The presence of several rooms always makes receptions comfortable ensuring an adequate level of privacy. Good quality culinary proposal, impeccable service.

09/05/2025: The site is charming, quiet, 5 minutes from Nocci and close to Alberobello, Polignano, Martina Franca and Bari. A great place to rest, take excursions and recharge energy. The rooms are fantastic, clean and very comfortable. They also rent trulli, the typical buildings in the area.

06/04/2025: Waoo, capitato per sbaglio in questa masseria ho scoperto qualcosa di straordinario, location da tipica masseria pugliese ma con un menù fisso da perdere il fiato. 11 portate di antipasti totalmente caserecci 2 assaggi di primo di pasta freschissima, una grigliata centrale. Ottima carne ottimo tutto, ottimo il conto..ci ritorneremo di sicuro

02/05/2025: The ice cream is certainly of a high standard but, in my opinion, the slightly high price compared to the small quantity served in the cones is not justified. And don't tell me that the quality of the raw materials is unique and you pay for it because, in the surrounding area, there are other top-level ice cream shops that, at the same price, offer a much more abundant cone.

14/05/2025: My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant on 05/02/25. We are both vegetarians and the menu offered various options, including vegan! We had two first courses, both vegan, delicious! The broad bean puree with vegetables was fantastic, as was the chef's dish: strascinate with cicerchie puree, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, an exceptional dish! The house red wine and the service were also excellent. Excellent value for money! We will definitely be back

15/05/2025: Excellent, in the heart of the historic center of Noci a beautiful experience for lunch. Angela the hostess, with her husband Gino the chef, have created a really beautiful little place, typical appetizers, many, but revisited in a modern key with taste and particular attention to raw materials, not to mention the first courses with many proposals; a suggestion: ask for the orchid-shaped stuffed pasta, explosive and unique. For the second courses, if you get there, both the well-prepared typical meat and the really fresh fish are a triumph....., for the price? Well we are in the order of 45/50 euros per person with fine wines, fruit, desserts and lots and lots of kindness, good manners of the legendary Angela and all the staff. Don't believe it? Try it and then prove me wrong. Good guys, that's how it's done. I will return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor areas, a gem.

18/05/2025: You have to be honest, I was in this pizzeria 30 years ago... we went back just to go back to where we were very young years ago. The environment always the same, no changes, if I remember correctly, Only took the pizza, dough, good, tall and soft but difficult to chew, you have to chew the bite for a long time, it is rubbery and not very fragrant, quality ingredients. Beer in a liter jug, initially good and light, but in the end, last sip of beer became bitter, strange! Fast and kind service, the pizza arrived after a short time, good! Honest prices, good I would say. This to give, if I can, some advice on things to see and perhaps improve. However, a nice evening and good feelings.

23/02/2025: Excellent quality pizza. Excellent service: pizza ready in no time. However, it is a limitation to have to leave the table quickly, it is not possible to occupy the table for more than 1 hour in the first round.

THE 2 ROOMS WE HAD COMFORTABLE AND SUITABLE FOR OUR NEEDS, EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE FROM THE HYGIENE TO THE WELCOME TO THE CLEAN AND THE SCENTS NOT TOO STRONG... 27/04/2025: I had the opportunity to try the "Officina del Gusto" in Noci recently. I must admit that there was a small misunderstanding regarding the starters at the beginning of the meal, which created a slight initial discomfort. However, once this moment was over, I must say that the subsequent courses were definitely appreciable. The quality of the food turned out to be good. I would like to say a few specific words about the service received at Officina del Gusto, which deserves a separate mention. I found him very precise and careful to get all the courses out together (which for 10 people is not so easy). In particular, the waitress who served us was truly exceptional - a "golden girl", as they say. Professional, kind and helpful, qualities that are increasingly difficult to find in dining room staff nowadays. If I were in the owner's shoes, I absolutely wouldn't let it slip away. It made the experience even more enjoyable.

24/04/2025: It's not a restaurant, but your living room. The staff makes you feel like family! Kind, courteous, and above all they make lunch engaging. This is what I look for every time I go to a restaurant. The cuisine is simple but truly excellent, home-made and quality flavours. Now I've become at home. I highly recommend it
