15/08/2025: I'd like to start by saying that I'm very sorry to write this review, as I wanted to spend a lovely day with my husband and two daughters, having to stay in Turin for the Ferragosto holiday.
I ask you to read all of this in light of the fact that lunch is a fixed menu for €50 per person and €25 per person for children. I also mentioned my husband's allergies and my vegetarianism during the booking process, as well as through messaging with the management.
Entertainment: I booked this place, attracted not only by the fact that it was an educational farm and offered a menu that included grilled meats, which my husband loves, but also because the advertisement for entertainment during lunch service was advertised, which would have allowed my husband and I to relax a bit and not have to constantly entertain our three-year-old daughter. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no entertainment because "the minimum number of children had not been reached." Too bad there were actually at least a dozen... if we'd known in advance, we probably would have reconsidered our decision to go there and spend the significant amount requested.
Allergies: I mentioned both when booking and at the beginning of the meal that my husband is allergic to nuts and doesn't eat cheese. After the appetizer, they promptly brought a salad topped with gorgonzola and nuts, and if I hadn't noticed, we would have had a very unpleasant incident.
Vegetarian menu: I mentioned that I was vegetarian when booking two weeks ago. For the main course, they offered me either grilled vegetables, a veggie burger, or stuffed vegetables. When I asked them what they were stuffed with, they replied that they were stuffed with vegetables because "I don't eat anything else anyway." I pointed out that a vegetarian diet also includes cheese, eggs, and other animal-derived proteins, and we agreed to have a dish with grilled vegetables and cheese. They brought me what you see in the photo, a plate with four semi-hard cheeses (so not even a modicum of variety, or more generally a true alternative menu, considering I'd indicated I was vegetarian well in advance) and vegetables. I had to ask for the dressing after more than 20 minutes.
Bill: despite the lack of entertainment, the mistake regarding my husband's allergies, and the lack of a vegetarian option, they made us pay full price.
I'm giving it a truly generous three stars only because the appetizer was good and they were sensitive about waste to offer us a container to take home our daughter's leftovers.

05/07/2025: Very disappointed, I thought I was eating Italian, but the sauces were ready-made, the dishes were not very flavorful and the seafood was really not very good. The service also leaves me wanting.

02/07/2025: Wrong pizza and an hour late. First order and also the last. Quality normal.
20/06/2025: I ordered a pizza as my first order and due to an app problem it didn't apply the 10% discount as they said automatically, they told me to delete the order (impossible) and then solve it another day.
I had ordered at 7:20 pm from the app and even though I showed up earlier they only started preparing it at 7:36 pm.
After a 20 minute delay the pizza finally came out

12/08/2025: One morning I decided to have breakfast here before going shopping, and when I ordered my breakfast, I was mocked by a woman who works at a store in the mall. She was mocked for choosing a cappuccino with a croissant, calling me fat. The employee agreed and laughed right in front of me, even though she mocked me four times. Well, it's hilarious. So, I never have to pay to be mocked again? No, and she should know she didn't touch me. In fact, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. And I only say one thing to the employee: look in the mirror. And don't judge without knowing about other people's health.
07/08/2025: I stopped for a coffee, but in the end I opted for a delicious slice of freshly baked salami pizza. Really good, it wasn't too hot or too cold. Delicious food, and a shout out to Fabio, who was truly kind and friendly. P.S.: not just with me, but with all the customers I saw coming in!

Serafina Mette Tutti a Tavola

24/05/2025: Sono stata da Serafina dopo diverse opinioni positive da parte di amici e diciamo che non sono uscita soddisfatta come pensavo. Prenotazione obbligatoria perche il locale era veramente pieno, ci fanno accomodare e passano oltre 15 minuti prima che ci venga dato un menu, dopodiché ordiniamo due pizze di cui una con il cornicione ripieno. Il tempo passa, i tavoli seduti dopo di noi iniziano a mangiare e le nostre pizze ancora non si vedono. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa ci vengono servite le pizze, peccato però che il cornicione fosse completamente aperto e aveva perso tutto il liquido della stracciatella nella pizza rendendola un lago di acqua impossibile da mangiare e perdendo chiaramente tutto il ripieno. L’altra pizza invece con un ingrediente mancante portato al tavolo a parte dopo 10 minuti per una dimenticanza del pizzaiolo. Per carità pizza buona, ma non superlativa come me l’avevano descritta. A fine pasto desideravo un dolce ma mi viene detto che non avevano nessun dessert se non la pizza con la Nutella o una torta soffice all’arancia (nonostante sul menù ci fossero diversi tipi di dolci elencati) per me che sono amante del dolce è stato un enorme punto a sfavore.
Alla cassa ci viene chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene e abbiamo fatto presente del problema del cornicione e dell’attesa, nessuna reazione se non un semplice “Ah mi dispiace”.
Peccato, mi aspettavo di gran lunga meglio !
20/05/2025: Telefono il locale per prenotare un tavolo per cena. In maniera scortese mi viene detto che sono in chiusura e di richiamare la mattina seguente (mancavano 15 minuti alla chiusura, evidentemente il tempo non era sufficiente per prendere 10 secondi una prenotazione).
Richiamo la mattina e mi viene detto di richiamare dalle 15:30 (!).
Direi che il servizio clienti non è il loro forte.

18/08/2024: Mi trovavo a MondoJuve e abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questa catena. Era la prima volta che mangiavo la piadina e siamo stati tutti entusiasti con un prezzo abbordabilissimo.
20/07/2024: Più volte abbiamo mangiato in questo locale, piadine sempre ottime, purtroppo però questa volta (sabato 20/07/2024) abbiamo trovato del personale con atteggiamento veramente pessimo. Alla cassa una giovane ragazza estremamente “scocciata” masticava palesemente ed incurante dei clienti che aveva di fronte, una gomma da masticare mentre prendeva gli ordini. Dopo aver fatto l’ordinazione ed aver pagato ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolo sporco, alla stessa cassiera ho chiesto cortesemente se potesse pulire…. Dopo circa 10 minuti di attesa, ho provveduto da solo a pulirlo utilizzando il gel mani vicino alla cassa ed un fazzoletto di carta. Anche la collega che ci ha consegnato le piadine proveniente dalla cucina, non ci ha degnato di un sorriso. Infine alcune persone in attesa di ordinare alla cassa, dopo qualche minuto di attesa se ne sono andati via in quanto non c’era nessuno del personale presente a servire. Mi spiace ma a volte l’atteggiamento di pochi rischia di rovinare il grosso lavoro fatto da altri… peccato
