Maura, with her cheerfulness, availability and consideration for the customer (no longer taken for granted nowadays) contributes to making you feel "at home". Obviously highly recommended

Fin dal primo istante, l’ambiente colpisce per la sua eleganza: gli spazi sono incredibilmente ben curati, e ogni tavolo è apparecchiato con gusto e una ricercatezza che si percepisce in ogni singolo elemento, dal tovagliato alle posate, creando un’atmosfera davvero raffinata e accogliente. Il personale merita un plauso speciale: sempre attento, discreto e di una cordialità squisita, contribuisce in maniera significativa a rendere il pasto un momento di puro piacere. Ogni richiesta viene gestita con professionalità e un sorriso, facendoti sentire coccolato ma mai invadente. E poi, la cucina. Le portate sono non solo molto buone, ma anche splendidamente presentate. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro visivo prima ancora di essere gustato, rivelando poi sapori equilibrati e ingredienti di alta qualità. È evidente la passione e la maestria che si celano dietro ogni creazione. In sintesi, “La Rosa Bianca” è un indirizzo da segnare per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica completa: un luogo dove l’eccellenza si trova nell’estetica, nel servizio e, soprattutto, nel piatto. Assolutamente consigliato!

28/07/2025: We went to my daughter's wedding on July 5th. Everything was simply perfect, from the well-kept garden to the excellent food, the very helpful waitresses, and all thanks to Mr. Valentino.

07/08/2025: I ate here last night. Excellent drinks with local spirits and beers. Light focaccia with fresh stracciatella. Excellent agnolotti and burgers. Prices are a bit high, but the ingredients are top-quality local. Colorful, vintage tableware, but watch out for chips! 😉

10/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with excellent service and ingredients. The execution of the dishes is almost excellent, but in my opinion, some dishes weren't top-notch, either in terms of quality or quantity. The service was always very attentive and present. Excellent wine selection with a cellar fit for connoisseurs. So let's talk about price: certainly not average, but medium-high. For six people, 10 courses plus four desserts, but with two Tio Pepes and an excellent white, it came to €60 per person. I'll return only with my wife and with a careful eye on the wine, and we'll see the price for two non-eaters who are careful with their wine.

31/07/2025: Trattoria in the historic center of Chieri where you can enjoy an exclusively seafood menu! The menu changes daily, offering traditional, home-cooked dishes in generous, truly delicious portions. The fish is incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. I return often and never fail to be impressed! The staff is quick and friendly, and there's a very family-friendly atmosphere. Overall... I absolutely recommend it for an excellent lunch!

26/07/2025: Vegan, organic, macrobiotic, and casual, very easy-going place. The food is delicious and well-made, including the parmigiana and tomino cheeses. There's also a shop with a wide selection of pasta, rice, and preserves, deli items, cakes, fresh fruit and vegetables, and much more. Everything is carefully selected to be delicious and healthy. In addition to the Chieri location, they also have a branch in Turin on Corso Tortona. The fusilli with pesto could be improved.

30/07/2025: I'm now a regular; for the past four years in Chieri, it's been my go-to café in the summer. First and foremost, for the traditional breakfast with a wide variety of sweet treats, then the excellent cuisine, with original dishes in both variety and meticulous presentation. The coffee, from a unique roasting method, then the ice cream, and every new, inviting offering. The welcome and kindness of Rosita, Christian, Anna, and the entire staff are impeccable. Tables are available inside, on the lovely outdoor terrace, and on the terrace. A very positive note for me: 3 newspapers always available. Top Thanks! ☕🍰🥐🍛🍨🥂

28/07/2025: the food was delicious, they were very kind to help although I cant speak Italian, it is in the downtown so I could enjoy the food while enjoy the city view.

06/08/2025: I used to go to this place when it was called "Il Boccale" (literally "the mug")! So many great memories. Now it's a pizzeria, where they welcome our furry treasures. They're friendly, and the girls are nice and kind! The pizza, both "al mattone" and "al tegamino," are truly excellent! Buffalo mozzarella with quality prosciutto! The only thing we were disappointed about was seeing after ordering that they have a variety of craft beers, which must be really good. A great excuse to come back! Great evening!

Heartfelt thanks to Davide and Giulia, who made the evening unforgettable: they welcomed us with warmth and attention, taking care of every detail with rare passion. We tasted flavors and sensations we'd never experienced before, on a culinary journey that amazed us from start to finish. An emotional experience that gave us so much more than just a simple dinner: it was a true gift of love. Thank you again for making our anniversary so special. We'll definitely be back!

A small "welcome" aperitif with a Russian salad, breadsticks and focaccia. Everything was perfect!! On a sore point... a little slow...
