04/02/2025: Tappa obbligata quando si va a Sauze! Posto meraviglioso sembra di affacciarsi sulle montagne sospesi nel cielo con una vista impagabile , il locale caldo accogliente ed elegante. La proprietaria ed il personale attenti professionali, molto gentili e disponibili, sempre sorridenti! Io e mio figlio abbiamo, sull'onda della fame, ordinato più di quello che poi siamo riusciti a mangiare ed al momento del conto ci hanno tolto una portata. Qualità altissima e piatti presentati con gusto e originalità. Ci torneremo sicuramente alla prossima vacanza. Voto 10 e lode!!!

29/09/2024: Siamo stati alla Marmotta per una intera giornata di fine settembre dedicata ad un evento privato. Una giornata che ricorderemo. La struttura che accoglie bar, ristorante e camere è davvero molto bella. Ci si muove tra giardino, terrazze, sale all’interno di una cornice di montagne meravigliosa. La gestione e il personale sono super disponibili, gentilissimi, molto attenti. Per il pranzo, tutto semplicemente ottimo: Taglieri di formaggi, salumi, fritti e verdure Polenta concia, carne e salsiccia Torta gigante per festeggiare Un posto da conoscere, da frequentare, da consigliare 👏👏👏

28/02/2025: Happened by chance to have lunch with the family in this fantastic place. Very professional and super kind dining room service starting from the owners themselves; a special thanks to the chef (he comes from the Langhe, a true Piedmontese) who delighted us with super top cuisine starting from the veal with tuna sauce to the veal cheek cooked in red wine and finishing with a series of sublime desserts (don't miss the lady's kiss on the spoon). Thank you thank you thank you we will be back. See you soon

19/02/2025: Even though they swapped reservations with other people's, they still seated us at another table pretty quickly. Excellent polenta and fast service even though they were fully booked.

27/02/2025: Gran comienzo con un paseo móvil de esquí por la montaña. Gran comida y ambiente. Sin duda vale la pena visitar cuando en sauze d'oulx!

24/03/2025: I booked Assietta after hearing a lot about the food/atmosphere and after staying at La Fountaine in Jouvenceaux a few years ago, my expectations were high. But if you are in Sauze to ski, eat and relax and just spend the late afternoon at the hotel, there is not much atmosphere. The afterski is dominating the entire hotel and its surroundings until late into the night... Maybe if you are 22 years old and like to get drunk and party, then this is the place for you. If you are in upper middle age and are looking forward to relaxing on the bed for a while before dinner after a day of serious carving, then make sure to bring heavy noise protection! That the only goal of the afterski is to pour as much beer as possible is unfortunately quite obvious. In the dining room it is the same, the noise carpet makes normal conversation quite difficult. The staff works efficiently to process all the dishes in a limited time, which feels quite stressful in a country where dinners normally take several hours. The food itself may fascinate those who have never been to Italy before, but is no more than average if you have some experience of the country's culinary arts. So in short, superficially a cozy hotel whose environment is completely destroyed by the drive to process bar, dinner and hotel guests as efficiently as possible. Sneaky, stupid and unnecessary

08/03/2025: Una garanzia. La pizza, i primi piatti, i dolci tutto veramente ottimo. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi giusti con personale sempre gentile. Assolutamente consigliato

24/02/2025: La comida es absolutamente increíble, espero este restaurante todo el año en mi visita anual a Italia, los camareros son tan serviciales que irá más allá. El ambiente es genial. Un lugar tan acogedor.
