A place to relax among refined and original flavours! Beautiful atmosphere, friendly, polite and calm staff. Dishes with a contemporary touch with an eye to the past, of excellent quality; excellent dishes, good choice for vegetarians (which is not to be taken for granted). Excellent wine.
We are still waiting for the dessert, but it will certainly be good (but we felt the urgency to review)

Nice place. Excellent service as well as quality and well presented dishes
Invited by friends it was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very polite and courteous, but above all I hadn't eaten such good mixed fried food in a long time. Fragrant, fresh and not heated. I recommend it and will return.

On the way back home we plan to take a break. We look around and decide to reach Pavarolo. There's a bit of climbing to do and, on the SP224, we risk a head-on collision as the locals travel briskly and carefree but at the top of the hill a nice surprise awaits us. The place seems very large but is separated into welcoming rooms. The proposal is Piedmontese, presented with elegance: we choose the traditional appetizer and tagliolini (homemade) with ragù and artichokes. Finally, the dessert which, as it is proposed, seems really too abundant... no problem, the chef adapts to our needs and allows us to concentrate on the zabaglione: cold mounted on toasted almonds, traditional on hazelnut cake and fried. Interesting wine list which, given the road that separated us from home, we couldn't dwell on. We would like to return to try the Piedmontese mixed fried food, always on the menu.

Dopo molti anni sono tornato in questo ristorante e l' esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Valida offerta di piatti della tradizione piemontese, in alcuni casi rivisitati (e questo lo considero un pregio) ma sempre ben cucinati e ben presentati. Servizio simpatico ed efficiente. Prezzo adeguato al livello di servizio offerto. Merita senz' altro una visita.

Location semplice ma con dettagli ricercati, molto piacevole .
La cantina ha sia nomi importanti che etichette meno note ma molto interessanti.
La responsabile di sala ha un’ottima conoscenza dei vini e le si legge in viso la passione per il lavoro che svolge.
Menù non eccessivamente ampio, cibi ottimi e porzioni giuste/generose
