24/02/2025: Ho scelto Panacea per festeggiare i miei 50 anni. Attirata dall'eleganza della location e dal calore degli ambienti, mi sono fatta trasportare da Eros per la scelta del menù, molto attento sia ai particolari che alla giusta combinazione dei cibi. Una persona solare e meravigliosa che mi ha seguita e consigliata in ogni decisione, oltre che un eccezionale Chef! Un locale che ha accolto i miei 70 invitati, curato e gestito nei minimi dettagli da Emanuel, serio, scrupoloso, e sempre presente in ogni momento della serata, accontentandoci in ogni richiesta. Attento anche nei confronti di invitati con intolleranze o allergie alimentari. Grazie ragazzi, avete reso la serata ancora più speciale, regalandoci una bella esperienza da ricordare.

07/04/2025: We moved to the San Paolo district a little over a year ago and while trying the various pastry shops, we found this one, we immediately tried the croissants and other breakfast desserts, all good and above all fresh, then we tried the sweets and what can I say, delicious and assorted and today the TOP was the birthday cake for my son Nicola, a new flavour, very delicious and super delicious

Attentive, professional and friendly staff.
Excellent cuisine, pizza the way I like it... perfect cooking, thin pastry, enriched to perfection, for every taste. Delicious desserts, served with delicate decorations.
It's really worth coming back and experiencing the cuisine.

16/03/2025: On the occasion of my daughter's first confession we decided to book an aperitif at Quintaessere.
The owner Fabio was very helpful and friendly in advising us on what was best to offer the guests.
Smiling waiters, kind and ready to satisfy our requests.
Buffet complete with cocktails, rotisserie, cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products and excellent quality dessert. Price more than honest!
18/11/2024: A good place to enjoy a good coffee and croissant
The service is good, the only flaw is that if you are out for breakfast you find yourself surrounded by smokers and that's not good for non-smokers, it would be nice to put a ban in the air bar for those who smoke outside at least 5 meters away

16/02/2025: Very spartan little pizza restaurant... With many little things out of place: anonymous oil in a cruet, dirty salt shaker with moistened salt, crostini (poorly seasoned) served like bruschetta.
However, I expected more from the pizza, starting with the quality of the ingredients, in particular the toppings (the dough was good). But with prices so low, unfortunately you can't expect more.

The food is of excellent quality, thin and crunchy pizza, the seasoning is abundant and not at all measured both in the first courses and in the pizza! in short, everything is good... fast service, kind waiter and cook, always smiling and attentive to satisfying the customer's requests... An excellent place to dine in company, it is ideal for meals with friends, with an outdoor space, ideal for those with lively children... excellent service from all the staff, all friendly and smiling... Even the owner is prepared and with a certain attention to detail... The prices are absolutely modest, the place is always full, and there must be a reason... At the first opportunity as soon as possible I'll be back, absolutely..! I highly recommend to everyone..
19/09/2024: Less than mediocre. Dirty tablecloths at the table, yes you put paper on them, but seeing the dirty tablecloth is not nice anyway.
Then, the salami on the pizza was not fresh, not even the raw ham.
