05/10/2025: Was thinking to have a nice breakfast, unfortunately, they served us with reheated overnight leftover brioche. With such a price, it doesn't seem right.

05/10/2025: I went for a good Sunday breakfast and found myself with a reheated, dry brioche from the day before, with the vanilla sugar visibly cooked. Not recommended if they continue to treat their customers like cash machines!

24/07/2025: Fine and sophisticated wines. All in a warm, open, and welcoming atmosphere. Good vibes. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Zero stars for rude and ill-mannered waiters. I strongly advise against spending even a single euro here.

30/08/2025: Helpful staff. The owner lacks kindness; a smile for customers wouldn't hurt, nor would a greeting from him. Exorbitant prices, very limited selection, and the coffee cream wasn't cold enough and melted immediately. I will never set foot in this place again; I don't recommend it to anyone. I give the owner a piece of advice: treat all customers equally; good manners never hurt.

27/08/2025: Lovely out of the rain/sun. Staff were attentive, e8 for a spritz and basically lunch 😅

10/09/2025: The taste is delicious! The waiter saw that I was a foreigner and explained the cooking methods of each dish in English. There was a chocolate dessert that was said to use a recipe certified by the former Italian royal family.

09/09/2025: I gave the service 2 stars because the only waiter seemed bothered to serve us. We tried a few dishes that don't have much in common with Piedmontese cuisine, except for the Bunet. That's worth it. Apart from that, I wouldn't recommend it.

14/10/2025: Very good Italian cuisine, in a brasserie-café. The daily specials are varied and very fresh. From 2 p.m., the Italians go back to work, so there's little waiting! Very good tiramisu. Very pleasant service.

12/10/2025: A normal place, nothing more. They won't poison you, nor will you eat amazing food. The downside is the distinction between Italians and foreigners, since they serve tap water to Italians, and you get a bottle of mineral water for €4 a half-liter. More than one establishment there made this gesture, but most didn't. But it's a rude gesture, which I suppose doesn't matter since I won't return to Turin; that must be their calculation.

28/09/2025: First, he only asks for cash. Then, when you order just a coffee, he moves the tissue holder, which hides a sticker, and tells you that the table is actually reserved. Avoid unless you want to be dishonest.

14/08/2025: In a restaurant, service can be slow, awkward, and even a little absent, but when the food is terrible, nothing can be saved. I gave two stars for the veal with tuna sauce and the house-complimentary entrée; the rest is completely forgettable. My wife's (beaten?) egg was embarrassing, with two asparagus spears that were so rubbery they couldn't even be cut. The real treat was her tagliolini, overcooked and with ingredients thrown onto the plate almost haphazardly, and my gnocchi (edible if homemade) with burnt guanciale. Of course, all of this was pointed out to the waiter, who couldn't find any excuse other than the one I offered: "A bad night can happen." We will never return to this place, not even with a super promotion from "The Fork," because we haven't been this dissatisfied with a dinner in years. As everyone has pointed out, the service is very slow.

17/08/2025: Located near the stadium and the Pala Alpitour. The service is very friendly, but the spritz was a bit watered down and served without even a couple of chips. The platter was decent. The price is in line with the competition. In short, they could definitely improve.

22/06/2025: I went to Bar Cristallo for a pre-concert aperitif by PTN, so I need to make a necessary premise: it was a chaotic evening and the place is just a few steps from the stadium, so I avoid judging the organization and the service too harshly, which were courteous despite the confusion. My friends and I ordered two Spritz and a glass of Arneis (served in a plastic cup - they explained to me that it is mandatory in the case of events of this type for safety reasons). We were accompanied by a shared tray of appetizers: the quantity was decent, but the quality of the cured meats didn't particularly convince me. When we asked if there was a table, we were told that perhaps we could go down to the room below, but luckily one became available upstairs and we sat there. I write “luckily” because, later, going down to use the bathroom, I noticed that the room is rather simple and a bit spartan: not air conditioned, with windows overlooking the pipes and the entrance to the kitchen next door. Definitely an environment that could be improved to make it more welcoming. Total price: €29 for three, so about €9.50 per person. An overall fair price for a drink and accompaniment. In short: a convenient place for a quick aperitif before an event, thanks to its strategic location. With a few more adjustments to the environment, it could offer a more refined experience.

02/06/2025: Ho scelto questo locale perché permette ai bambini di giocare all'esterno dato che si trova all'interno di uno skatepark. In verità c'ero già stato altre volte da Open Baladin e non mi ero trovato male, ma ieri sera è stata proprio una serata da dimenticare. Gli hamburger sono stati presentati su un piattino tondo di plastica senza nulla l'altro, una tristezza unica e la sensazione di essere presi in giro anche perché quei piatti hanno un prezzo medio di €16. Anche le focacce non erano da sufficienza. Il servizio è stato lentissimo, i camerieri giravano a vuoto pur non essendoci molta gente. In sintesi, forse non si sono accorti che, lato qualità, l'asticella si è molto alzata in Torino, loro invece hanno alzato solo i prezzi.

01/06/2025: Servizio disastroso: tavolo sporco ed appiccicoso, servizio lento ((locale vuoto), distratto (abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte le stesse cose). Le porzioni dei piatti sono sproporzionate al ribasso rispetto ai prezzi. Sedici Euro per un hamburger senza contorno, sono davvero troppi! La qualità non controbilancia le porzioni risicate. Dispiaciuto!

28/08/2025: The place is well kept and the staff is polite, but the arancini had the wrong taste: soft rice, greasy and soft breading and cheese that didn't satisfy me at all.

15/08/2025: Excellent experience. I pick up chicken for my grandparents every time I'm in Turin, and they're always happy with the quality of the food. The girl serving me is very kind, and the place is spotless.

11/07/2025: Menu’ pausa pranzo a 14,90. Ma se non te ne accorgi e se la cameriera fa la furba, ti ritrovi a pagare le stesse portate 4 euro in più. E se poi te ne accorgi e glielo fai notare a pagamento avvenuto… la colpa è tua! Non mi pare una policy eticamente corretta, Mr. Farinetti.

24/05/2025: Purtroppo la pizza non solo non è più la stessa, è proprio cattiva. Quello che è ulteriormenre cambiato è il prezzo... inaccettabile pet una pizza in un supermercato sia esso gourmet...

20/04/2025: A restaurant made for aperitifs! Offering large, well-stocked, tasty, and very generous platters. Ideal for sharing.

16/04/2025: Unfortunately not positive. They no longer do aperitifs... the poor quality platter and little choice are very disappointing. Disappointment.
