Perhaps for a slightly larger quantity, I would have been happy with it; it was the tasting menu, the mushroom risotto, and the tagliolini were truly delicious. We had to switch to the menu to enjoy them in their full size.

08/11/2025: A slightly retro atmosphere, super and friendly service, excellent and generous dishes, I enjoyed the pizza with fresh porcini mushrooms and the Gazebo risotto with saffron, courgettes, prawns and cream.
22/10/2025: For those who love thin-crust pizza. Prices are still fair compared to average, portions are generous, and it's practically next to the sanctuary, which is always a beautiful sight.
The girl who served us, wearing dark glasses, was really kind, and for that reason we'll definitely be back.

16/08/2025: Returning from a motorcycle holiday we had dinner at this trattoria. It seems as if time has stood still. The wine in the flask, the host who welcomes you, the excellent Piedmontese food, a beautiful view. It's a shame not to have it closer to us in Veneto.

29/09/2025: Family-friendly restaurant. The service was very good, fast and the head waiter gave good advice.
The dishes are very tasty and plentiful, and during this period the kitchen also offers fresh mushrooms.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of chaos and it was difficult to talk to the other diners. All in all a positive experience.
18/09/2025: I know I'm probably not going to say anything new, because everyone is talking about the excellence of this place. But I want to leave you with my thoughts: Fabio and Manuela aren't just "good," they are the soul of this place. Their passion is reflected in a pizza that has become a regular occurrence for me, three times a week. It's tasty, but above all, so light and digestible that I could eat it every night without thinking twice. In a world of chains and soulless restaurants, this family business is a rare gem. They deserve not just 5 stars, but all the respect and admiration possible. For me, they are impeccable.

08/11/2025: Aside from the pizza dough being divine, thin and crunchy, the service was amazing for a pizza tour with 70+ people at the table...we were with the gym group, more than 70 people who were very hungry and in need of carbs (😅)...non-stop pizza service for an excellent pizza tour with no waiting...kudos to everyone for the organization..wow🫶

22/09/2025: My brother and I went to Mistral Caffè for breakfast: they greeted us immediately with kindness and helpfulness, even allowing us to comfortably wait for our third sibling to arrive. The breakfast was excellent, with quality coffee and fresh croissants. A welcoming place that puts customers at ease from the moment they arrive.

02/11/2025: Family lunch during All Saints' Weekend. Excellent value. Simple, authentic food with local ingredients. The only flaw, if I may suggest something, is the desserts. The bonnet was more like a panna cotta; perhaps they should also follow tradition in their dessert preparation.
