08/05/2025: We were disappointed with the quality of the food. The marinated salmon was actually smoked salmon and not very relevant, in my opinion, given the restaurateur's choice to offer a typically Piedmontese menu.
The cheese plate was monotonous (there were 5 varieties all very, too, similar. There was no appreciable contrast).
I expected more from a restaurant featured in the Michelin guide.
04/05/2025: Hospitality that literally makes you sit at home, exquisite manners, excellent service, cuisine with perfectly recognizable flavors and tastes. Very interesting wines and tasting menu calibrated to allow a tangible journey. Compliments
