30/12/2024: Fully satisfactory stay! The location, in the hamlet of Jouvenceaux, as well as being adjacent to the start of the lifts, is very characteristic. We were pampered by Fabio and his entire family. The dinner menus are excellent and varied. An experience to absolutely repeat.

29/09/2024: Siamo stati alla Marmotta per una intera giornata di fine settembre dedicata ad un evento privato. Una giornata che ricorderemo. La struttura che accoglie bar, ristorante e camere è davvero molto bella. Ci si muove tra giardino, terrazze, sale all’interno di una cornice di montagne meravigliosa. La gestione e il personale sono super disponibili, gentilissimi, molto attenti. Per il pranzo, tutto semplicemente ottimo: Taglieri di formaggi, salumi, fritti e verdure Polenta concia, carne e salsiccia Torta gigante per festeggiare Un posto da conoscere, da frequentare, da consigliare 👏👏👏

07/01/2025: Si te gusta la pizza bien. La fondue de 22 euros es ordenada diminuta y una broma. Los postres son muy caros y básicos para lo que son. Por cerca de 100 euros para 3 personas hay lugares más elegantes y mejores que esta basura sobrepreciosa

08/12/2024: Toda la experiencia de principio a fin fue fenomenal. El viaje fue impresionante, y luego llegar al restaurante y ver luces centelleantes fue simplemente mágico! Entrar en el restaurante es tan acogedor y acogedor, ninguna imagen le hará justicia. El personal era increíble, tan amable y servicial, un crédito absoluto para el restaurante. Y la comida - increíble. Compartimos un entrante, y mi marido tenía el cordero y yo tenía pasta casera, terminada con pudín que era tan delicioso. No somos grandes bebedores de vino, pero pensamos en probarlo y nos pidió una recomendación y nos dio un par y abrió una botella para que intentáramos ver si nos gustaba antes de comprarlo, lo que hicimos. Todo lo que puedo decir de principio a fin fue una experiencia increíble y que no olvidaremos. Ya estamos mirando para volver y alojarse en el hotel, ya que era simplemente excelente. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. ¡Excelente!

08/09/2024: Ciau Pais è un luogo meraviglioso e senza tempo. Il panorama, l’accoglienza, il cibo tipico locale, la cura dei dettagli e lo staff ti fanno venire voglia di fermarti lì per sempre! Giusy e suo figlio Mirko, gestiscono in modo impeccabile questo ristorante con annesso hotel. La cucina di Giusy è di qualità eccellente pur conservando i tratti tipici della tradizione. Ogni volta non vediamo l’ora di ritornare

27/08/2024: Non posso far altro che stra consigliare questo locale!! Il servizio è veloce, il locale molto carino, i bagni pulitissimi e soprattutto....le porzioni abbondanti e stra buone!! Il costo è assolutamente proporzionato all'abbondanza delle porzioni. Da ritornare!

06/01/2025: Very welcoming place with excellent mountain atmosphere. The meat is good and the pizzas too. The staff were friendly and very polite even though the restaurant was full and therefore management was certainly not easy. Advised !

05/01/2025: Be careful to ask carefully for the ingredients on the menu: pork tomhawk (unspecified) and not beef, hot pie which however arrives lukewarm, almost cold. The tagliatelle with game ragù are the only thing that survives, it's a shame that the portion is small.
