02/06/2025: Ho scelto questo locale perché permette ai bambini di giocare all'esterno dato che si trova all'interno di uno skatepark. In verità c'ero già stato altre volte da Open Baladin e non mi ero trovato male, ma ieri sera è stata proprio una serata da dimenticare. Gli hamburger sono stati presentati su un piattino tondo di plastica senza nulla l'altro, una tristezza unica e la sensazione di essere presi in giro anche perché quei piatti hanno un prezzo medio di €16. Anche le focacce non erano da sufficienza. Il servizio è stato lentissimo, i camerieri giravano a vuoto pur non essendoci molta gente. In sintesi, forse non si sono accorti che, lato qualità, l'asticella si è molto alzata in Torino, loro invece hanno alzato solo i prezzi.

01/06/2025: Servizio disastroso: tavolo sporco ed appiccicoso, servizio lento ((locale vuoto), distratto (abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte le stesse cose). Le porzioni dei piatti sono sproporzionate al ribasso rispetto ai prezzi. Sedici Euro per un hamburger senza contorno, sono davvero troppi! La qualità non controbilancia le porzioni risicate. Dispiaciuto!

19/04/2025: BY COMPLAINT, SOMEONE MAKE THIS PLACE CLOSE UP. Let's start with the misleading advertising: on the outside it says "cocktail €5", but instead they make you pay €7. I don't expect much from a cocktail at that price, but I don't expect it to be poison either. We order long island and gin lemon. Describing how disgusting these drinks were is not easy, let's say they were vomiting, literally vomiting because a friend of mine got sick shortly after and vomited it. I don't know what the barman put in the cocktail, in fact I went back to ask for information about the ingredients and he replied "in Long Island there is rum, vodka and... What is written on the menu" translated he absolutely didn't know how to do it, in fact he probably had put some ??white wine?? Even the gin lemon, the simplest drink in history, was undrinkable. I had to explain to that troglodyte (whom calling a barman is an insult to all the workers who carry out the art of mixology) the procedure and the ingredients for making Long Island Ice Tea, but I doubt he understood a single word, seeing as he was staring at me with that glassy eye, lost in the void, probably high on who knows what substance, perhaps his own mysterious concoctions that he drinks while listening to that vulgar music blasted at maximum volume that forces the unfortunate customers to shout in his ear to make himself heard. To demonstrate how out of this world that abominable being was, I returned an hour later to ask for some water to bring to my friend who was unwell and seemed to have already forgotten about me. I kindly asked if he could at least offer water since he was the cause of our ailments and with a great act of benevolence he decided to give me a discount and make me pay €1.50 instead of €2.50: THANK YOU, HOW HUMAN YOU ARE. I wish he could read this review, I would suggest he never sets foot behind a counter again, but I doubt the caveman yokel knows how to read. SHAMEx1000

10/04/2025: The sign outside said €5 per cocktail, but for no reason I still had to pay the price on the menu (which was more expensive). I asked why I had to pay more and of course I didn't get a clear answer. It's a shame that incorrect advertising has to be made to ultimately charge the full price.

20/07/2025: Zero stars for rude and ill-mannered waiters. I strongly advise against spending even a single euro here.

12/07/2025: I was at the restaurant yesterday with a friend of mine. We went in and asked if we could sit outside, and they calmly said yes. There were a few free tables, so we chose one at random. The waiter passed us several times, taking other customers' orders. After a while, I stopped him to ask if we could order, and he replied, "Oh, you still have to order?" Us: "Yes, yes." And he, in a sarcastic and visibly annoyed tone, replied, "Good job, sitting at dirty tables," and walked away. Now, I ask myself: is it really our fault if we sat at a "dirty" table (which, after all, wasn't that dirty)? And even if it was (dirty), isn't it the staff's job to notice that new customers have just arrived (after having asked permission to do so) and clear the table? It's okay not to have noticed us right away, but at least avoid that contemptuous tone. In the end, we left without ordering anything: I don't tolerate rudeness. Looking at other customers' reviews, I see that this type of behavior is far from an isolated incident. Personally, I won't be returning.

26/08/2025: Outdoor location in one of the most beautiful squares in the world, so it's a great privilege to be able to feast your eyes with a consultation. I had a beetroot risotto, which was decent (I think the croutons could even be removed). The staff was attentive and present without being intrusive.

24/08/2025: We stopped for a quick coffee, and I must say I was amazed by the truly excellent coffee.

09/08/2025: A pleasant bar with a very good aperitivo, without the unnecessary frills of many "aperitivo" places, but they get to the point: well-made cocktails and they freshly prepared canapés to accompany our aperitivo, which is not a given. In short, everything was great, until a lady (perhaps the owner, since she wasn't in uniform) started clearing away chairs and tables, clearly annoyed by the presence of customers still seated... too bad it was 7 PM and the bar closed at 8 PM, but she wanted to leave and made it clear without further ado, even turning down four people who wanted to drink. It's a shame, because up until that point it had been a pleasant discovery. I'll be back anyway, and I highly recommend it.

10/09/2025: The taste is delicious! The waiter saw that I was a foreigner and explained the cooking methods of each dish in English. There was a chocolate dessert that was said to use a recipe certified by the former Italian royal family.

09/09/2025: I gave the service 2 stars because the only waiter seemed bothered to serve us. We tried a few dishes that don't have much in common with Piedmontese cuisine, except for the Bunet. That's worth it. Apart from that, I wouldn't recommend it.

14/08/2025: In a restaurant, service can be slow, awkward, and even a little absent, but when the food is terrible, nothing can be saved. I gave two stars for the veal with tuna sauce and the house-complimentary entrée; the rest is completely forgettable. My wife's (beaten?) egg was embarrassing, with two asparagus spears that were so rubbery they couldn't even be cut. The real treat was her tagliolini, overcooked and with ingredients thrown onto the plate almost haphazardly, and my gnocchi (edible if homemade) with burnt guanciale. Of course, all of this was pointed out to the waiter, who couldn't find any excuse other than the one I offered: "A bad night can happen." We will never return to this place, not even with a super promotion from "The Fork," because we haven't been this dissatisfied with a dinner in years. As everyone has pointed out, the service is very slow.

27/07/2025: A unique experience! Excellent quality food, unique flavors, top-notch preparation! Refined yet youthful atmosphere in a beautiful square. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: Servizio pessimo, eravamo nella sala interna, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti perché qualcuno arrivasse a prendere l'ordine, nonché, nel frattempo, sollecitato due volte al banco. Diversi clienti, molto più saggiamente di noi, sono andati via col protrarsi dell'attesa. Finalmente abbiamo potuto ordinare un bicerin, un caffè ed un mignon, ma, dopo 10 minuti, è arrivato solo il mignon. Sono stati serviti degli ospiti arrivati molto dopo di noi mentre aspettavamo ancora il caffè ed il bicerin. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza consumare. Sembra che non seguano un ordine nelle comande e che diano precedenza ai tavoli esterni al locale.

19/04/2025: Ci siamo fermate per un aperielite peccato che non c’era né l’aperitivo e soprattutto mancava L”élite. Pessimo aperitivo piemontese e vino non compreso nel prezzo. Camerieri che smontavano il dehor mentre stavamo mangiando. Prezzo alle stelle. Conclusione non credo torneremo neanche per un caffè unica nota positiva è per la cameriera molto gentile che ci ha servito

11/07/2025: Menu’ pausa pranzo a 14,90. Ma se non te ne accorgi e se la cameriera fa la furba, ti ritrovi a pagare le stesse portate 4 euro in più. E se poi te ne accorgi e glielo fai notare a pagamento avvenuto… la colpa è tua! Non mi pare una policy eticamente corretta, Mr. Farinetti.

24/05/2025: Purtroppo la pizza non solo non è più la stessa, è proprio cattiva. Quello che è ulteriormenre cambiato è il prezzo... inaccettabile pet una pizza in un supermercato sia esso gourmet...
