Panacea. estensione di sapore

21/12/2025: I visited Panacea almost a month ago, a few days before my departure for work, and the memory of the warm and welcoming atmosphere is still vivid in my mind and, above all, in my heart.
An enchanting place where you eat truly well! 🤤 Gourmet and traditional dishes, for all tastes 😍
They even managed to please me, a vegan 🌱, and I was spoiled for choice 🥹
Not at all predictable and truly much appreciated ✨
A special thanks to Nicola and Graziano for the cuisine and to Emanuel for his hospitality, which made us feel right at home 🥹
I can't wait to return! ❤️
P.S. I'm looking forward to seeing Dumbo when I return to Puglia 😁

13/12/2025: The pizzas we ordered for takeout arrived half an hour late. But that's not a problem; it can happen, except that the "diavola" I ordered, with the resulting surcharge over the Margherita, only had five slices of spicy salami, and the pizza didn't taste any different from the Margherita. The edges were also rubbery.
25/11/2025: Nice and clean place, excellent pizza and fries. Service is equally good, perhaps, but perhaps, they have a few lesser types of beer. Top marks.

30/12/2025: These pastries are tried and tested year-round. We had the opportunity to try two panettone cakes during the holidays: the Chocolate and the Dubai.
Excellent rating and a hit with everyone...children, adults, and grandparents. Definitely worth repeating!

31/01/2026: When we arrived we were greeted very warmly, the place was very nice, the service excellent, the appetizers delicious and unique, not the usual dishes. The pizza was very light and very good, the prices fair, in short everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, I was there on a very busy holiday, so the atmosphere wasn't the best. Despite the chaos, the staff were friendly, with a tired look on their faces.
The space needs improvement.
Excellent food.

26/05/2025: They offer an all-you-can-eat service, with basic courses chosen by them.
If you stop at just those, you can leave something.
Beyond that, you can take whatever you want, and you have to eat it all.
But the first courses are so seasoned and full of seeds or vegetables that they fill you up and, above all, you don't always know what they're made of. In fact, you eat what they give you, which isn't always easy to digest.
24/05/2025: We tried the All you can eat menu for €28 per person including a starter and two drinks each.

15/04/2025: Fuimos aquí como había sido arreglado por mi hermana italiana - En - Ley para atender a 33 miembros de la familia! Somos de Inglaterra y nunca hemos tenido una comida tan increíble. La comida era absolutamente increíble y la bienvenida y el servicio era excepcional. A pocos pasos del centro de Modugno, este es sin duda un lugar para probar!

31/01/2025: A malincuore devo scrivere una brutta recensione! Locale carino e cibo nella media , ma veniamo al dunque : la gestione del locale ! Diciamo surreale 😆.
Siamo stati la prima volta in questo locale ad agosto , ordiniamo un bel po di roba tra cui un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tra il formaggio c’era un pezzo palesemente morso da qualcun altro (c’era il calco dei denti ); segnalato al proprietario, il quale dire che si arrimpicava sugli specchi è poco ! Ovviamente il tagliere non l’abbiamo toccato e lui ha pensato bene di farcelo pagare comunque. Siamo ritornati a gennaio perché amici avevano prenotato lì , e hanno pensato bene di metterci nel conto 45€ di tortino al cioccolato (al posto di 4,50€). Ovviamente era palese che lo sapeva benissimo ed era stato beccato come un bimbo con le mani nella marmellata. Insomma , da evitare x la scarsissima professionalità.

03/05/2025: Posto accogliente, personale qualificato ed attento a tutte le esigenze, prodotti di ottima qualità, pizza ottima (consiglio impasto ai cereali) .
18/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale ieri sera, e abbiamo assaggiato le loro favolose chips, e quattro pizze molto molto buone, due margherite senza lattosio e una pizza con fonduta do caciocavallo e pepe nero, molto molto buona e una pizza con bresaola, grana e stracciatella davvero ottima, sicuramente ci torneremo, in quanto il personale è stato molto educato e qualificato, la pulizia è impeccabile e la cucina è davvero ottima
