30/11/2024: Restaurant that maintains the tradition of the premises being in the historic center, but when you sit down and taste the dishes you find the essence and mastery of the young chef who works the food with passion and great experience. The meats are excellent, the first courses, the Piedmontese fried food and the desserts, all very good on the palate and presented with great care. The dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

we took a starter of Russian salad, peppers with anchovy, raw meat, 11 euros each (22 euros in total). two tagliolini with mushrooms 11.5 euros (really excellent) water, 2 small glasses of wine, cover charge and two bunets.
the bunet was really bad. it tasted a lot like egg and we didn't feel well in the evening. total 63 euros which seems too much to me.
