14/02/2025: Posto fantastico, personale gentile ed accogliente. Consiglio la pasticceria mignon di alta qualità, tra le migliori a Torino. Nel periodo natalizio abbiamo anche provato i panettoni di produzione loro ed è stata una sorpresa.. ormai diventerà tappa fissa

14/01/2025: Me gusta mucho este lugar. Me estaba haciendo cargo inmediatamente por el personal. Tenía una mesa para mí y tenía una muy buena bicerina. Recomiendo una buena pausa.

29/03/2025: We entered at 7:05 PM. They brought us drinks at 7:13 PM and took our pizza order, without telling us about the long wait (45 minutes) while the kitchen was all clear. Since we had a show at the Colosseum and it wasn't the first time they saw us, they told us at 8 PM (they hadn't even come out of the oven yet) that the pizzas were coming out, we were supposed to enter at 8:30 PM.

24/03/2025: Booked for 7pm on Sunday as we wanted to have dinner before the show at the Teatro Colosseo (8:30pm) located right in front. At 7pm we were seated at the table, forced to choose pizza because the kitchen was busy, warning us that we would have to wait for the pizza too but that we could make it for the show (since we had pointed this out and we had been kindly told that most of the diners had the same urgency). Pizzas arrived at 8pm and a few minutes. Good for goodness sake but we had to eat them too quickly to be able to go to the theater where the show started at 8:35pm. Result: poor digestion. In short, good pizza but highly not recommended if you choose it for convenience for the start of the 8:30pm shows at the Colosseum.

02/11/2024: Eravamo stati già un anno fa ed avevamo mangiato decentemente , ieri è stato un disastro , la pizza non è più come una volta ma è tipo alla pala che sarebbe anche buona se fatta bene , sembrava una pizza della panetteria , l'impasto sembrava pane,nel piatto della tagliata invece c'erano più patate che carne. La qualità delle materie prime è comunque bassa rispetto ai prezzi proposti, non è una critica infondata ma di uno che è nel campo da 20 anni. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo

31/10/2024: Servizio voto 0. Abbiamo cenato qui la sera di Halloween e come prima sorpresa abbiamo scoperto che era obbligatorio il menù fisso di cui nessuno ci aveva informato telefonicamente durante la prenotazione. Decidiamo di cenare lo stesso, il bello deve ancora venire… L’antipasto arriva quasi subito anche se lo gnocco fritto è arrivato freddo e secco, solo untissimo. Dopo più di un’ora dall’’antipasto non avevamo ancora ricevuto i primi, la cameriera che ci ha servito ha confermato l’attesa e sollecitato più volte la cucina rassicurandoci che sarebbe arrivato quanto prima, ma nulla. Durante la lunga attesa uno dei commensali chiede di non servirgli più il resto della cena in quanto gli era passato l’appetito. Dopo più di un’ora di attesa decidiamo di alzarci e andar via, a quel punto il primo arriva come per magia. Resta il fatto che il commensale sopracitato non ha mangiato nulla ed è rimasto solo per la compagnia. Fatto presente il tutto al proprietario ci saremmo aspettati delle scuse per la lunga attesa e un pizzico di umiltà, invece abbiamo trovato arroganza, strafottenza, cafonaggine ed istigazione. Sostiene di averci offerto la cena, peccato che lui non ha ricevuto nemmeno un piatto come richiesto alle cameriere. Un vero ristoratore accetta le critiche e ne fa tesoro… Tra le altre cose il proprietario ci ha detto che mai nessuno si è lamentato e che riceve solo complimenti da tutti… Le recensioni presenti e passate non la pensano proprio così 😅 Ovviamente sconsigliatissimo.

29/09/2024: Cena parzialmente deludente. Menu scelto dallo chef piuttosto banale rispetto alla carta ma comunque ben eseguito. Porzioni piuttosto risicate, vini in abbinamento scelti dal personale senza grandi sussulti. Eccessiva velocità nel servizio per fare il doppio turno. Ma soprattutto il locale manca completamente d atmosfera, risulta palesemente un posto per fare numeri senza fare trasparire alcuna passione. peccato...

18/09/2024: Personale molto gentile. Punto. Qualità dei piatti insoddisfacente, con prezzi assolutamente troppo alti vista la location e la materia prima. Antipasti con sapori imprecisati e insipidi. La mancetta prussiana, secondo da 24 euro si presenta con 3 insignificanti bocconi scaloppati di un taglio di carne troppo tenace e nervoso, e un pezzetto di pannocchia abbrustolita. Vino al calice da 7 a 10 euro, tanto, troppo. Peccato, le aspettative erano alte, e la gentilezza non basta a dare soddisfazione a una cucina non all’altezza.

01/04/2025: Sono stata in questo locale con un'amica arrivata da Roma che voleva assaggiare l'apericena che fanno alla sera. Ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente per prenotare, ma non hanno risposto. Così siamo andate e dopo esserci sedute alla nostra richiesta di poter fare l'apericena un cameriere ci dice che non fanno apericena. Guardiamo il menù, poca scelta. Costrette a prendere un tagliere, niente di che. Chiedo una birra rossa e non ce l'hanno. Sarei andata via di corsa, ma pioveva a dirotto e avevamo già fatto fatica ad arrivare fino lì. Siamo state, quindi, costrette a fermarci. Per concludere, ci portano il conto prima del tagliere e ci dicono di andare a pagare subito alla cassa. Brutta presentazione del Locale e di Torino per i turisti.

30/03/2025: The place is welcoming and elegant, with an intimate atmosphere perfect for a special evening. The menu is refined and well-balanced, with dishes that combine tradition and innovation in an impeccable way. The cocktails are a real strong point: original, well-measured and designed to perfectly accompany each dish. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best combination of food and drink. A unique gastronomic experience, absolutely worth trying. I can't wait to go back!

28/03/2025: After eating two flavors (which ones? old nougat and gianduia which tasted like cocoa), I went to another ice cream shop to fix the flavor I had left. The old nougat tasted very little like nougat, it was almost frozen despite the 20° degrees outside, so much so that I had a stomach ache. The gianduia tasted anything but gianduia. Of course a brand like Fiorio should be synonymous with guarantee and delicacy, but the €3.80 (!!!!) spent did not justify the cost, on the contrary.

18/08/2024: Super rude waiter, and horrible service. He quickly started getting nervous and losing his temper as we started ordering. Showing total lack of skills to serve a simple table. The guy started rising his voice and told us to “get out if you don’t like the service”, a 15 people table. So of course we left and the dude started insulting us, even followed us on the street throwing racist insults in a very childish way, he really made table service look like rocket science…. Just don’t go there, save yourself the worst service you can find in Italy…

21/04/2025: Horror place, I sat at the table with some friends, we wanted a coffee, since there was the Lavazza sign in plain sight, the waiter with an arrogance never seen before literally removed the chairs from under us, telling us that it is a lounge bar and kicked us out. Shame

26/03/2025: The place doesn't smell clean, it seems more like a tourist trap that has to thank the fact that on Wednesdays the Bicerin place is closed. 9.70 euros, for a bicerin that wasn't a bicerin, a decaffeinated soy cappuccino and a glass of sparkling water. The latter taken at the counter. The price could have been acceptable if the bicerin had been like the original one. They didn't issue a receipt because the cash register didn't work. I don't recommend it.
