08/12/2024: Piatti dozzinali e senza personalità, che non giustificano prezzi così elevati. Scarsa pulizia, capelli su un tovagliolo. Al momento del pagamento non ci è stato dato lo scontrino, a casa ci siamo accorti che avevamo pagato 10 € più del previsto. Avevamo pagato con mezzi elettronici, ma non c’è stato verso di avere un rimborso!!!!! Dal sedicente responsabile siamo stati trattati malissimo, con ingiustificata aggressività e maleducazione. Alla fine siamo quasi stati messi alla porta in malo modo. Incomprensibile la sala piena di gente.

28/07/2024: Capelli come contorno! Abbiamo ordinato diversi piatti, tra cui le polpette della nonna, il ragù pieno di capelli! Ma come se non bastasse anche nel dolce! Nel momento in cui è stato fatto notare, (in maniera educata), al posto di scusarsi siamo stati trattati con sufficienza e in maniera superficiale. Purtroppo ho avuto modo di appurare che i capelli nel piatto è una ricorrenza all'ordine del giorno, poiché a distanza di mesi sotto invito di amici sono ritornata e la situazione è la stessa. Da notare anche il fatto che il personale in cucina non indossa la cuffietta, dunque denoto che non si tratta di un evento casuale ma quotidiano.

04/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop! They delivered my birthday cake directly to the restaurant. They were kind and friendly. The cake was truly excellent! I asked for it to be gluten-free and lactose-free and everyone really liked it! Highly recommended! I will definitely return!

24/09/2024: Indecipherable commercial proposal: enormous focaccias full of material with an average perceptible flavor (I think the buffalo meat in a motorway restaurant is more delicious) at a gourmet cost (€11 per sandwich). I sincerely advise against anyone who finds themselves in Via Garibaldi in Turin... there is much better nearby... just search.

08/12/2024: Let me start by saying that we asked to have lunch without success in 7/8 places in the centre... either all full or the place closed because it was fully booked. The waiter welcomed us kindly, made us sit in the room below and served good dishes, cooked and presented according to our tastes. It is true that the girls who served were very busy but they always acted kindly, satisfying our requests. Thank you and, if we happen to be in Turin again, we will keep this in mind.

11/09/2024: Per chi ama una pizza fine ed "enorme", pizzeria Da Gianni è da non perdere. Bisogna però prenotare almeno due gg prima, vista il grande afflusso, sopratutto il sabato e la domenica. Un'unica nota un po' stonata sono i tempi di attesa ma credetemi ne vale la pena!

I assure you that we employees are not treated rudely by the owners at all, we are AT HOME in there! We laugh and joke, but when we have to work to satisfy your requests, we have to work period! If you see us nervous, tired it's because some of You have no patience at all! Let's try to be kind to everyone and ESPECIALLY each other! Don't write reviews so much for! It's not right to tarnish people who work from morning to night for you!

06/05/2024: Excellent setting and service, something to say about the pastry shop. There is an excessive presence of brioches and chocolate desserts, impossible to find a strudel or a swirl with cream and raisins (only with chocolate chips), tried cream cannoli, definitely too sweet, excess sugar kills good taste of the custard. These types of desserts are probably popular in these parts, I go to many pastry shops and I don't feel like putting this one among my favourites. Impeccable service.
