30/08/2024: Bread and pizzas arriving in the morning on trucks taken from large retailers. at 7 in the morning the counter was set up with old products, half raw products that were at most heated in the microwave, pizzas that, in addition to looking so industrial, remained indigestible due to the lack of cooking of the dough. I understand that there can be a thousand problems when working, I also understand not to throw away leftovers from the day before and serve them again but at least put them back in the oven and cooked properly. When at 7 in the morning a counter is covered with products of that type it means that the oven isn't churning out anything, maybe it isn't even working otherwise why heat the pizzas in a microwave. So what's the point I ask? You could have opened another type of business. Total disappointment, an insult to those who seriously practice the profession.

27/07/2024: Endless queues and insufficient breakfast. The guy who served me gave me some answers that I didn't like. I had simply said that the formula was not very clear on the breakfast menu. It was enough to answer me differently... and not in an annoyed way.

29/06/2024: No, come on, today I bought 5 small pizzas with a little bit of tomato sauce on top which was also a little acidic and 1 coffee and they charged me €7.51.
At first I thought:
A little expensive but I left aside any kind of discussion.
Then once I left I read the price per kg of the pizzas €29.90.
But you are beyond all logic.
Not to mention the service, 10 minutes to pay for each customer.
Veal fillet costs less per kg.
Obviously I will never come again except to point out to you in person what I just wrote here.

03/11/2024: Location located in one of the most beautiful squares in the city, I had an aperitif on Sunday with friends for lunch and I must say that if it hadn't been late after the terrible welcome from the boy who served us we would have gotten up and left.
Rude, unhelpful, never a smile and threw our plates on the table without even asking whose plates they were. We asked if regularly ordered taralli and salami could arrive sooner and we were told no!
Honestly, the place wasn't packed otherwise we would have understood the negative response, water ordered together with spritzes and it never arrived...
To tell the truth, the food is good but it's not enough!
I'm sorry but I have to say terrible service I recommend a reception course for the staff!
However, at the time of the bill I declared my disappointment and I must say the boy at the cash register was more polite than the boy who served us (badly)!

The preparation of spritzes of various flavors is excellent.
Tasty carasau bread bruschettas.
Prices a little high, but not expensive.

03/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato da Pepino ed é stato veramente molto molto piacevole tra la musica in piazza Carignano e i piatti veramente squisiti abbiamo vissuto un momento speciale, il servizio è fantastico e il menù comprende una scelta molto vasta. Un posto veramente fantastico e piacevole.

Con quello che si paga sarebbe però piacevole trovare il bagno PULITO. Purtroppo nel primo pomeriggio era già in pessime condizioni: carta ovunque, cestino strabordante, odore insopportabile perché non pulito da ore e ore. Un vero peccato.

29/11/2024: Ci siamo recati da Eataly Torino Lagrange con una prenotazione Smartbox , si sono rifiutati di servirci una pietanza del menù con costo superiore a 25€, confermato dalla Responsabile .
Purtroppo ho letto attentamente lo Smartbox non sono previste limitazioni di prezzo per quanto riguarda le pietanza riportate sul Menù.
Si sono rifiutati di servirci una tagliata di tonno di 28,90€ nonostante abbiamo sottolineato che non mangiamo carne quindi anche limitati nella scelta.
Ci hanno proposto in cambio di prendere un primo,cosa non prevista nello smartbox, e poi penso che un cliente mangia quello che vuole lui.
Sicuramente una azienda che porta il suo nome in tutto il mondo con l'etichetta di eccellenza possa fare queste ,mi lasci dire, "bassezze" e perdita di stile non lo avrei mai pensato.
Il cibo non è stato un granché, la tavola apparecchiata con tovagliette di carta.
A Torino ci sono posti dove si mangia molto meglio e si spende sicuramente meno.
17/11/2024: Il peggior caffè (non) bevuto in vita mia. Freddo, gusto orribile, appunto imbevibile. Ho dato due di punteggio solo perché il bonet era abbastanza buono altrimenti sarei dovuta andare con un punteggio sotto lo zero. Il locale scarseggia anche in pulizia. Non lo consiglio.
