28/03/2024: We had dinner in this small and well-kept restaurant and ate in a superlative way, something we hadn't had in a long time! Delicious dishes and excellent panissa. It costs a little more, but it's worth treating yourself to a treat every now and then. The only flaw is that it is in Vercelli and we are from Turin, but we will return on purpose. Congratulations again!!

16/03/2024: Ristorantino in centro di Vercelli gestito da uno chef giovane ma con le idee molto chiare tradizione assolutamente rispettata con qualche innesto fuori via polipo che si scioglie in bocca cottura eccezionale un vitello tonnato degno di del suo nome e della sua tradizione ma soprattutto le costine a bassa temperatura veramente goduriose Carta vini ampia e selezionata corretto rapporto qualità prezzo consigliato

01/05/2024: We made an excellent choice: the location is quiet with large and functional parking. Top notch service. A lot of attention to us guests, with professionalism and a lot of hygiene and cleanliness (which never hurts). Daily menu with a great variety of dishes from fish to meat and more. Owner and manager of Acacie always present and attentive to even the smallest details. The location with outdoor swimming pool, has the richness of presenting musical entertainment every weekend with dancing and live singers. All this because the entertainment room is warm, magnificent and very large. Our regret is that we are 900km away. But who knows, one day we will return. Instead of looking abroad we realize that there is much better in Italy.

10/03/2024: Summer pool which could be beautiful but is poorly managed. Too many dirty people who frequent it and managers who pay little attention to hygiene. Nauseating smelling bathrooms and kids free to do anything.

28/03/2024: Family-run restaurant discovered by chance while traveling with great satisfaction. Traditional dishes with a high quality-price ratio. Don't miss the frogs, the marinated trout and the cured meats they produce. Worth the stop for any trip between Turin and Milan.

28/03/2024: Family-run restaurant, the outside is a bit anonymous but it also has its charm, the inside is rustic, very welcoming, well looked after and with a fireplace that creates a lot of atmosphere. Excellent cuisine and good value for money. We will be back

09/05/2024: Very central location in Varallo, historic village, hotel with appropriate furnishings for the place with furniture and objects of the past, excellent restaurant, kind and hospitable, the only flaw for me as I am a light sleeper is the room overlooking the main street and therefore passing cars good time.

06/04/2024: First of all, dinner was a great pleasure. The excellent and varied food, but at the same time with a limited menu (which also facilitates the choice) was accompanied by impeccable service. The dining room staff makes you feel at home, but providing a classy service. You can tell it's a family tradition. Finally, the rooms live up to its tradition.

20/04/2024: A nice surprise. Attracted by curiosity and proximity to the b&b, we enter the small road inside the village. It's like jumping back in time. A place stuck in times gone by. With a modern kitchen. Finally right portions: not too much. Not too little. We eat seasonal food. Excellent wine. Ate the ossobuco with mashed potatoes, agnolotti, and a couple of desserts. Watered with a rosé Nebbiolo which is a nectar. To return. Compliments.

06/05/2024: Menu and food nothing to say. Be careful if you order wine by the glass, they charged me €8.00 per glass of Dolcetto, with €8 I can buy two bottles in a wine shop
