18/11/2025: A lovely place where we were comfortable, warm, and with relaxing music.
I enjoyed almost everything, from the fish to the excellent, truly excellent tomato symphony, except for the parmigiana.
The portions were perhaps not suitable for people with a good appetite, the meat was excellent with an excellent sauce (so much so that I even asked for more bread 😅), but it was served almost cold.
I expected a slightly wider selection of wines by the glass, perhaps having Coravin (or similar) available for pouring.
The desserts were unique, although perhaps I was expecting something more.
The French pastry at the end was exceptional.
Top-notch service and ambiance.

19/10/2025: An experience that goes beyond simply "eating." At Ristorante Fè, every dish is pure emotion: first it captivates the eyes, then it explodes on the palate with the quality of the raw materials that speak for themselves.
But what struck me most was the chef: young, authentic, humble. In his eyes, I saw true passion, the kind that comes from someone who deeply loves their work. Each dish tells a story, an idea, a piece of their soul.
It's not just any place. It's one of those places you return to because it stays with you. And I will return, without a doubt.

09/11/2025: I've never stayed at the property, but... I had the pleasure of dining there, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The food was simply fantastic. Each dish was a triumph of flavors, prepared with excellent, top-quality ingredients. The attention and care put into selecting the ingredients was clearly evident.
But the excellence doesn't stop in the kitchen. The service was impeccable. The waiters were attentive to every detail, professional, and incredibly courteous, making the entire experience pleasant and relaxing.
The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and, most importantly, absolutely clean.
In short, I have nothing to complain about. It's rare to find a restaurant where every aspect, from the quality of the food to the service, is treated with such dedication.
Highly recommended!
26/10/2025: On June 1st, we celebrated my daughter's First Communion. A wonderful experience, with competent staff, superb chef Nicola, and Mariana always attentive to all her guests' needs. We'll definitely be back; in fact, we've been back.... See you soon. Luigi and Grazia

30/11/2025: Today, November 30th, we spent half a day at the masseria. We had a delightful lunch, aperitif with prosecco, and various excellently prepared appetizers, creatively combining typical local ingredients like zucca pazza (crazy squash), eggplant, and zucchini. Chef Francesco highlighted each vegetable, bringing out its flavor. Congratulations. A truly unique place.

08/11/2025: We were lucky to find this place during our holiday in Puglia. They have fantastic ice creams in many wonderful flavours. You get spoilt for choice but all were of exceptional quality. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly which makes your visit even more enjoyable. They also offered samples to try before buying which is a nice gesture. Overall, exceptional quality and service. Would highly recommend.

The pasta here is simply outstanding — honestly the best pasta I’ve had in all of Italy. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic flavor. Highly recommended!

06/08/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo locale c'era tanta confusione ma la cosa peggiore è che il servizio è inefficiente e impreparato e confuso arrivano gli antipasti dopo che hanno servito altre persone arrivate dopo fi noi un piatto di salmone affumicato che saranno stati 50 grammi a 12 euro più dei gamberi passabili a 20 euro dopo averli finiti dopo tante volte chiesto le bevande arriva l'acqua dopo 5 minuti il vino e per finire dopo altri 10 minuti la birra assurdo mai visto la pizza niente di che non riesco a capire come mai ci fosse così tanta gente,arrivo alla cassa faccio presente il problema e mi dice c'è confusione stasera, allora organizzatevi e imparate almeno a chiedere scusa....
