09/03/2025: I go in and order a coffee. I need a small glass of DEGASINATED water at an all-time high but the surprise arrives at the checkout... A coffee €1.40 I was shocked!!! But can you ask people for almost a euro and a half for a heck of coffee, and what's more, normal coffee and very low-carbon water? It's not for the euro and forty but making people pay so much for a coffee as if I were in the Principality of Monaco seems absurd to me... Crazy stuff, they're making you hate even going for a coffee at the bar.

Late delivery, but that's the lesser evil.
I wanted to try a different chicken but it was bad.
16/11/2024: Order placed (via their app) and never received. I called all the available telephone numbers, they were all inactive and no one answered the only active one.
At least I had chosen to pay on delivery…

Since you take the time to respond to reviews but not to warn of the delay, I will be more precise.
I left the review before the rider showed up 55 minutes late. When it arrived, I obviously rejected it because you didn't respond through any channel and in the meantime I had placed a new order at a new restaurant.
Just apologize and you'll make yourself look better.
But better this way, you gave us the opportunity to find a restaurant with excellent roast chicken.

02/12/2023: Mia moglie ed io abbiamo cenato presso questo locale con The Fork, appena entrati abbiamo notato da subito che la sala era piena di fumo e l'odore di fritto, tanto che sono stati poi costretti a tenere aperte le porte d'entrata per buona parte della cena(siamo al 2 di Dicembre).
Buono il servizio ma non si può dire altrettanto della qualità del cibo.

26/01/2024: In the morning there is a lady who finds it difficult to even say good morning, with her face to the floor and who annoyedly demands payment in cash. One has the right to pay as he wishes even for small amounts! And trying to ask for cash is inappropriate.. And I'll leave it at that. Bitter coffee and cloying sweet croissant. Never again, especially due to the bartender's manners.
