è inefficiente e impreparato e confuso arrivano gli antipasti dopo che hanno servito altre persone arrivate dopo fi noi un piatto di salmone affumicato che saranno stati 50 grammi a 12 euro più dei gamberi passabili a 20 euro dopo averli finiti dopo tante volte chiesto le bevande arriva l'acqua dopo 5 minuti il vino e per finire dopo altri 10 minuti la birra assurdo mai visto la pizza niente di che non riesco a capire come mai ci fosse così tanta gente,arrivo alla cassa faccio presente il problema e mi dice c'è confusione stasera, allora organizzatevi e imparate almeno a chiedere scusa....
