29/07/2024: I stopped for an after-hours breakfast, I found a little something to tickle anyway, I really liked the place which also has an outdoor space, good coffee, 3 women behind the counter, but alas I found one of the 3 (the tattooed one) not very nice and helpful compared to the other 2 colleagues, definitely with a different style, probably "on a bad day", I'll come back to ascertain the situation. Nice location and very clean!

06/07/2024: Now an unmissable appointment on Mondays when you pass through Rivoli, friendly, attentive to customers, excellent food and even better coffee. Always some pleasant news for customers. I love you!!

17/08/2024: We have had lunch here several times and everything is always excellent! The owner is a very good cook, the food is fresh and genuine.

10/08/2024: When we arrived at midnight they told us that they would close at 0030! Can a restaurant close at this time in the summer? It's not even in a town!! we opted for a pub in the center of Rivoli. Closing at 3am!!!

10/08/2024: Quality food like the beers but unfortunately they lack quantities that do not respect the menu. I took a hamburger on the plate as per the menu, 230g but on the plate if it was 150g it was already a lot grilled courgettes 3 thin slices I found them a little small, excellent chips... The price is too high in my opinion for what they give you. Beautiful location I have been coming here for years but unfortunately it has gotten worse.

The day after the mid-August lunch, the manager of the restaurant sent me a satisfaction questionnaire, a pity that at the time of filling it out it was already filled out. I attach screenshots.

15/08/2024: HORRIBLE! Booked for August 15th, reservation at 1.30 pm. We arrive at and twenty make us wait until minus ten then they make us sit. At 2 they take the orders, at a quarter to 3 the orders arrive. We ordered starters. Paccheri with seafood OVERCOOKED, even glued together, tajarin cream and salmon overcooked and in any case nothing exceptional, agnolotti with roast sauce delicious. Votes: Paccheri 4 (the sauce was quite good) Tajarin 2 Agnolotti 6 Bulk white wine 5 Bottled red wine 7 VERY BAD service, when I laughingly asked if they had to butcher the beef they replied very badly. Among other things, it seems that those who place more expensive orders are served first. We, had we been served and the food had been good, had also intended to have main courses, desserts and an appetizer... In any case, having failed across the board, we will take care to let as many people as possible know.

01/01/2024: The best pizza I've ever eaten. Free delivery over €10 orders, very fast, among other things. It has cheap prices and fast delivery.

22/07/2024: La signora titolare che dice che chi ha allergie deve starsene a mangiare a casa sua è imbarazzante. Da mamma di un bimbo celiaco sinceramente al suo posto cambierei lavoro, prima di tutto perché non lo ama e sicuramente non sa assolutamente nulla di intolleranze e allergie che purtroppo sono sempre in aumento a causa della scarsa qualità del cibo geneticamente modificato che ci fanno mangiare. Lei mi conferma che anche nella ristorazione, oltre che nella grande distribuzione, la qualità del cibo e l'attenzione alle persone e alla loro salute sono spesso di un livello allucinante

06/07/2024: Vado spesso in questo self e devo dire che da quando hanno assunto uno chef nuovo di nome se nn mi sbaglio luigi la qualità varietà del cibo è veramente buona infatti i suoi dolci e pizze deliziose......complimenti a luigi si vede che è del mestiere a 360 gradi

13/08/2024: Pizza (really excellent) for lunch and dinner, a modestly priced, rustic and genuine menu, which follows seasonality and always turns out to be very tasty. A thoughtful cook even with the most difficult customers, in fact we are happy to return. The desserts are a gem. In the photo, a focaccia not on the menu. The cook proposed me a very particular combination of vegetables on the spot to make me change it up a bit, given that being allergic I can't vary my orders. It was really delicious!

05/06/2024: Good evening, I wanted to organize a surprise for my brother who lives in Rivoli, while I live in the province of Brescia; I called and booked the dessert and mignons, excellent service, very kind and refined people, very professional even via telephone booking! 02/06/2024: Siamo clienti di Dalmasso da quando hanno aperto a Rivoli e in passato avevo già recensito la pasticceria, lodandone i prodotti, che continuo a ritenere il massimo della bontà ed eleganza. Questa volta purtroppo l'esperienza ci ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca, nonostante, ripeto, la qualità eccelsa dei pasticcini: era da un po' che non tornavamo e siamo rimasti stupiti nell'apprendere che ora non si pagano più le paste a peso, ma a scatola. Sul bancone sono esposte le diverse dimensioni con relativo prezzo, giustamente. Ho intuito subito che le proporzioni tra quantità e costo non corrispondevano più a quelle dell'ultima volta in cui le avevamo acquistate a peso (non sono passati anni), ma pazienza... Il problema è che oggi abbiamo acquistato una scatola da 22 € e arrivati a casa ne abbiamo pesato il contenuto: peso netto circa 260 grammi. Che significa 84 euro al chilo!!! Mi dispiace ma non torneremo, capisco l'aumento delle materie prime, vado anch'io a fare la spesa e mi rendo conto, ma questo si chiama prendere in giro la gente. Ribadisco, le paste sono sempre meravigliose, ma a Rivoli ci sono ancora ottime pasticcerie, in attività da decenni, di qualità ottima, magari non così al top, con costi inferiori...mi dispiace tantissimo, ma certe cifre non le spendo.
