02/11/2024: A great place to relax and do some sightseeing in the area. The rooms in the Trulli are fantastic. The food in the restaurant was fantastically good and more than plentiful. The breakfast was super extensive. Angelica at reception was super friendly and very helpful. Gladly again and again 😊

25/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per il pranzo di Natale in famiglia, eravamo in 15 ma avevamo prenotato per 18 persone. La mattina stessa, con largo anticipo, abbiamo avvisato che tre persone non sarebbero potute venire. Nonostante ciò, ci hanno comunque addebitato il costo per tutti i 18 coperti, senza alcuna flessibilità o comprensione. Il cibo era ottimo, e la qualità dei piatti non si discute, ma questa rigida politica ha rovinato l’atmosfera di quello che avrebbe dovuto essere un momento speciale. Pagare 65€ a testa anche per chi non c’era è stato davvero ingiusto, soprattutto considerando che avevamo comunicato per tempo l’assenza. Un peccato, perché la cucina merita, ma il modo in cui è stata gestita questa situazione ci ha lasciati profondamente delusi. Non credo che torneremo, né consiglieremo questo ristorante per eventi così importanti.

19/12/2024: Oddio c’è molto da scrivere ma in poche parole dico superbo ed eccellente Noi siamo una coppia di noci e viviamo in Inghilterra , abbiMo contattato la struttura per celebrare con amici e parenti il nostro matrimonio, lo staff è stato a dir poco sublime e di una cortesia estrema che al giorno d’oggi si vede poco in giro in altri posti Dopo una selettiva scelta abbiamo scelto suite801 per vari motivi , per sentito dire e per esperienza personale con i membri dello staff ! La cucina , lo chef Nicola e i suoi collaboratori ci hanno aiutato tantissimo nella scelta del menu usando solo i prodotti della nostra terra e anno avuto da tutti i nostri invitati complimenti e lusinghe Quindi non potevamo essere più soddisfatti Il direttore di sala era pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta e le ha soddisfatte tutte aiutandoci nelle scelte e consigliandoci per esperienza il modo di affrontare la giornata evitando stress e preoccupazioni , garantendoci una completa spensieratezza e lasciando a lui gli intoppi se è nel caso ci fossero stati , ma non c’è ne sono stati e questo la dice lunga sulla professionalità dello staff Le stanze , enormi , pulite , e accoglienti hanno fatto del nostro soggiorno un incantevole esperienza! Io e mia moglie abbiamo già prenotato per giugno , visto che adesso non c’è posto migliore dove spendere e trovare un angolo di pace e serenità tra un staff da 100 e lode e’ un territorio di grande cultura e bellezza Grazie Alfredo e Giusy

10/03/2025: Good morning, I want to say in advance that we ate very well, everything was excellent, but just a small clarification that on the menu that is here on the site it is not written, but on the menu that is read in the restaurant it is.... under starters, in the first item where the variety of starters that arrive is explained, it says in brackets for 2 people €15..... instead today we discovered that you put them on the bill at €30, this means teasing the customer a bit, if it says that given the starter and for a maximum of 2 people, the cost must remain €15, otherwise remove the brackets for 2 people. .......if we were thinking of going back, I'm sorry but we won't come again.

23/02/2025: Excellent quality pizza. Excellent service: pizza ready in no time. However, it is a limitation to have to leave the table quickly, it is not possible to occupy the table for more than 1 hour in the first round.
