28/05/2025: The Lautier restaurant in Chieri presents itself with an excellent, elegant location and excellent service. Unfortunately, the cuisine (perhaps due to the change of brigade?) does not live up to expectations, especially in relation to the overall cost of €120 for two people (2 starters - 2 main courses and two desserts, including two glasses of wine). Starters The round was disappointing due to the rubbery consistency of the meat, which did not melt in the mouth, compromising the taste experience. The accompanying sauce, although good, was not well balanced compared to the quantity of meat. The asparagus soufflé, on the other hand, proved to be good in flavor, but its presentation was penalized by a cold serving dish, which affected its appreciation. Second courses The veal cheek appeared to be fairly cooked, but overall insipid and not very tasty. The side dish of potatoes, although limited to "five counted", was well prepared. The picanha unfortunately replicated the problem of the girello, presenting a very rubbery consistency. Desserts The desserts were a positive note: both the cheesecake and the chocolate cake were very good. A suggestion to further improve the cake would be to serve it at least warm, rather than cold from the refrigerator, to better enhance its qualities. Service and Bill The service was exceptional and very polite, a real strong point of the restaurant. However, for an expense of €120 for two people, the general quality of the cuisine does not justify the rates applied, resulting insufficient compared to the cost. In summary, the Lautier offers a pleasant experience in terms of environment and service, but requires a significant improvement in the culinary proposal to align with its price positioning.

17/02/2025: Le precedenti recensioni sono quelle che mi hanno convinto a prenotare...e le nostre aspettative sono state più che soddisfatte. Spadellata di gamberi e carciofi/paella di pesce/sarde a beccafico...cannolo scomposto. Suggerirei solo di aggiornare la pagina Fb per conoscere il menù giornaliero in anticipo... Avrei gradito assaggiare il classico cannolo... invece della versione scomposta che non è stato agevole mangiare con una forchetta (il cucchiaino era più indicato). Ma assolutamente aggiustato qualche particolare, il locale è assolutamente da promuovere.

18/04/2025: Magnifica serata, posto davvero carino, ma il mast è chef Lorenzo che con garbo e professionalità ci ha condotto in un viaggio davvero gustoso e creativo con il suo "bollito di pesce" che ho apprezzato davvero tanto. Che dire....lo consiglio vivamente!!

27/04/2025: The Ex Macelleria di Chieri offers an authentic experience in an informal and welcoming environment. The grilled meat is well cooked and tasty, accompanied by crunchy vegetables. The dessert, simple but tasty, closes the meal lightly. Courteous service. Prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients, coming from local producers. The social initiative that supports work inclusion is an important added value. Ideal for those looking for good food and a project that is also good for the community.

25/03/2025: Interesting and original restaurant, ethical and worthy. Cozy environment, you eat traditional dishes, sometimes not very well known, always well executed.

08/04/2025: Finally a vegan restaurant that creates genuine and delicious dishes. The dish of the day, which I recommend, consists of many tastings of their specialties. Our portions were generous and we were largely satisfied. We concluded lunch with an ice cream which in my opinion is among the best I have ever eaten. We will return tomorrow to taste the other specialties. Very low costs and special thanks to the lady who served us.

05/04/2025: Excellent aperitif with pleasant appetizers prepared on the spot, which is best (at least for me!) enjoyed early, around 7pm, before the numerous late customers arrive.

20/05/2025: Bar Victor is my favorite place for lunch in Chieri. Quality cuisine with menus for all tastes, but above all good food. Also excellent for breakfast and aperitif. Kind and efficient personality, what you need for a quality lunch break.

12/05/2025: Excellent aperitif, experience to be repeated! I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the service and the care given to the customer. As soon as I communicated my lactose intolerance, the staff proved extremely helpful and attentive, preparing a personalized cutting board for me. It is one of the few places where I was able to taste multiple dishes and I must say that everything was really excellent, with attention to detail and with fresh ingredients. The Spritz was also well made, balanced and served with care. At the time of the bill, we expected a higher price, but instead we were positively surprised by that too. I will definitely return and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and acquaintances. A beautiful discovery!

23/05/2025: Siamo stati più volte in questo locale,tanto da avere il "nostro" tavolo preferito.Ottimo cibo ,le carni buonissime.Ottimo servizio ,la cordialità è di casa.Per non parlare dei classici dessert fatti giornalmente ,squisiti.Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo .Ogni volta che vogliamo mangiare bene Piemunt burger è la prima opzione

20/03/2025: Lovely place with two wonderful owners! Always clean and tidy bar. Quality products both classic and vegan pastries. The savoury section is also very good (focaccia, sandwiches ..) Personally I love the cappuccino, vegan brioche and pizza! Thanks Patrizia and Monica❤️ it's always nice to stop by your place!

22/05/2025: An enthusiastic review! Historic place in Chieri. I ate a thin, crispy and tasty pizza. Impeccable and friendly service. The place hasn't changed in years, you might not like it, but it's very well kept: warm wood that envelops you, from the walls to the tables. Don't forget the farinata!!
