20/09/2025: Excellent place to spend evenings or afternoons in the company of friends having aperitifs

11/09/2025: Maria Antonietta is incompetent; when she's there, the bar closes an hour earlier than usual. She's also unprofessional, lazy, and absent. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff is excellent.

09/05/2025: An excellent Apulian panzerotto, with all kinds of fillings. Top is the one with the «brasciola» (meat roll with ragù).

04/03/2025: A lovely spot in the center of Grumo Appula, a bar overlooking a charming little square. The surprise is that in the evening they serve panzerotti filled with meat, turnips, various cured meats, and of course the classic tomato and mozzarella ones. The service is impeccable and fast, but most importantly, they bring them out of the kitchen one at a time, allowing customers to eat them piping hot. Prices are reasonable, so they offer excellent value. We'll definitely be returning again and again.
