27/01/2025: I would like to start the review of this charming restaurant on the hill around Chieri with a little anecdote. I had lunch at Cascina Lautier on a Sunday with a friend of mine.... we promised to exchange tastings of our respective chosen dishes... well I had a seared Chieri veal cooked in smoke cooked for several hours at a low temperature... .it was so good that I couldn't stop tasting, forgetting the agreement I made with my friend. Food to make you lose your mind 😋. Excellent cuisine, location, staff and service. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

23/12/2024: Location molto bella sulle colline chieresi; sala ampia con camino e tavoli ben distanziati. Cucina innovativa con numerosi richiami al territorio. Servizio attento e tempi di attesa corretti. Consiglio di ampliare l'offerta di vini a calice: ritendo le due scelte offerte troppo poche.

30/01/2025: 01/29/2025 . We had lunch in this well-furnished but somewhat bare restaurant. Good choice of well cooked and tasty fish dishes. Fast and friendly service. The only note is the Levantina seafood, very good but a little heavy to digest. The homemade desserts are also very good. Overall positive opinion also in terms of price/quality ratio

07/11/2024: I gave 3 stars on everything because I will be forced to return soon (not by my will). I have already been there several times but last year in season I asked for some porcini mushrooms which were brought to me cut into cubes exactly from the frozen food section of the supermarket. I expected better. I will try again this time and I really hope I don't have to review the rating downwards!!!

29/12/2024: Locale anonimo, difficoltoso da trovare. Maps vi porta solo nelle vicinanze, bisogna chiedere. Locale arredato con molta semplicità Personale gentile. Non discuto sui piatti, ma i bivalvi della zuppa in bianco, chiusi, li potevano anche togliere almeno per dare una parvenza di freschezza al prodotto . Comunque un piatto di gnocchi sardi, una ciotola di zuppa in bianco a base di cozze non si prima qualità, con 4 cannolicchi, 2 fasolari e altri bivalvi minori, un dolce, acqua e caffè. 54 € mi sembrano veramente eccessivi per un pranzo in orario di lavoro. Non mi si venga a dire che il pesce è caro. Sappiamo tutti quanto costano le cozze.

13/11/2024: Great bar, clean, bright and friendly bartenders. Great coffee and pastries. They also make bread and rolls at the moment for lunch breaks.

09/11/2024: In this bar the girls always welcome you with a smile and serve you quickly. Since the bakery in the neighborhood closed its doors, they had the wit to create a "bread corner" inside the place, proving to be very useful for those who live nearby who can come in, therefore, to have breakfast and at the same time buy bread. Well done!

30/01/2025: Ristorante a Chieri che offre una buona scelta di piatti, taglieri con prodotti del territorio e vegetariani. Integrazione sociale. In estate è possibile mangiare fuori nel cortile.

16/02/2025: Bar Victor is my favorite place for lunch in Chieri. Quality cuisine with menus for all tastes, but above all good food. Also excellent for breakfast and aperitif. Kind and efficient personality, what you need for a quality lunch break.

05/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena nel locale e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il locale è ben situato e facile da trovare. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti (vitello tonnato e battuta di fassona) e due primi (paccheri con crema di patate, cozze e calamari) per un totale di 65€ in due, prezzo più che giusto per la qualità dei prodotti e la bontà del cibo. Consiglio vivamente il locale per una cena romantica o occasioni speciali, in quanto molto accogliente. Nota a favore, era uno dei pochi ristoranti aperti vicino all'Epifania. Complimenti allo chef!

24/02/2025: Always the slowest place in the world, but also the most chaotic and noisy. In fact, no one ever wants to go there but every now and then we forget and make the mistake of going back. On top of this there is now also the extreme inadequacy of the lady, who after having listed ten homemade desserts cannot say whether there is a vegan option, and it is clear that she does not know the meaning of this term when she dares to say that in her opinion there are "traces of milk" in the sorbet. Disappointed by the fact that 3 people don't want dessert, she returns with the sorbet package to let us read the ingredients where edible gelatin appears and those who work in catering should know that it is a product of animal origin. At the checkout while I'm paying for everyone I tell her that it would be nice to think about including a vegan dessert in the future, while she takes my card she replies that there are lots of things to think about! What attitude is that? Maybe it's time to learn that if you have a restaurant you should be kinder, more welcoming and perhaps open to satisfying customers' needs? Truly a short-sighted, obsolete and disrespectful vision. I would also add that clearing the table while some are still eating is something to avoid! It is truly a mystery how such a place has survived until now. The pizza is nothing special. Never again!

13/02/2025: Excellent pizza (Buffalo) with the charcoal base and the dessert (Caprese) is also very good. Very quiet environment and friendly staff... slightly long serving times, but the pizza is good so it's not a problem. Marco A.
