23/08/2025: I've been ordering online for several months and have always been satisfied. The pizza is light, and even the family-size pizza is always hot and pleasant to chew.
Recommendation

24/11/2025: Loose hair in the kitchen = hair in the piadina.
The manager (I believe) was very kind and immediately tried to make up for the situation by offering me another piadina.
The dough was still very chewy, and for just under €7 with water, the filling was a bit sparse.
Disgust is everywhere, though. I work in a fast-food restaurant myself, so I understand how unpleasant and sometimes rude people can be, but when you work with the public, as far as I'm concerned, you have to think about making sure they find what you want.
Thanks anyway (especially to the manager, I believe. I'm sorry, I don't know your name or your role, but you were really kind).

26/12/2025: Worst Christmas lunch of my life: the place has an '80s vibe, but in a dated sense; ready-made seafood appetizers were taken out of the box and the fridge, drained of their preserving liquid, and then thrown on the plate; the fried shrimp were clearly frozen (not thawed, actually frozen) and they didn't even clean them! Both the first courses were fresh, ready-made pasta from the supermarket. Dessert: none arrived; they simply cut up a few panettone cakes. Coffee and liqueur were served in a plastic cup. Even the bread was hard and inedible, which is a sign of the quality of the place. Service was as slow as Lent (and it was Christmas). The only edible thing was the roast beef; shame about those canned mushrooms thrown away like that. Side: no vegetables, just bagged salad. So the point is simple: if you're a restaurant, you're expected to cook. For better or for worse, it doesn't matter, but for €55, you don't just hand out ready-made food and throw it away like that. Oh, and obviously, no receipt...
26/12/2025: We had Christmas lunch... and shortly after sitting down we noticed that they had scattered glitter on the table with mini confetti in various Christmas shapes, but we found the glitter everywhere on the plates, cutlery, glasses, and even on the napkins to wipe our mouths, on the bread and breadsticks, it stuck to our hands... you used the napkin to wipe your mouth and it made it worse, glitter all over your face... we ate everything glittery!! The food itself is okay... but yes, the whole menu, the best things were the scialatielli and fritto misto... the service was slow between courses, but as soon as you asked for something missing they were quick... except for the fact that when you collected the plates they slammed them into your eardrums, and the room was a bit small, but whatever... at the end of lunch, coffee and liquor are ordered at the counter, not served at the table, causing too much traffic. I'll sum up this review in a nutshell: the glitter scattered on the table was truly a terrible idea!!!!

17/12/2025: I don't understand... I order it for takeout very often and I also think it's very good... but why don't they update the ingredients? Why do they always have to contact me saying this, we don't have that, and I have to change my ingredients... don't tell me they're out of stock because I order at 4:30 pm and it's happened several times in different months 😏

recommended for a casual meal without fainting

18/08/2024: Mi trovavo a MondoJuve e abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questa catena. Era la prima volta che mangiavo la piadina e siamo stati tutti entusiasti con un prezzo abbordabilissimo.
20/07/2024: Più volte abbiamo mangiato in questo locale, piadine sempre ottime, purtroppo però questa volta (sabato 20/07/2024) abbiamo trovato del personale con atteggiamento veramente pessimo. Alla cassa una giovane ragazza estremamente “scocciata” masticava palesemente ed incurante dei clienti che aveva di fronte, una gomma da masticare mentre prendeva gli ordini. Dopo aver fatto l’ordinazione ed aver pagato ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolo sporco, alla stessa cassiera ho chiesto cortesemente se potesse pulire…. Dopo circa 10 minuti di attesa, ho provveduto da solo a pulirlo utilizzando il gel mani vicino alla cassa ed un fazzoletto di carta. Anche la collega che ci ha consegnato le piadine proveniente dalla cucina, non ci ha degnato di un sorriso. Infine alcune persone in attesa di ordinare alla cassa, dopo qualche minuto di attesa se ne sono andati via in quanto non c’era nessuno del personale presente a servire. Mi spiace ma a volte l’atteggiamento di pochi rischia di rovinare il grosso lavoro fatto da altri… peccato
