22/08/2025: If you welcome a lot of customers during the tourist season or on the weekend, you also have to provide adequate service and equal care to the food prepared. Otherwise, you'll sacrifice a few seats, earn less, but deliver quality and never disappoint anyone. So much so that we had a long wait for cheeseburgers with inedible dry bun (left too warm) and overcooked meat inside, making them tough and dry, not juicy. There were four of us, and all the sandwiches were like that. The sauces inside are never present; you have to open the sandwich and fill it with the ones provided in the sachets on the table. The fries (MacDonald style) were dry. When there are too many customers, they can't manage the kitchen properly, and this is not the first time. In my opinion, it's best avoided when it's overcrowded.

It was a Monday and very crowded.
30-minute wait.
We'll be back.
16/08/2025: We went with a couple of friends for lunch. The atmosphere was nice, but without air conditioning, it was very hot. The wait for our order and drinks was too long. The food was good, but could have been better presented. A special mention for the cutlet, which was truly delicious: thin, crispy, and perfectly fried.

01/07/2025: The place is much nicer and more atmospheric than it seems from the outside! Cozy, wooden finish, warm colors, good music, clean. Super pizza! Super service. I had a disgusting strudel, but after telling them about it, they crossed it off the bill and responded politely, very loyal to the client! I want to come back.

13/07/2025: The restaurant is aesthetically beautiful but the service could have been improved. We waited 15 minutes for 3 pizzas and 20 minutes for a Canolo ice cream but the pizza was delicious.

18/07/2025: I was at this restaurant a few days ago. I have absolutely nothing to say about the food because it was truly delicious, but I do have something to say about the waiter. I won't say what he looks like so as not to get him into trouble, but I will say that he is truly RUDE! and above all DISRESPECTFUL.

Amedeo was very helpful; thanks to his detailed advice, we were able to take some interesting trips and dine at excellent restaurants.
Recommended
14/08/2025: We stayed from August 6th to 9th. Everything was perfect. We slept in a clean chalet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with cakes made by the owners. They accurately showed us the safest trails for trekking. I recommend it! We'll be back.

17/08/2025: A restaurant tucked away from the main shopping center, offering both seafood and meat dishes. The Ligurian-style octopus appetizer is good, but the tagliatelle mari e monti could be improved, with unpleasant clam shell fragments sticking out of your mouth. Service is prompt, and the complimentary focaccia appetizer is very welcome. One peculiarity of the setting: if you're offered to eat in the garden, don't expect flowerbeds and hedges, but a shared parking lot shaded by a single lime tree.

24/08/2025: Dinner with friends at this fabulous restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you feel the warm, family atmosphere. Delicious food made with top-quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back in the winter. They have a spectacular dining room with a food truck. Beautiful! 😍 Congratulations, the most beautiful in all of Bardonecchia.

25/08/2025: The aperitif menu is truly inadequate. You offer an aperitif with house selections, which are actually just three biscuits, something you'd find in any bar, where you'd eat more and better, especially with a quality bottle. Not recommended.

12/08/2025: The staff and management are simply disgusting. It's rare to find so many unpleasant and rude people all at once. Disorganized, dirty, and expensive. Never again.
10/08/2025: Overall, the experience wasn't exactly a positive one. It was early afternoon (so not many customers), and the staff at the counter seemed unprepared. While we waited our turn, we saw more than a few people looking irritated and quick to respond (fortunately, not us).
The coffee wasn't bad overall, but the sparkling water we requested was still and room temperature. That's fine, too. But it's a shame to see the staff so unfamiliar with working behind the counter. It's a shame, because the place is truly worth a visit.

29/03/2025: Bad experience perhaps because they will be going on holiday in 2 days but...the agnolotti with sauce and the roast needed a spoonful as they were so brothy and with a lot of pasta and not much filling let's not talk about the polenta with vegetables the polenta looked like the kind from the supermarket that you buy in slices and cut and the stewed vegetables were acidic. I hope that when they reopen in June we will be able to eat better

10/07/2025: Buena comida, buen ambiente, personal amable, el servicio no es lento y estás en el corazón del casco antiguo. También tiene un Dehor. Te lo recomiendo.

18/08/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We arrived with a huge appetite, but were told the place was full and they couldn't seat us. However, when we looked, we saw that most of the tables were empty! When we pointed this out to the waiter, his response was simply, "I know." Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've found the staff at this place extremely rude.
I don't recommend it.
18/08/2025: If there were an award for the worst welcome I've ever received at a restaurant, this place would win hands down. We were literally bounced around with an empty dining room before our eyes, as if the thought of having customers was a nuisance to be avoided at all costs. The waiters? With the same empathy as Wednesday Addams, only without the gothic charm. A wall of ice would have been more welcoming.
A surreal experience: an empty restaurant that still manages to make you feel unwanted. Congratulations, you turned a lunch that could have been pleasant into a bitter joke.
