19/01/2025: We had such a delightful time at Le Bistrot. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and occasionally brought us some complementary pizza to snack on. The atmosphere was fab and it felt like everyone was in a great mood. Can certainly recommend!

06/02/2025: The only plus point is the location due to its proximity to the slopes.
Poor cleanliness (as soon as we arrived I had to ask to clean up our bathroom where there was hair and hair and tubes of products left by previous guests, which despite the cleaning I found there, I didn't want to request another cleaning and I made do...), the shower drain was clogged and I didn't want to attack there too... the smell of sewage drains throughout the hotel, poorly covered by deodorants scattered here and there. The holiday ended with a sleepless night due to enteritis after dinner for all the members of our group, and after pointing it out the next morning we were told that no other guest had complained. It's a shame that during the night we could hear the toilets flushing continuously from the nearby rooms... I don't think anyone else was sick besides us... Maybe when we pointed it out, it was enough for them to tell us that no one had felt sick, and instead of telling us to go to the emergency room, perhaps ask if we needed anything despite the fact that they were confident about their actions. And then I hear the answer that they will turn to the appropriate authorities for the slander? And complain that the previous evening we ate in abundance and had an encore of dishes? It would have been enough to say: "we can't serve you anything else!".
As for the fact that we ate elsewhere at midday, I would like to point out that we all ate different things. I personally didn't ask for a refund and I don't intend to slander the work of others and I certainly don't blame the weather on the hotel (of course!)
No expense is spared when you go on holiday, but at least the essential things and the evidence of what is criticized...
04/02/2025: Excellent location, old and crumbling structure and furnishings, insufficient room comfort, poor cleanliness and, last but not least, enteritis for all 6 members of our group after dinner.

09/03/2025: Sono capitato per l'ora di pranzo, prima di andare sulle piste e a camminare in montagna. Mangiato uno stinco di maiale al forno. Non male, locale molto caratteristico, prezzo ok. Forse un 3 euro meno il tutto ma ok.
07/03/2025: Ristorante dall'atmosfera tipica montana e ambiente piacevole. Appena sistemati abbiamo notato qualche impaccio e ritardo nelle cose basi (acqua, pane), ma sicuramente dovuto all'affollamento. Durante la presa dell'ordine il titolare ha insistito particolarmente sul fatto che prendessimo degli antipasti, probabilmente era a conoscenza dei tempi lunghi degli altri piatti, quindi assecondiamo e prendiamo due taglieri (prima trappola). Ecco due taglieri che ci sono costati 16 euro l'uno (prezzo non detto dal suddetto titolare) a dalle dimensioni decisamente piccole. Il resto dei piatti buoni, nella norma per un menu di montagna, ma sorpresa finale: 24 euro un litro di vino rosso della casa (seconda trappola). Adesso, va bene tutto, ma farsi prendere in giro....Nota di colore, titolare non burbero, di piu.

08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible and the employees were incredibly rude. In addition to being totally rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules invented on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving the problems, on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served, even though the place was not crowded. The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money!
One star because it is not possible to give less.
02/03/2025: Insufficient value for money. Not knowing how to cook a chicken Cacciatore by serving it cold, greasy, too peppery or spicy, without skin and with the chicken dry and dry as if it had first been baked in the oven and then recovered with this recipe. The white curly hair gave the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans had not been hulled. For the price spent we are not satisfied... the coffee and the service are satisfactory.

16/03/2025: Peut paraître attrayant de l’extérieur, grosse erreur fuyez pauvre fou.
À peine rentré l’odeur de pachouli vous préparera a la qualité de la nourriture et du service.
N’hésitez pas à appeler votre banquier avant le restaurant car sa politique n’autaurise pas les paiements séparés ce qui peut être fâcheux en cas de grande tablée.
Je ne recommande même pas au plus courageux.

Ogni piatto era più buono del precedente, davvero i nostri complimenti allo chef e a chi lo assiste.
Il tutto accompagnato da una location di classe davvero curata

Il servizio è stato eccellente: personale attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile. Il cibo è stato delizioso, con piatti ben curati e ricchi di sapore. Si percepisce chiaramente l’alta qualità dei prodotti utilizzati, freschi e locali, che esaltano ogni portata.
Ci tengo a specificare che ogni piatto è fatto a mano dagli chef, cosa che ormai non si trova da nessuna parte!
L’atmosfera calda e accogliente, con il panorama montano a fare da sfondo, ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello!”

01/01/2025: Beh, se guardiamo il locale, il massimo di stelle sarebbe 3, informale senza nessuna pretesa. Il fatto è che io, quando viaggio, sopratutto in vacanza, bado alla sostanza. Sostanza che qui c’è e in abbondanza. Tutte le portate, cucinate in maniera semplice ma perfetta, per non parlare dei piatti di selvaggina a dir poco stupendi. Per non parlare, infine di Luciano, una persona squisita e di una cordialità assoluta.
Sicuramente da provare.

Ristorante comodo al centro del paese e di fronte alle piste (occorre attraversare la strada e salire alcuni gradini). Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi agnolotti del plin e dei generosi hamburger con patatine. Buona anche la pizza. Bello …Altro

Pessima esperienza, personale così maleducato non l'ho mai visto..abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per cena in questo piccolo ristorante anonimo con la speranza di fare una cena tipica del territorio. Già al telefono ci mettono fretta perche hanno 70 persone in arrivo quindi si possiamo prenotare a patto che usciamo entro un ora ...eh vabbè ...ordiniamo la bagna cauda servita solo con peperoni, tagliatelle ai funghi porcini (congelati) con il brodo del dado (pessimi) una specie di gateau di patate con bacon e cipolle rosse (crude) , immangiabile...vitello tonnato nella media (niente di eccelso visto l'esoso costo ...E per concludere la "regina della casa" (secondo loro o i turisti inglesi) due pizze strapiene di mozzarella che sollevandole cadeva tutto il condimento... immangiabili.. Mandiamo indietro la pizza chiedendo una banale insalata...Conto totale 116 euro .. non era giusto caricare la pizza sul conto visto che e non è stata gradita tantomeno consumata...Quando l'abbiamo fatto notare alla cameriera ci ha risposto in modo rude ...:" cosa vuoi da me se l'hai ordinata" ... Quindi si sono accesi i toni e ci mancato poco che arrivassimo alle mani ...
